    after you imported Rrw3_Get_Query_View_Data function as adaptive rfc model in your component and mapped its node controller context Rrw3_Get_Query_View_Data_Input model to your controller context do the following:
    i.e.
    Rrw3_Get_Query_View_Data_Input model = new Rrw3_Get_Query_View_Data_Input();
    model.setI_Infoprovider("0FIA_MDS2");
    model.setI_Query("FIA_MDS2_Q0005MP");
    wdContext.nodeGetQueryView().bind(model);
    W3Query paramElement1 = new W3Query();
    paramElement1.setName("VAR_NAME_1");
    paramElement1.setValue("0P_CSDAT");
    W3Query paramElement2 = new W3Query();
    paramElement2.setName("VAR_OPERATOR_1");
    paramElement2.setValue("LE");
    W3Query paramElement3 = new W3Query();
    paramElement3.setName("VAR_VALUE_EXT_1");
    paramElement3.setValue(cdate);
    W3Query paramElement5 = new W3Query();
    paramElement5.setName("VAR_NAME_2");
    paramElement5.setValue("0S_CCTR");
    W3Query paramElement6 = new W3Query();
    paramElement6.setName("VAR_OPERATOR_2");

    W3Query paramElement7 = new W3Query();

    paramElement7.setValue(mvz);
    W3Query paramElement8 = new W3Query();
    paramElement8.setName("VAR_VALUE_HIGH_EXT_2");
    paramElement8.setValue(mvz);
    W3Query paramElement9 = new W3Query();
    paramElement9.setName("VAR_SIGN_2");
    paramElement9.setValue("1");
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement1);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement2);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement3);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement5);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement6);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement7);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement8);
    model.addI_T_Parameter(paramElement9);
    then execute
    wdContext.currentGetQueryViewElement().modelObject().execute();
    and invalidate output node
    and then you get the data from r3 system.
    then you should correctly parse output node and read the data from E_Axis_Data node E_Cell_Data node.

    I am extracting data (BP ID) from CRM system. I have upgraded the BI 7.0 system from patch 12 to patch 14. After upgrading when i execute the infopackage to fetch the data from the CRM system. The request is coming in yellow and is not fetching the data.  Can you suggest what could be the solution.. or where can i find some help..
    Thanks..

    Hi,
    1 . Do the Data replication in source system
    2. Check the source system connections.
    3. Check the Infopackage status and also che the exact error from tcode RSMO.

  • RFC FM that will select data from other system

    Hi ABAP Gurus,
    Good day.
    Do you have any documentation  on how to develop RFC FM that will be able select data from tables in other SAP system that you can share with me?  How about sample FMs?  Thanks in advance!
    Best regards.
    Brando Braganza

    HI Brando,
    see the below Function modules which help to fetch data from another system ..
    RFC_READ_TABLE                " External access to R/3 tables via RFC
                                                  "this function module is used for table which is having max 40 fields and unlimited records..
    RFC_GET_TABLE_ENTRIES      "Read table entries unlimited fields and data
    * call the FM like this
    *     Calling RFC to get Table entries from Destination 'AVP'
          CALL FUNCTION 'RFC_GET_TABLE_ENTRIES'  DESTINATION 'AVP'

  • Fetch data from a table present in production system

    Hello Gurus,
    I want to get data from a table which is present on production system. And i cannot create RFC. Can anybody tell me any other way of getting the data?
    Thanks in advance!!
    Regards,
    Kumail

    Hi,
    if it's just a one time requirement to get the data from the table into an excel sheet e.g. for some error analysis or for making a development decision, why bothering with development? Just run se11 or se16 display the whole content and save it as excel sheet via the menu. This would be the fastest solution in my opinion.
    If you do not have the permissions to see the table in production ask a admin or super user. Creating a program to dump data from the system you are not really allowed to see usually brings you in a lot of trouble :o).
    Kind Regards

  • How to fetch data from a SAP BW Cube via Perl/PHP on a Linux machine?

    Hi all,
    here's the scenario:
    I need to fetch data from a cube of a remote SAP NetWeaver 7.  The data will later be used in a web application based on  Linux and  Perl/PHP. (I'd prefer using perl for the backend and doing the business logic of the web application.)
    I have:
    A Linux system with all its on-board tools and scripting languages.
    A user for the SAP BW which allows me to logon (very,very limited user rights, no se37,no se80,no rsaX and so on)
    Access to http://<SAP BW Server>:<Port>/sap/bw/xml/soap/xmla with the above mentioned user.
    My questions:
    - Could you please push me into the right direction how I can realize this? E.g. by pointing to tutorials / HowTos / sample code / CPAN modules etc..  (Most information I found so far referred to software based on a different operating system and on remote function calls using custom functions.)
    - I'm aware of the  SAPNW::RFC CPAN module, but do I necessarily have to perform a remote function call? ( If so, is there a "standard" function I could call for accessing a cube?)
    Thanks a lot in advance!

    You can take through the RFCS .check for some system function modules...but why do you need to route it through XI?How huge z the files?

    In the error it is showing that file expense_categories.csv in SOURCE_LOCATION not found but I am 100% sure that file is very much there.
    Is anybody face the same issue?
    Do we need to configure something before loading data from a flat file from OWB Client?
    Any help would higly appreciable.
    Regards,
    Manmohan Sharma

    Hi Detlef / Gowtham,
    Now I am able to fetch data from flat files from OWB Server as well as OWB Client.
    One way I have achieved as suggested by you
    1) Creating location on the OWB Client
    2) Samples the files at client
    3) Created & Configured external table
    4) Copy all flat files on OWB Server
    5) Updated the location which I created at the client.
    Other way
    1) Creating location on the OWB Client
    2) Samples the files at client
    3) Created & Configured external table
    4) Copied flat files on the sever in same drive & directory . like if my all flat files are on C:\data at OWB Client then I copied flat file C:\data on the OWB Server. But this is feasible for Non-Windows.
    Hence my problem solved.
    Thanks a lot.
    Regards,
    Manmohan

  • Using Inbound IDOC from Java system creation of Outbound delivery

    Dear Experts,
    The scenario we are having is really very interesting. Hopefully its a good learning for me and also for others also.
    The scenario is,
    After sales order creation the details will be sent to one Non SAP system (Java) for performing some tasks related to forwarding agent decision, shipping date and etc. Once the details are finalized in that Java system then, the details needs to be transferred to SAP as "Inbound IDOC" process. For this proposed to use the SAP Jco middle ware.
    Once the details transfered from Java system to SAP then, the outbound IDOC needs to get generated automatically. Assuming the stock for that sales order line item is available. Also one more complexity is, our client is using custom transaction (ZVl10C) for delivery creation.
    Now Query is,
    1. Which IDOC, message type and Functional module needs to be used for creating the delivery automatically..??
    2. As per assumption, stock of that sales order line item should be available. Due to some business reason the stock was removed during inbound IDOC transfer then, what will happen to the IDOC..?. How to avoid this situation..??
    3. As we told we are re going to use SAP Jco b/w SAP & Java system. In this case, how the data will get transfered from Java system to SAP..?
    Thanks in advance for the replies I am going to get
