FB03 alternate Trans or Report with Amount Field
Hi,
The user wants to see the "Amount" Field when he runs the Trans FB03.
unfortunately its not available in dynamic selection.
Is there any other SAP standard report or trans instead of FB03 where we can get the Amount field
along with other Fields as in FB03.
Or i may have to create one using SQ01 pls guide here as well i have never used this transaction before.
Your help will be appreciated

here u need to 2 performs for PF status and USER_COMMAND in the ALV parameters.
create a custom PF status and create push buttons and assign your ok codes in your PF status.
if the field has to be edited in the ALV then pass EDIT = 'X' for that field in the fieldcatlog preparation.

2 Classic Reports with edit fields on the same page
Hi All, need your help.
I am trying to have 2 classic reports on one page with edit fields like date, list values, text
I have noticed that the element indexes are the same f01_0001 have both first elements from both reports.
This is making my code go crazy.
Also i have a problem with Date Picker, if i select it as a column type for a first element in second report the icon shows up in the first report.
I think this is because of indexing, but... Classic Date Picker put the icon on second report but when i select the date, the values is populated to first column in first report
Does anyone have a solution for this problem! (for example change the indexing for second report)
DB is 11.2g

Profit center wise customer balance Report with reference field
Dear Experts
I am using the report S_AC0_52000887 - Receivables: Profit Center but it does not show with reference.
how can i see this report with reference. (e.g. reference field at the time of posting document) In the background of this report called by report painter and we can see the characteristics are there. I am not able to add the reference field in the characteristics. Can someone please give some insights.

Data missing in Crosstab report with calculated field via case when
I use the Oracle 10g discoverer. When I create a crosstab report with a calculate field via function case when and put it as datapoint, some of the data is not showing. I tried to not use the case when function for the calculate field, then all the data show.
I really do not the reason. Could anybody help me out with many thanks?Let me explain more.
I have the original data below.
Work order, Team, Hours_worked, date
800001, S1, 5, 2012/01/01
800001, S1, 15, 2012/01/10
800001, S2, 4, 2012/01/04
800002, S1, 3, 2012/01/15
There are multipul records for the same work order, team on the same day or different.
Finally I want to set the start date and end date as the parameter to create a crosstab report format like
start date>=2012/01/01 and close date<=2012/01/05
Team
Total hours total hours within the range
Work order S1 S2 ... S1 S2 ...
800001 20 4 5 4
800002 3 0 0 0
in order to do it, I create two parameters independently start date and close date. Then I create a calculate field hours_worked_withinrange via
Case when date>=:start date and date<=:end date then Hours_worked else 0 end
This calculated field is correct in the tabular format report in discoverer desktop. But when I duplicate the list as crosstab. Some data is missing in crosstab data point.
I checked once I change the calculate field defination not use case when. (For example, C1=hours_worked*2). Then everything runs correct. -
Stock report with the field... last stock changed at certain date?
Is there any standard report with the date of the last change of the stock value and quantity?

I want to know why MBEWH have not any material stock information for period when doesn´t exist any inventory movement for some materials, for example I have a case in 12.2006 period the material A have stock quantity 100 and value 1000 and the next period 01.2007 no stock movements were done for this reason the MBEWH had to had the same values stock 100 and value 1000 in 01.2007 period, but in MBEWH is missing, there is not any information for material A in this period.
Anybody knows about this problem?

SAP CRM 7.0 - Interactive reporting tool enhancing reports with new fields
Hi Everyone,
I am a BW Professional, currently working on evaluating the true benefits of implementing Interactive Reporting tool for our company. As I understand the Interactive reporting tool restricts us to report on individual reporting areas like Activities, Leads, Opportunties etc.
But according to our business it is very important for us to be able to report on cross reporting areas real time i.e. activities & leads together or activties, leads & opportunties together etc.
I learned about the enhancement work bench in interactive reporting tool where we can add SAP fields to individual reporting areas, so I thought of adding leads & opportunties to activities. This is where the fun part starts.
Here I learned that all activty ID, Lead ID and Oppo ID are all fed from one single field from SAP CRM i.e. OBJECT_ID, which means the system is dividing this data into individual reporting areas based on type of data i.e. leads or oppor's etc. and may be based on some key like account etc. So here is a technical question, for me to add a new field to a reporting area I have to give a field name but we already have OBJECT_ID from where I am pulling activties data, so if I want to include leads also in activties then I will have to add some logic manually to get that and can't use enhancement workbench because it is for missing fields from SAP CRM whereas in my case I already have OBJECT_ID from where I am getting Activity data.
Sorry if I am driving you guys crazy but I am just trying to think loud to make myself clear with concepts.
Also I have seen that a reporting area in Interactive reporting tool is based on a BW query, but I am not sure why not all the fields in BW query are available for reporting in Interactive reporting tool?
Any help or commets will be greatly appreciated.

checking with the config wizard is always a good idea since it's the only supported way to configure this scenario
The secret is that you apparently did not activate the report areas. It is a bit missleading that the queries are checked before the report areas are checked, therefore you see the errors concerning the queries first. Below those errors you should find some lines like
Report areas: delivered 15, active <?>
CRM interactive reports: delivered 20, active <?>
Activation of report areas checked
The last line offers some documentation and the actual link to activate the report areas.

Report with TextArea field v PopUp Form with TextArea Item CRLF Question
I have a report which has a column in it which contains lines terminted with CRLF i.e chr(10||chr(13).
When this column is displayed as a textarea type it presents the data correctly i.e

CRVS2010 Beta - Error in report with currency field in WPF viewer
When using CRVS2010 with one of my applications I discovered that an InvalidOperationException happens everytime I try to load a report that contains a Currency Field database entry in the WPF viewer.
To be sure, I made a simple report just with the Currency field and the error happens the same way.
The exception that I receive is:
This Pop operation has no corresponding Push to remove from the stack because the stack depth of the DrawingContext is zero.

This problem happens in the WPF viewer, but not in the WinForms viewer.

SKF master couldn't link to LIS with amount field
Dears:
We want to create SKF linked to LIS with work order amount.
System responsed message KW721"The selected info set does not (yet)
contain key figures"(EN)/KS 306No currency key figures can be processed
using the present release.(ZF)
We felt confused.since LIS have the data we can choose for order amount
why no currency field can be processed?
Would you please help us to solve it?

BenI would suggest, building additional columns in your query for the what if analysis. These columns would use formula variables for the user to input for the changeable fields. These will give hima side by side comparison of actual and what-if values.

I have 3 code fields with their percentages (_pct). I have concatinated them so I can format them nicely on the page.
I have create a process 'on-submit and before computations and validations' where I was hoping to assign my table columns (eg the code and pct columns) from the APEXITEMs in my select statement.
I can get the values from these (APEX_ITEM) fields by referencing APEX_APPLICATION.G_F10(i) etc.... so thats cool.
But my problem is how do I reference the table columns so I can assign them.
I am using a 'Multi Row Update' process to perform the update to the database.
P.S. mycomments column is working fine. It gets updated nicely but its just those other APEX_ITEM fields.I don't have the apex_application.g_f01(i) referenced in the page source...In the page source you wouldn't find anything by that name
Identify the tabular form's checkbox column in the page(firebug/chrome developer panel makes this easy)
It should be like

Replace that number in the code, for instance if it was f05 , the code would use
apex_application.g_f05
