Every Time I am trying to run a sample or load an example I am getting the following error in workshop 10.3.
Failed to download the example project from Oracle site.

Undeploying the BPM project from Oracle Business Process Workspace
Hi all,
I am facing problem in deploying the project to Oracle Business Process Workspace, I had some issues while deploying the project for the first time, and now when i am again trying to deploy the same project, it is giving the error "*Deployment failed, Module already exists on server*".
is there any way i can deploy the project or delete the existing project from workspace and then redeploy the project ?
IDE used : Jdeveloper 11.1.5
Server used : Weblogic 10.3
Please guide me in this as soon as possible.

1. Yes, from EM Console, first Undeploy the Workflow Project that you can find under SOA -> soa_infra -> default node.
2. Then expand Application Deployments -> Look for the UI Project (that has taskforms etc) and make sure to select it and Undeploy this also.
3. Now comes, what and how exactly are you deploying your SOA/BPM application. Any SOA/BPM application will have one Workflow project (atleast) and one or more UI Projects (for each user task). Also there may be some other utility projects or EJB projects. Now to deploy the entire application you have couple of options. Just select your Workflow project and deploy and during this time, it will list out all UI Projects and you can check all of them. Also for Workflow you can check one check box to overwrite any existing versions like 1.0. In this way you will have full Workflow deployed and all UI Projects also deployed. Once you do this, you cannot again deploy just the UI Project. Thats when you get these errors like already deployed etc. Now disadvantage here is, if you just make only UI changes, you cannot deploy only UI Project since it is already deployed as part of full app. So you had to again deploy Workflow project and check all ui projects also. this means all your existing workflow instances will become stale (redeploy of workflow makes all old tasks stale).
4. Another and more ideal standard way is, first deploy just the Workflow project and DO NOT check any UI Projects. Then from the Application Level, deploy the entire application that includes all the UI Project and any other Projects. Just select your application, properties and deployment section. And see the projects included in the application. Make sure you DO NOT check the workflow project. But check all other projects like UI or any other project. In this way, any changes you make to UI or EJBs, just deploy the application. Your workflow is still the same old. Bottom line, Workflow Project is created as a SAR (SOA Archive) which is like a jar file. And entire application is deployed like an EAR file. So you will have 2 files for deployment to any other Env where you do not have like JDev.
For now, follow first 2 steps, to undeploy all the stuff you have. Then you should be able to redeploy using one of the above options.

When I clicked on Firefox to start and as it opened my antivirus immediately named the Trojan, keeping the Trojan from downloading to my machine. The Trojan was found within Mozilla at C:\Users\nameofmachine\APPDATA\LOCAL\MOZILLA\FIREFOX\Profiles\8m239aat.default\Cache\2\BD It appears subsequent attempts have not happened.

I suspected the the pop-ups should be allowed & I made saure the box was not blocking in"Tools> Unfortunately I went back to CBC Archives on line but the window had no change. There was no "pop-up" from HDS Link Detector. The video clip just played as it normally does in the "on-line" player. The HDS icon in the lower right hand corner of the window is red (meaning"enabled", so it seems the "pop0up" should appear when I go to the CBC site. Maybe it's an extra difficult video to get a pop-up? I don't know how those other guys manged to download the video using HDS Link Detector. To create a progress bar:
1 In the Layout Editor, click the Text Item tool. Drag to create a text item of the maximum size of the progress bar. For a raised style bar, set the Bevel property of the item to raised.
2 Click the Rectangle tool and create a rectangle slightly larger than the maximum size of the progress bar. For a flood style bar, set the Bevel property of the rectangle to Lowered.
3 Add trigger code to set the size of the progress bar as appropriate. Change the size by programmatically adjusting the Width property. Depending on your application you might do this within a PL/SQL loop, or in a WHEN-TIMER-EXPIRED trigger. For example, use the Set_Item_Property built-in:

To create the spinning wheel animation:
1 Using a drawing tool such as Microsoft Paint, create an image file containing all of the different pictures, or frames, that you want to show for the animation. To create a smooth animation, use at least four and preferably six frames.
2 In the Layout Editor, display the content canvas where you want the animation to be displayed.
3 Click the Stacked Canvas tool in the tool palette. Click on the content canvas to create and position the stacked canvas.
4 In the Property Palette, under the Physical node, set the Width and Height of the stacked canvas to the size of the image or larger, and set the Viewport X Position on Canvas and Viewport Y Position on Canvas to show the initial frame. Under the Viewport node, set the Viewport Width and Viewport Height to the size of each frame.
5 In the Layout Editor, display the stacked canvas. Choose FileImport to import the image file. The image will appear in the upper left corner of the canvas.
Tip: If you have boilerplate images that you use frequently, such as a company logo, add them to your object library by dragging the boilerplate image object from the Canvas node in the Object Navigator and dropping it on the appropriate page of the object library. To reuse a boilerplate image from an Object Library, simply drag it to the Object Navigator and drop it under the canvas where you want the image to appear. This is faster and simpler than importing a file. See the Gallery page in the DEMO20.OLB object library for an example.

Iv downloaded the 0845 wizard from the App Store. Registered my details and it has been working. But for some reason it won't let me log in and keep saying failed every time I try to use it. Iv deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still says the same?
I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well. -
Software Updates ADR Issue: "Failed to download the update from the internet. Error = 5"

The above is the error I am getting when running any ADR. The error is quite clear software updates are failing to download and Error = 5 being a permissions error its clear that the downloads are failing due to incorrect permissions applied to the download
path.

Also, I do not have a patchdownloader.log anywhere, Ive checked all aforementioned locations from various sources and it just simply does not exist on my SCCM server. Here is my setup:
Server1: Primary server with all roles installed locally except the site database is on its own server. WSUS is installed locally here and DB is stored here.
Server2: SQL DB for Primary site DB
Server3: Secondary remote site running MP, DP, SUP. DB is SQL Express local.
So the SUP role was installed successfully on both server1 first and server 2 second with the site servers accounts. The SUP Synchronizes successfully and I can see a large list of updates available for use but not downloaded of course. I have set WSUS option
to store updates locally and have plenty of space at the target destination.
So here is my issue, I have been working on this issue for the better part of a week and understand the error code from the ruleengine.log to be a permissions issue. I have also proved this out but creating a test ADR with minimal updates and applied NTFS perms
to the target path for Modify with the everyone group (testing purposes only). The updates downloaded successfully. So this puts me right back to where I was, knowing its a permissions issue but not understanding what permissions are needed. Let me explain
further.
The best way to start is to show what perms I have to the target location for downloads/wsus/sup anything:
Path: \\Server1\UpdatesAndDefinitions (permissions being applied to the UpdatesAndDefinitions root folder)
SCCMAdmin (account used for most SCCM tasks except for NA) / Modify / Share and NTFS
Server1$ (primary site server) / Modify / NTFS
Everyone / read and execute / NTFS and Share
There are other system generated perms but the above three are the important ones. So hence my confusion I know that the SCCMAdmin account or the Server its self has to be accessing the target directory so why is it failing with a permissions issue?
My next step was to enable Auditing on the target path. Doing so revealed just what I thought and through me into further frustration:

Now I may not be the best I traversing through the mess of audit entry's and translating them, but from what I can see the two accounts that have the proper share and ntsf perms ive listed above are indeed the ones accessing the target location and the audit
code is success. I filter for failures and found no audits for failures whatsoever yet my downloads still fail religiously, unless of course I open myself up with the everyone group.
So next... I tried adding in the Network Service account with proper permissions, the Local Service Account, my user account, and all no go's.
Next... I remove the SUP roles from SCCM checked the logs for deinstall confirmations, and reinstalled these roles. No Go!
If anyone can assist I would be in your debt and very grateful.
Oh last note, but very important note I'm running SCCM 2012 SP1 CU4

MichaelSpauldingI just tested with the everyone group further; I added everyone with modify for ntfs and just read only for share and downloads failed!
I then changed the share perms for everyone to change and the ntfs to read/execute and poof downloads complete! Obviously change share perms for everyone leaves me open which Id like to prevent, so finding what account is being used is crucial.
I have already tried adding all of the SCCM accounts I use and the servers themselves as change perms to share and ntfs and have not had any luck.

I have an imac running 10.4.11 and i downloaded the update software from apple downloads and when i try to update to 10.5.1 it says open failed this version requires 10.5 what should i do?

I am having difficulty downloading my published folio. Over the last 24hrs I repeatedly get the following error (after a long wait with status “Preparing content for download...”) on different computers (Mac/PC) and browsers:
An error has occurred while exporting the folio
Failed to download the folio to your local disk
My first version is being delivered to an Android app (created using the Viewer Builder) and was embedded into an iOS app (also created using the View Builder). This all worked without any problems and I can export this now.
To optimize the folio for the new iPad I decided to use the PDF option which required me to rebuild the folio again. The content is identical bar a couple of dates changed from 2011 to 2012. I just need to export the folio so I can embed it into an updated iOS app. The folio will not be (at this stage) delivered to the Android app.
I hope somebody can help :-)

can't help unfortunatly, but I get the same error when trying to download a retina display folio using a normal dps account. Download is "prepared" for about 5 minutes after which I get the error message:
An error has occurred while exporting the folio.
Failed to download the folio to your local disk.
[downloadIssueFailed]
However, normal resolution folios can be exported and exporting a retina folio from a professional DPS account works.

After upgrading to Yosemite I have lost iPhoto. It has a cross through it in Finder, but I clicked on it and I was directed to download the latest version from the App store, but it is not available in the Australian store. Can anyone please help? I am not an advanced user and I would like my photos back, having had no idea I would lose iPhoto in the upgrade!
Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Only option is to download Mountain Lion again, not iPhoto specifically. Any ideas welcome!

If you have a dropbox account, there's a free app (probably more) that syncs photos to your dropbox account - picbox.
There's also PhotoSync that syncs photos to/from a number of different services and devices. -

R3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD*.
Also, abort the running load in txn:R3AM1 for object DNL_CUST_PROD0.
Then try to re-load the object.
I do not see any other reasons for the above error message.
