hi,
first you have to create xsd schema in designer by using following xsd file
copy it and past it in notepad and save with extension .xsd
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<xs:schema attributeFormDefault="unqualified" elementFormDefault="qualified" xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  <xs:element name="ISO_4217">
    <xs:complexType>
      <xs:sequence>
        <xs:element name="CcyTbl">
          <xs:complexType>
            <xs:sequence>
              <xs:element maxOccurs="unbounded" name="CcyNtry">
                <xs:complexType>
                  <xs:sequence>
                    <xs:element name="CtryNm" type="xs:string" />
                    <xs:element name="CcyNm">
                      <xs:complexType>
                        <xs:simpleContent>
                          <xs:extension base="xs:string">
                            <xs:attribute name="IsFund" type="xs:boolean" use="optional" />
                          </xs:extension>
                        </xs:simpleContent>
                      </xs:complexType>
                    </xs:element>
                    <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="Ccy" type="xs:string" />
                    <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="CcyNbr" type="xs:unsignedShort" />
                    <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="CcyMnrUnts" type="xs:string" />
                  </xs:sequence>
                </xs:complexType>
              </xs:element>
            </xs:sequence>
          </xs:complexType>
        </xs:element>
      </xs:sequence>
      <xs:attribute name="Pblshd" type="xs:date" use="required" />
    </xs:complexType>
  </xs:element>
</xs:schema>
creating xsd schema in designer
after that drag the xsd schema in to work area and double click on that to give xml file path as below
in xml file dropdown you have to place the url of xml file
http://www.currency-iso.org/dam/downloads/table_a1.xml
finally you are loading xml file to sql server means ,you have to change NRDM to RDBM as below
right click on subschema of schemaout and select unnest with sub-schema option

    Please post a concise and complete example. Include table DDL and sample data INSERT statements.
    Cause the solution depends on your actual structure. Otherwise take a look at the
    nodes() method.
    E.g.

    ID INT IDENTITY ,
    Data XML
    INSERT INTO @Sample

  • Capturing xml data returned from a url post in a jsp page

    Hi,
    We are writing a interface which will capture data returned from an other website. The data returned will be in XML form.
    http://www.ecrm.staging.twii.net/ecrmfeed/ecrmfeedservices.sps?eCRMFeedInputXml=<twii><ecrmfeedinput><data%20method="Login"><username>[email protected]</username><password>password</password></data></ecrmfeedinput></twii>
    When the above url is executed in a browser, it required NT authentication. The username and password is getcouponed. Once the username and password is fed, we can see the output in the form of a xml. We require the xml in a String variable in a jsp page. We need to know the steps on how to execute the url in a jsp page. We used the url object to do the same, but we get a error saying "java.net.UnknownHostException: www.ecrm.staging.twii.net".
    Can anyone help?
    Regards,
    Gopinath.

    Hi,
    I would like to know if I can use the java.net package to get anything out of a website which requires authentication. In this case NT authentication.

  • XML Data not updating on xlf

    hi,
    My IT department created some xml files for a project that I am working on. I want to have XML connecting into the dashboard whenever I update the xml file. Is there a way I can do it? I tried saving the XML data into Excel and importing the spreadsheet into dashboard, which gave the me the data but if I want to have XML data connection with the URL of xml data in my local file it doesn't work. I also tried XML Maps for data manager and that worked one time but if I update same file it won't show me new data after refreshing.
    Does any body know how to do it from starting and give me steps to automatically refresh the data... I have three different data sheets for charts. I have Xcelsius 2008 Engage....I am totally confused...

  • OracleRowSet/Javax.SQL.Rowset and XML data (Java 1.4)

    Does anybody know if it is possible to fetch xml data with an Oracle Row Set (or a hint how to do it)
    Or it is obligatory to use the OracleResultSet to make use of the xml methods.
    Thanks in advance
    Sebastian Schardt

    OracleWebRowSet has the writeXml method to output an XML String.

    I'm trying to read some XML data from temperature logger over my network.  I'm using LabView version 2009 sp1.  I'm using the URL Get Document Vi.  It works fine when using Internet sites like google or foxnews etc...
    When I use it with my temperature logger most of the time I get an Error 66...but some times it does work and actually retrieves the document.
    I can use the same address "http://172.22.21.68/XMLfeed.rb" (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) in my browser and get a response every time.  When accessing from my browser the server in the temperature logger does take around 6 seconds to respond, but it does respond every time.
    Is the URL Get Document Vi exceeding a timeout?  If so, where can I set it to wait longer?

    It looks like the TCP Buffered Read has a 2.5 sec timeout, I believe that is where I had trouble as well.  Try creating your own URL Get HTTP Doc vi in which you call URL Get Document in normal mode, with an appropriate number of characters to fetch (enough characters so that you capture all the important data in the XML file).

    how to getout of this problem and how can i send the total xml data with http request

    Hi,
    Xcelsius/Dashboards will convert the range of values that you want to send into XML.
    It then will POST the XML when it calls the web page.
    For example, if you had created three ranges to send to your web page:
    A (a single cell)
    B (a single cell)
    C (a row of three cells)
    The data in the POST input stream for the web page will look something like this:
    <data>
      <variable name="A">
        <row>
          <column>10</column>
        </row>
      </variable>
      <variable name="B">
        <row>
          <column>15</column>
        </row>
      </variable>
      <variable name="C">
        <row>
          <column>1</column>
          <column>2</column>
          <column>3</column>
        </row>
      </variable>
    </data>
    I don't have an example for ASP, but I do for a JSP (attached).
    Regards
    Matt

  • XmlDataProvider .... is gone completely in my Xaml file. Why? How many different ways to deal with xml data source through WPF

    I followed a procedure described in a book.
    1. insert "Inventory.xml" file to a project "WpfXmlDataBinding" .
    2. add the XML data source through the data panel of "blend for 2013", named it "InventoryXmlDataStore" and store it in the current document.

    <Grid DataContext="{Binding Source={StaticResource InventoryXmlDataStore}}">
    <ListBox HorizontalAlignment="Left" Height="370"
    ItemTemplate="{DynamicResource ProductTemplate}"
    ItemsSource="{Binding XPath=/Inventory/Product}"
    Margin="65,55,0,0" VerticalAlignment="Top" Width="270"/>
        </Grid>
    </Window>
    All looks quite the same except the <XmlDataProvider ....> part under <Window.Resources>, which is gone completely in my Xaml file.
    1, Why?
    2, How many different ways to deal with xml data source through WPF?
    Thanks, guys.
    (ps My "WpfXmlDataBinding" runs without problem through.)

    Never do yourself down Richard.
    Leave that to other people.
    It's quite common for smart developers to think they're not as good as they are.
    I coach a fair bit and it's a surprisingly common feeling.
    And to repeat.
    Never use anything ends .. provider.  They're for trivial demo apps.  Transform xml into objects and use them.  Write it back as xml.  Preferably, use a database.
    You want to read a little mvvm theory first.

    Whatever you do, don't read Josh Smiths explanation.  I used to recommend it but it confuses the heck out newbies. Leave that until later.
    Laurent Bugnion did a great presentation at mix10.  Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be working on the MS site, but I have a copy.  Download and watch:

    I'm writing an article at the moment which is aimed at beginners.
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/30564.wpf-uneventful-mvvm.aspx
    The sample is just a collection of techniques really.
    I have a sample which involves no real data but is intended to illustrate some aspects of how viewmodels "do stuff" and how you use datatemplates to generate UI.
    I can't remember if I recommended it previously to you:
    https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/WPF-Dialler-simulator-d782db17
    And I have working samples which are aimed at illustrating line of business architecture.  This is an incomplete step by step series but I  think more than enough to chew on once you've done the previous stuff.
    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/28209.wpf-entity-framework-mvvm-walk-through-1.aspx
    The write up for step2 is work in progress.

    Hope that helps.

  • How to take XML data source from URL?

    Hi,
    I creating application which need to download some data from any web page. This page is creating via XSL (as stylesheet) .This XSL
    process some XML "data source" and generate HTML page. I wanna ask if exist some way how to take this XML "data source"? If i used
    URL and take InputStream I everytime obtain full generated HTML, JavaScript page - compiled by web browser. But if i look to "page
    source" of this page in web browser i see just that XML data source which i need to take (only at start of this xml is way to xsl
    style sheet).
    But this problem i have only at my required page.If i tried to take another page with similar structure code, it was succesful.
    Here is link : LINK
    Why i dont have permision take clear xml from this page?What is so special?
    Exist some way how to take this XML without generated html code?
    Thank you.

    I apologize for my english. I try explain my problem again:
    At this url [http://eu.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=33677] is web page. If you look at "page source", web page is create via XML and XSLT. I need load this data source. I used DOMParser for that:
    URL url = new URL("http://eu.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=33677");
    DOMParser parser = new DOMParser();
    parser.parse(url);
    XMLDocument doc = parser.getDocument();I get exception : Exception in thread "main" oracle.xml.parser.v2.XMLParserException: Expected '?>' instead of 'EOF'
    If i used it at another page (for example [http://www.w3schools.com/XML/simplexsl.xml|http://www.w3schools.com/XML/simplexsl.xml] ), compile was successful and i can work with this XMLDocument and etc.
    I try load it by InputStreamReader too:
    URL url = new URL("http://eu.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=33677");
    try {
        BufferedReader br = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(url.openStream());
        String line;
        while ((line = br.readLine() != null) {
            System.out.println(line);
    } catch (IOException e) {
        e.printStackTrace
    }i get only compiled HTML code by web browser. At second page i load successfuly XML data - not compiled by browser.
    Is possible to take original xml page source from this page? And what diferent is between this pages?
    Thank you and i hope, you can translate this post without headache :-) If it will be necessary, i can more specify some details.

      Document doc = db.parse(file);
      doc.getDocumentElement().normalize();
