Facebook won't refresh

FFacebook app on iPad doesn't refresh. It tries but eventually times out. I have to reboot the iPad in order for it to update the FB feed. It's annoying! I've tried deleting the app and reloading but the issue is still there.

This error is caused by a Facebook server error (API errors) and is not an error on the BlackBerry server side.

Again, from what I've been told the issue is being worked on. Right now the workaround is to use WiFi (you may have to turn off the mobile network completely.) For some reason the mobile network connection to FaceBook isn't working as expected.

IOS 7 Calendar stuck on September. View won't refresh.

Calendar on iOS 7 is stuck on september. On monthly view, it won't refresh the view past September. I can scroll down, but it will get stuck on Ocotber, with an empty view. If I click year view, it freezes. I've tried restarting the app, the phone and nothing. I will try restoring the iPhone to see if that helps.
But if any of you had a similar experience, and solved it, let me know.

When you restarted the app did you quit it first?
I would first quit the app then reset the phone.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app.
Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Facebook won't load on Macbook pro with Mountain lion on a small homw network at home
I am on a wifi Network. Girlfirend's Macbook got no problem with Facebook on the same network (she got snow leopard installed)
Facebook WILL load when i connect my computer directly to the the modem, bypassing the router.
Facebook will load when i use Windows 7 on VMWARE.
What i already tried:
1- Reset the router
2- cleaning caches on all the browsers i'm using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
Never had that problem with 10.7
Mystery, don't know what i should do except reinstalling Mountain lion...

Edge Inspect desktop has no UI and only Inspect icon will be visible in the menu bar. Also, you need to be logged in with Adobe ID in the app.

Facebook won't load on my Mac

I just got my Mac a few months ago, and I never had a problem loading any page. For the past few days Facebook won't open. I Googled many solutions, none of which worked. I restarted multiple times, updated software, deleted cookies, emptied cache, tried Facebook on Firefox, installed the newest Flash, but it won't load anywhere. Every other page loads except Facebook. Please help.

Facebook requires the latest version of Safari which is 5.0.4. Make certain your software is up to date just in case.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari / About Safari. If the version number is not 5.0.4, click your Apple menu (top left in the menu bar) then click Software Update.
If you have 5.0.4 installed, from the menu bar click Safari / Preferences - then select the Extensions tab. If you have any installed, turn that off, then restart Safari, try Facebook.
And again in Safari / Preferences select the Security tab. Make sure the box next to: Java is selected. Then click: Show Cookies. Delete all Facebook cookies. Restart Safari, try Facebook.

Facebook won't load on any browser

I've seen a lot of people posting since 2009 that they've had this issue but I've yet to see an answer that's worked for me. Facebook won't load on ANY of the browsers so cookies and cache won't help. When I log out of the Mac and log back in I can get into Facebook for a while so it's not a configuration issue. I CAN log into facebook through IE on the parallels section. This started about three months ago for me.

Did you look at any of the "More Like This" on the right side of the screen? I don't know if they hold the answers for you, but some may be worth taking a peek.
The usual answer seems to be 'clear your cache' but, as you've done that, it doesn't seem the answer to your problem. When you say 'all browsers' I assume that you mean Firefox, Chrome and Safari? I run Firefox almost exclusively, only using Safari and Chrome for testing purposes and I've tried all three and can't replicate your problem. I don't think that uninstalling Adobe Flash is the answer (and, as it is ubiquitous, it's really a necessary evil).
Try an app such as Onyx to make sure that everything is actually cleared. If that doesn't help, ring back.
BTW - is this occurring only when you try to log in to Facebook?

CS5 - Image won't refresh

In the past, I haven't had this problem, but recently, when I'm working on an image, the screen won't refresh unless I move an element. It seems to work for a while if I close CS5 and wait for a while, which is a little odd.
I'm running CS5 12.0 for 32-bit systems. I have a GTX 660 with 2GB Ram. I've tried disabling OpenGL and updating my video card drivers.

Working now. Not sure if it's just because I haven't used it for a while, or if updating to 12.0.4 fixed it.
As a Best Buy employee, I feel really silly that I didn't actually do all the updates. I am the worst at technology.

That is because you are not doing it correctly - you never directly access teh contents of the iPhoto library - you use the media browser - see the user tip on accessing your files in iPhoto for details on the many correct ways to access yoru photos

Facebook won't activate

I downloaded Lion (OS X) and now my facebook won't activate, say there is something going on with server and to try again. My itouch (with the same account) connects without an issue. This appears to be an issue with OS X. When I tried to trash the Facebook app to redownload from the app store I was unable to do so as OSX "requires" facetime. What is going on with this?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Two of my podcasts won't refresh.

They had been working fine for months, but now for some reason two of mine won't refresh even when I pull down the refresh screen. Its very frustrating. Any tips?

I have found refresh works after I log off of iTunes (Goto iTunes Store, Click your id at the top (maybe right click) and select logoff). Inconvenient, but better than not having it refresh at all.

Because I know enough to be dangerous... I was trying to extend the two outside columns down.... Instead of just using faux columns which I have fixed since I posted the question.
The other link problem is the left sidebar links. When you go to the event photos page I have a repeat of the sidebar links that are on the newsletter page. I used named anchors on the newsletter page to link to the particular article. From the Event Photos page the links look like this:

The problem I am having is that some of these go to the newsletter page and the anchor and some do not (I get an error message saying it can't find the page). To add to the problem is that when we choose say the President's Message, when it goes to the newsletter page and the correct anchor, the newsletter page is missing all the links to the graphics... the photos are missing the graphic for the faux columns is missing. It makes no sense. When I preview the newsletter page from Dreamweaver everything shows up fine.
I do not know if all of this is being caused because I haven't posted this stuff to the site or what. I've tried re-booting both the browser and Dreamweaver, dumping the cache and still the same nonsense.
Got any ideas?
