In FD32 why credit value is calculating at cash sale cycle

Hello Every body
In credit management, customer having credit limit and also having in ova8 it is static credit limit check in sales order level.
My question while customer take cash sales in sales order level, he adopted payment terms as cash sales.
In system created order - delivery - invoice and later  i am verified in FD32: credit value is calculating.
My question while doing cash sales credit limit it should not calculate.
Please give me your valuable advises
Thanks,
Prasad

Hi,
Ideally your cash sales order type is different from the normal sales .
So in OVAK , do not assign the check credit and credit group. Leave it blank.
So system will not performed the credit check for cash cycle .
Hope this will resolve your issue.

  • Letter of Credit value is not updated against Sales Order

    Hi SAP Gurus,
I have created LC in VX11N. When I am assigning the LC in the item level while creating the sale order, in the LC master, the open value is still remaining the same. It is not getting adjusted against the sale order value.
For Ex: Against Rs. 1 lakh of LC of the Customer, we create a Sale Order of Total Value Rs.80,000/-. Then the remaining balance of Rs.20,000/- is not getting upadted in the Open Value field in the LC Master.
Also, in the sale order LC screen part, the tab Ret. beside pmt. guarantee form is remaining at 0%. It is not getting edited.
Plz suggest is this a configuration issue or SAP Standard doesn't support LC fully.

  • Credit value used in credit check

    Hi,
Could any one help me understand how credit value is calculated in credit check for sales orders.
I was assuming that credit value is undelivered value returned by fm -SD_CREDIT_VALUE_ORDER.
When i debug this fm gives me different value each time.Acoording to the config Total amount of order(incl tax) should be used for credit check.
    Thanks in advance.
    Priya.

Hope you have released the credit block and then when you are changing any parameter(other than qty and value) the order is going on credit check again? If yes, in OVA8 - under " Released orders are still unchecked" maintain number of days or percentage of change of value. Then the reeleased orders will not be checked again .
If you havent released the credit blocked order and when ever you do any changes to order and save it, you will get the credit blocked message all the times. If the amount is not consistent then may be you can execute few programs to reset the open credit value of the customers. Please refer to the below notes for incorrect credit values.

  • Use of Letter of Credit in Sales cycle

    Hi Guru's
Can any one send me or explain me of the letter of credit work process in SAP or sales cycle?
Please Suggest any documentation on it
    thanx In advcnce.

    HI Prashant,
here is the overview or payment cards
       1. When you create a sales order, you can enter credit card data manually, or copy it from the payer master record. You can enter one card in the sales order overview screen. You are able to enter multiple cards, or multiple authorizations on one card, in the payment card plan in the sales order header. The system automatically authorizes the sales order when you save it.
At a later time, you create the delivery. The authorization may have expired in the meantime, so the system checks to ensure that it is still valid. If the authorization is no longer valid, the system tells you to reinitiate authorization in the sales order. You complete and save the delivery. When all the items are picked, packed, and goods issue is posted,
you create a billing document. Here, payment card data is copied from the sales order, or uploaded directly into the billing document from an external system, as in the case of point of sale. The system uses the authorizations in the payment card plan to calculate billing amounts. You process the billing document and release it to Financial Accounting.
    PAYMENT CARD MASTER DATA
To quickly and efficiently process sales orders with payment cards, you can store card data in the payer master record. When you create a sales order, you simply call up a list of cards for the customer using the matchcode on the payment card number field. The system automatically copies the card data into the sales order for the card or cards that you choose from this list.
The one-time customer record is a collective account, in the master record, for a group of unrelated customers. For this reason, you cannot maintain payment card data for one-time customers.
    Features
You can enter the following card information in the payer master record:
Card type, for example VISA, MC, or AMEX
    Card number
The system checks the card numbers you enter to ensure that they correspond to the numbering standards of the relevant payment card company (for example, checking to make sure that a Visa card number begins with "4").This reduces the risk of having to go through a lengthy authorization process in the sales order with an incorrect card number.
The system also checks to ensure that a payment card belongs to only one customer. You cannot enter one payment card in two different master records.
    Expiration date
Cardholder or company name as it appears on the card
Card category, such as credit card, customer card, or purchasing card
    Blocking reason
If required, you can block the payment card by entering a reason, for example 01 for "card stolen". You maintain blocking reasons in Customizing for payment cards in the Billing section of the IMG.
    Note
A block is for a particular payment card only. If one of the customer's payment cards is blocked, he or she may use another.
Also, a block does not effect sales documents that have already been created with the card. You can, however, run a standard search to determine all documents in which the card number is used.
    Card valid-from date
    Default card
You can assign a default card if there is more than one card for a customer. When you call up a list of cards for the customer in the sales order, this card is highlighted.
    Hope this will be helpful...
Request you to reward points if helpful.
    Thanks & regards

  • FD32 credit value- Report

    Hi all,
Is there any report is available to display list of open sales order/open deliveries/open billing documents which are blocked due to credit limit for a specific customer, which show the exact value of the amount show in FD32 under sales value.
    Thanks
    babu

You cannot have it all in one report.
Via F.31 you can get to it.
once in the report, you can click on your customer line & line items, and you will see the open invoices, as stated in 'receivables" in FD32.
once in the report, you can go via the menu to Environment - Sales & Distribution Documents - Open orders or Open Deliveries/Billing Documents which together show the "sales value" in FD32.
you can also use RVKRED77 for the sales value which is more straightforward, but really intended for that.

  • VKM4- How does the Credit Value calculated?

    Hello SD Experts,
See below VKM4 screenshot what is the significance of credit value? How does it calculated. How can i get the calculation of credit value for a sales order? I know net value is taken from items net value minus taxes.
This is what F1 help shows but i could not get it how it arrived to the Credit value figure.
    F1 Help
    Credit value
Specifies the value of the open items.
In the order, this value is
    the quantity not yet delivered
    the quantity not yet billed
In the delivery, this value is
    the quantity not yet billed
If anyone can explain me where can i track/see the values tied to sales order it will be great.
    Thanks
    Hrusikesh

    Dalai,
In V/08 please check for the relevant pricing procedure, usually we assign Subtotal A for the total amount of Net value+Tax .

  • Open delivery credit value minus

    Hi,
Could you someone to help me in FD32 or FD33, i got open delivery credit value with minus?
Please advice how to solve it or expalin why it's happen.
    Thanks,
    Wins

One of the possibility is that the customer had exceeded credit limit, but the sales order was released though the credit linit was crossed. I do not recall but I suppose it must have been done through Transaction Code VFX3.

  • Return order released to FI open item without updating credit value.

Hi guys, give me a hand.
In China, Goods Return requires supporting document like tax certificate. When a return order has been posted to AR open item, we still can not pay the customer until we get the document from our customer. In this logic, we don't want to update the credit value of that customer when credit memo is posted to AR. Can we change the credit value calculation that way?

    Hi skell244,
One reason why we have our Return and Exchange Promise is that we realize what you purchase doesn’t quite work out as you anticipated. I’m sorry to hear this might be the case with your radar detector and car stereo.
As long as you are able to provide that information to your local store, they should be able to locate your receipt to confirm your purchase is inside of our 15-day return window. Alternatively, I may also be able to locate your receipt on my end and email you a copy of it. If you wish me to attempt this, please send me a private message with as much of the following information as possible.
    Full name:
    Phone number:
Email address used for the purchase:
    City/State of store:
    Date of purchase:
    Total purchase amount:
Visa/MasterCard/Amex/etc. (don’t provide debit card numbers):

  • How to summarize Open sales order credit value

    Hi, friends.
I am designing Add-on report about credit exposure.
I found the relevant tables of Credit Limit in FD32
    KNKK
    S066
    S067
Then, I would like to show the document details of open sales order credit value in the report.
I tried to summarize the open sales order amount from VBAK, VAUK, VBAP, VBUP.
However, it doest match to the amount in S066 table.
Can anyone tell us how to summarize Open sales order credit value from SD documents?
    Regards,
    Yu

    Sudheer,
You need to check the update rule given in the definition of the Credit control Area which you are using for credit management. If you want only the open deliveries then you need to have update rule 15 in the credit control area.
In the credit controal settings, you need to have settings for the credit check at the delivery level.
Hope this will solve your issue.

  • Released Credit Value on a sales order is showing 0.00

    Hi
When I create and save a sales order, the released credit value (VBAK-AMBTL) is intermittently showing up as 0.00 when I look up in VBAK table.
Can someone let me know why the credit value is 0.00? Please guide me on what to look for.
    Regards,

    Anyone? Any Idea?

  • Error credit value update

I have customized a consignment sales order KB with credit control, which is not relevant for billing.
After I create a delivery from a KB order and save it.The credit value for sals order is not reduced. And after I post goods issue ,both sale order and delivery value are not reduced.I must run rvkred77 to correct it every time
Pls tell me what's caused the error result.
Edited by: Ji Ma on Apr 2, 2009 2:54 AM

    hi
The system is behaiving  correctly  this is because
Consignment Fill-up is not relevant for billing as well as credit check
in VOV8 credit check field will be blank as per standard
in OVAK for your document type KB check credit will be blank
in OVA7 for item category  check credit will be blank
this is because in consignment fillup stage the ownership of the goods is still with the client as it is not transfrerred to customer
credit check will be avtive only for consignment issue where the ownership will be transfereed to customer.
If you want to happen credit check at the time of consignment fillup then you have to configure as i said above in bold
But i think it is not a standard practice instead of that you can have a manual credit check from the sales order itself  by selecting ENVIRONMENT>>>>PARTNER>>>>>DISPLAY CREDIT ACCOUNT OR
    fd32 OR FD33
Guru's correct me if i am wrong

  • How to separate debit and credit values in gl statement report (daywise)

    hi
    experts,
    i have report.
    selection criteria is
    chars of account.
    gl account
    date .
how to separate debit and credit values in gl statement?.(i know there is a indicator shkzg).
    but send me code.
    op
date,   total credit, total debit , balances.
also calculate opening and closing balance.
u created such type of report then plz help me.
    thanks&regards.\
    ajay.

    Hi,
Usually it can be determined using the field shkzg. If it contain 'S' its debit and if it contains 'H' then its credit.
    Before showing the amount you need to do like;
    IF wa_gl-shkzg = 'H'.
    wa_gl-dmbtr = wa_gl-dmbtr * (-1). " dbmtr - amount
    ENDIF.
    This will solve your problem.
