Facebook Like or Twitter Share Buttons?

Hi,
I know this has been asked a few times but I found that the solutions were either outdated or did not work correctly. Can someone help me figure out how to add a Facebook Like or Twitter Share to the Stage for a specific link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7X6jMDPb7w&feature=player_embedded
