FD32 credit value- Report

Hi all,
Is there any report is available to display list of open sales order/open deliveries/open billing documents which are blocked due to credit limit for a specific customer, which show the exact value of the amount show in FD32 under sales value.
Thanks
babu

You cannot have it all in one report.
Via F.31 you can get to it.
once in the report, you can click on your customer line & line items, and you will see the open invoices, as stated in 'receivables" in FD32.
once in the report, you can go via the menu to Environment - Sales & Distribution Documents - Open orders or Open Deliveries/Billing Documents which together show the "sales value" in FD32.
you can also use RVKRED77 for the sales value which is more straightforward, but really intended for that.

  • In FD32 why credit value is calculating at cash sale cycle

    Hello Every body
In credit management, customer having credit limit and also having in ova8 it is static credit limit check in sales order level.
My question while customer take cash sales in sales order level, he adopted payment terms as cash sales.
In system created order - delivery - invoice and later  i am verified in FD32: credit value is calculating.
My question while doing cash sales credit limit it should not calculate.
Please give me your valuable advises
    Thanks,
    Prasad

    Hi,
Ideally your cash sales order type is different from the normal sales .
So in OVAK , do not assign the check credit and credit group. Leave it blank.
So system will not performed the credit check for cash cycle .
Hope this will resolve your issue.

  • FD32 Credit management 'sales value'

I am on SAP ERP, I'm trying to figure out how to pull the data that makes up the credit exposure - 'SALES VALUE.'  I believe the sale value includes all undelivered or only partially delivered orders.  I can not find a way to confirm what makes up the total sales value.  How would i oull that detail?
Thanks in advance for your assistance!

check oss note 378833.. it has loads of information.
It is difficult to analyze incorrect open credit values:
The open credit values are updated in Sales Information System (SIS) structures. The structures cumulate values due to common characteristics. Due to the cumulation, you cannot find out subsequently which documents caused the values.
The system generates and reduces open credit values in the SD document chain. The system posts the credit value to the SIS structure and clears it later. This may cause differences between the posted value and the cleared value.
See Note 377165 for a detailed description about updating open credit values.
To correct the incorrect open credit values, proceed as follows:
    1. Correct known errors that occur in the update of the open credit values. To do this, check the relevant composite SAP Notes and implement the relevant corrections in your system if you have not yet imported a Support Package that contains them.
1176872 Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, 60*
735791 Composite SAP Note: Credit update incorrect, 500
735163 Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, Release 4.70
410685 Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, 4.6B/C
385481 Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, 4.5B
385091 Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, Release 4.0B
364928 Composite SAP Note: Incorrect credit update, Release 3.1I
    2. Use composite SAP Note 425523 to check that there is no explanation for the update that you observed.
    3. Check whether incorrect open credit values exist in your system. To do this, compare the sales values in transaction FD32/FD33 (status view) with the results of the report RVKRED88 which you run for the same credit customer and credit control area.
    4. Check whether the incorrect update is caused by user exits or by modifications in your system. The following notes describe possible sources of errors in customer-defined source code.
216448  BW/SIS: Incorrect update / SD user exit
178328  Problems due to incorrect user exits in SD
    5. Use the report RVKRED77 to correct the open credit values. For more information about the report, see Note 400311 (or the documentation of the report in your system) and Note 363343 or Note 755395.
To determine the reason for the incorrect open credit values and to reproduce the error, proceed as follows. Reproducing the error in the test system is a basic prerequisite for analyzing and correcting the problem.
    1. Monitor the open credit values to find out when incorrect values occur. To do this, compare the sales values in transaction FD32/FD33 with the results of the report RVKRED88 again.
    2. Identify the documents that were created or changed since the last run of the correction report RVKRED77 in accordance with Note 389377. One of these documents must have caused the incorrect credit values.
    3. Try to determine which document caused these values. To reproduce the problem on your test system, use the same data as in the document that is causing the incorrect values.
    4. Use transaction MC30 (as described in Note 381789) to check the update of the open credit values after a document is posted.
    5. Use Note 1042857 "Logging credit values" to log the update of the credit values so that you can evaluate this later.
If you can reproduce the error in your test system but there is no explanation for the update you observed, open a customer message with logon data, sample data, a detailed description of the procedure and the relevant contact person.

    thanks&regards.\
    ajay.

    Hi,
Usually it can be determined using the field shkzg. If it contain 'S' its debit and if it contains 'H' then its credit.
    Before showing the amount you need to do like;
    IF wa_gl-shkzg = 'H'.
    wa_gl-dmbtr = wa_gl-dmbtr * (-1). " dbmtr - amount
    ENDIF.
    This will solve your problem.

  • How to summarize Open sales order credit value

    Hi, friends.
I am designing Add-on report about credit exposure.
I found the relevant tables of Credit Limit in FD32
    KNKK
    S066
    S067
Then, I would like to show the document details of open sales order credit value in the report.
I tried to summarize the open sales order amount from VBAK, VAUK, VBAP, VBUP.
However, it doest match to the amount in S066 table.
Can anyone tell us how to summarize Open sales order credit value from SD documents?
    Regards,
    Yu

    Sudheer,
You need to check the update rule given in the definition of the Credit control Area which you are using for credit management. If you want only the open deliveries then you need to have update rule 15 in the credit control area.
In the credit controal settings, you need to have settings for the credit check at the delivery level.
Hope this will solve your issue.

  • Open delivery credit value minus

    Hi,
Could you someone to help me in FD32 or FD33, i got open delivery credit value with minus?
Please advice how to solve it or expalin why it's happen.
    Thanks,
    Wins

One of the possibility is that the customer had exceeded credit limit, but the sales order was released though the credit linit was crossed. I do not recall but I suppose it must have been done through Transaction Code VFX3.

  • Table and Filed for 'Credit Exposure' and 'Credit Value'

    Hi,
Anybody pls let me know the following...
    1. What is the source of 'Credit Exposure' in FD33 transaction (Table-Field) ?
    2. What is the source of  'Credit Value' in VKM1 transaction (table-Field) ?
    I know that.....
Source of "Credit Exposure" in FD33 = RF02L-OBLIG
Source of "Credit Value" in VKM1 = VBKRED-KWKKB
But all the values specified are derived figures and it may not be possible to directly extract these from any standard table..
So pls help me how to extract these fields values in a Z report?
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Lakshmipati,
Not at all the cases two fields total (SKFOR+SSOBL) is equal to 'Credit Exposure value' in FD33.
    Hi Shivaram,
Pls let me know the fields in tables S066 and S067 and also is these tables are used to get value of 'Credit Exposure value' of FD33 or 'Credit Value' of VKM1 ?
Or someone tell me the answer for original question in this post?

  • Credit value used in credit check

    Hi,
Could any one help me understand how credit value is calculated in credit check for sales orders.
I was assuming that credit value is undelivered value returned by fm -SD_CREDIT_VALUE_ORDER.
When i debug this fm gives me different value each time.Acoording to the config Total amount of order(incl tax) should be used for credit check.
    Thanks in advance.
    Priya.

Hope you have released the credit block and then when you are changing any parameter(other than qty and value) the order is going on credit check again? If yes, in OVA8 - under " Released orders are still unchecked" maintain number of days or percentage of change of value. Then the reeleased orders will not be checked again .
If you havent released the credit blocked order and when ever you do any changes to order and save it, you will get the credit blocked message all the times. If the amount is not consistent then may be you can execute few programs to reset the open credit value of the customers. Please refer to the below notes for incorrect credit values.

  • Credit note report

    Hi,
I am creating a report to monitor the volume of credit notes raised/issued and the areas these credit notes refer to so we can identify why we have so many credits and the reasons behind the credits.
The report needs to show the following:
    Customer
    Material
    Invoice Qty (Original)
    Invoice Value (Original)
    Credit Qty
    Credit Value
Diff (Invoice Value u2013 Credit Value)
I have tried to build this query in the billing cube however, not picking up the original invoice value / qty.
Could you advice on how best to proceed with this requirement.
    Thanks in advance,
    Milind

    Hi.
Could you provide the technical name of the billing cube you are referring to?
Depending on how credit notes are handled in the source system, you should be able to identify them in BW. Maybe not in your existing cube, but in the FI flow:
Check if you are loading GL line items with datasource 0FI_GL_4. Here you should find 0AC_DOC_TYP, which gets values from the document type used in R/3 (BLART-BKPF). The list of possible values is rather long, but as you will see from the descriptions used, only some would make sense to use for credit memos. See list below.
Check for some of the credit notes which value(s) is used, in the ODS 0FIGL_o02 or ask line of business how they book credit notes. I would check the actual postings anyway, just to make sure
Based on the flow to your cube for the AC_DOC_TYP field, you can identify the credit notes and start building the logic you want.

  • Error credit value update

I have customized a consignment sales order KB with credit control, which is not relevant for billing.
After I create a delivery from a KB order and save it.The credit value for sals order is not reduced. And after I post goods issue ,both sale order and delivery value are not reduced.I must run rvkred77 to correct it every time
Pls tell me what's caused the error result.
Edited by: Ji Ma on Apr 2, 2009 2:54 AM

    hi
The system is behaiving  correctly  this is because
Consignment Fill-up is not relevant for billing as well as credit check
in VOV8 credit check field will be blank as per standard
in OVAK for your document type KB check credit will be blank
in OVA7 for item category  check credit will be blank
this is because in consignment fillup stage the ownership of the goods is still with the client as it is not transfrerred to customer
credit check will be avtive only for consignment issue where the ownership will be transfereed to customer.
If you want to happen credit check at the time of consignment fillup then you have to configure as i said above in bold
But i think it is not a standard practice instead of that you can have a manual credit check from the sales order itself  by selecting ENVIRONMENT>>>>PARTNER>>>>>DISPLAY CREDIT ACCOUNT OR
    fd32 OR FD33
Guru's correct me if i am wrong

  • Static Credit Limit Check for Sales Orders - Net Value vs Credit Value

We are testing order credit check and we have run into a problem with the Static Credit Limit Check.  The Static Credit Limit Check is set to use both Order and Delivery Values.  SAP uses the values in S066 and S067 to determine what values it uses to check against the credit limit.  Standard SAP uses the confirmed quantity times the credit price to get the order values - this is the credit value.
So the problem is, once an order is released it is set up so it does not go back on credit hold, so anything which is not confirmed (but could be) it a potential credit value which is unaccounted for in the credit exposure and the customer can go over the credit limit.
Additionally, we run AFS and have items which are rejected with a J0 rejection code (unconfirmed) which have the potential of being confirmed and shipped and we want to include these items in the value of the order which is being checked against the credit limit (along with the deliveries, invoices and receivables).
    Here is a quick example.
Customer has a credit limit of $100 (no deliveries, invoices or receivables - to keep it simple)
Order 1 is placed with a credit value of $50.00 but a potential value of $100 (the other half is J0) - this passes the credit check since $50.00 is less than the limit.
Order 2 is placed for $50.00 and has a credit value of $50.  This also gets approved.
At this point, the credit limit used is 100% (based on standard SAP)
Then Order1 backorder is confirmed and the new credit value is now $100.  This order now puts the customer over their limit and if the order had been released would not go back on credit hold and therefore the customer is not over their credit limit by 50%.
What I want is for Order1 to be credit checked for the $100 not the $50 so the exposure is correct.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we could use the Net Value of the order to perform the static credit check?  And any thoughts on how to determine the correct credit exposure (open order value plus items which are J0, plus deliveries, plus invoices, plus receivables)?
I am thinking about a Z table to track the adjusted values on the orders and then use one of the customer checks to do a static credit check with the adjusted value.  And for the exposure, use the adjusted value to recalculate the values in F.35 to show a more accurate view of the credit exposure.
Does anyone have an easier way to do this?  Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Suzanne

    Hi Suzzane,
In the scenario that you have provided, in the first order items worth 50$ are rejected. Hence standard SAP will not take this into account as this item is rejected. Two solutions can be provided here:
    1) The line item can have a delivery block instead of  a reason for rejection. This way the 50$ will get accounted. However, if this is against customer norms as this will appear in the order acknowledgment, this cannot be used.
    2) User exit can be used where a credit check can be triggered once the document value changes, even though the document has a released status.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Vinu
