Fetching internal table values in a Form

Hi,
In a function module, in table interface i have declared a table. In source code this table gets values. In source code one perform statement is there. In that form, this table is not present. How can i get this table values in that form?

You can try using tables with perform statement like:

Its form would be like,

How to bind internal table values with RootUIElement(Table) from select Que

What I understood from your coding is...
* navigate from <CONTEXT> to <NODE_FLIGHT> via lead selection
Node_Node_Flight = wd_Context->get_Child_Node( Name = IF_VIEW1=>wdctx_Node_Flight ).
You are reading values from the above node and binding the values to the same node.Am i right?
Did you take seperate context node for your input fields or binded the above context to the fields.If not then read the context attribute values which are binded to the carrid and connid then pass these values to select query.
One more thing is select cardinality 1..n for node NODE_FLIGHT since you are displaying more than one record.
Go through the some basic tutorials.Search in sdn you will it get.Already there is a tutorial in sdn which explains exactly what do you require.

How to Refresh "Internal table values" in User EXIT.

Dear All,
My requirement is to place some checks in exit ZXQQMU20 in different tabs from the TCODE IW21 . IW22 etc.
Now after placeing the checks towards the different tabs while doing "NOCO" from IW21 the conditions are fullfilled but
when i go ahead to modify the created "NOCO " from the TCODE IW22 by deleting the created values and saving in IW22 , the conditions written in the exit are still satisfied eventhough i have deleted the values in IW22.
The reason for this is that the tables which are there in the exit ZXQQMU20 T_VIQMFE , T_VIQMUR , T_VIQMMA
still contains the old values which were there at the time of creation of "NOCO" in IW21 .
How to refresh my " internal tables values" used in such that even at the time of modification of the NOCO through IW22 my table values should pick the current screen values and not the values which were there at the time of creation.
Please help.

Hi, I was thinking just like XVBAP and YVBAP values in the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.
Plz check u have x /y versions or tables like _old/ _new suffixes and then move the value accordingly.
otherwise there may be inconsistency.

Passing '**********' to screen field value instead of internal table value

Hi Ujjwal
The reason behind this is that you are using AT NEW.... ENDAT block in your coding.
When you use AT NEW field statements, the fields in the work area after the field get converted into ********.
Check values in your work area I_RECORD in debugging inside AT NEW statement and you will understand what I am saying.
In your case all the fields from header line of I_RECORDS which come after field CLASS are getting converted into *******,
hence the error.
Try using a temporary work area, say w_record. Pass value of I_record to w_record before AT NEW statement.
And use w_record-fields instead of I_record-fields. And your program should work.

How to convert Internal table values to excel file

Hi Experts!!!
I have requirement to generate a Excel(.xls) file for a requirement. For this the final internal table values has to be moved to excel file. I have used function module "SAP_CONVERT_TO_XLS_FORMAT" to generate it to my local machine. But when i tried to generate the file in "AL11" folder its giving a dump. Ex(/sapia/iface/out/comm/saphr/test.xls). Can anyone please tell me is there anyother function modules or program to generate in sapia folder.

Dynamic Internal table values read and assign it back

        I want to get the internal table field name dynamically and fetch its value and do some calculation and asign the new value to the same field name.

Internal table values in a popup window

Hi All,
i'm new to WD..
i have a dynamic internal table(only one field) in my WDA. i want to show all the values as POPUP on the screen after user press the button. please let me know how can i procced for this? also after selecting the rows from Popup table, i want the fields selected to be placed into another internal table.

Hi Shekhar,
Have you actually populated your internal table I_TAB with any data? Am asking so coz I dont find anything related to that in here. You have just obtained your context node's reference & have written a bind_table to that. Have you actually filled this internal table by using WDDOINIT method or a supply function?

Retaining internal table values

Hi Everyone,
I have a simple MVC application where I need to know about retaining data displayed as a table on the view...Here is the more detailed explanation.
I have a controller calling a view.
On the view I have a submit button and other input elements ,once i click on this it would
call the controller's doHandleevent and fetch some values from the model class's method and display it on the view.the table is attribute of the model class and binded onto the view.
So the question is ,Once thisd table is populated
next time I perofrm any action on the view ,it would call the doHandlevent of the controller,But do I have this internalk table to access the data??
I do understand that form_fields is used to retain the values that were selected on the page ...but how do i get the internal table back without having to read from the database.

If you have model binding then it will pick up the modified value & update the Internal table automatically.
For example:

Importing internal table in Adobe Interactive Forms

Hi all,
at the moment I do my first steps in AIF.
I have created a report and select dd02l, dd03l and dd04l.
dd02l is a structure. dd03l and dd04l are internal tables.
How can I import internal tables into my function module with getting a runtime error? Fields and structures are no problem?
I have defined both internal tables as importing parameter in my form interface because I cannot define internal tables ;o(

How to transfer Internal table to a Adobe form? ....urgent...

I am not able to get the data in the adobe form from an internal table.
I need to put the data in individual fields in the adobe form.
I'm working on Adobe Interactive form developed in WDP ABAP.( I have successfully config the ADS in my server.)
Action:
1. There are 1 table in the Adobe Interactive form((Adobeform)created by the 'sfp' t-code.
a) create a interface with a structure(A_STRU).
b) create a form with the interface.
c) In the layout of the form, drag a table to the form.
d) Binding the table to the A_STRU.
e) Binding the fields of the table to the fields of the structure.
2. Create a view -
first_view in the WDP ABAP.
3. In the first_view, there is a Interactiveform ( named "adobe_form" ) to be binding the Adobe Interactive form (Adobeform).
4. Type the code in the wddoinit of the first_view for bindding the internal table to context of the adobe interface.

through the debug the program, I found 50 records in the result_payslip internal * * table .
5. run the wda, I find the nothing data to be displayed in the adobe form.
6. But I can transfer a string parameter from wda to adobe form. I don't know how to transfer data in the table?

I Am putting data from internal table into Adobe form using ABAP web dynapro.
I am not able to see data in Adobe form though inernal table contains 14 records.
Also, i have been thr' WDR_TEST_ADOBE
but still not able to solve problem .

hmmm, your requirement is kinda weird and you could have given us a bit more info, but well lets start.
Why is your requirement weird?
Well an internal table kinda is a variable itself, or rather a set of variables which together make up for a line type of your table.
So you have a value you already have in a variable and now want to store it in anotherone? Seems weird.
What type is your internal table?
Do you have those three values in one record or in three records which only hold one value each?
Which of your values do you want to store in another variable?
Anyway, make a F1 on the "READ TABLE" statement, this should definiteley help you.
The "LOOP AT WHERE" statement could as well help if there should occur probrlem using READ TABLE.

So still the question stays if you got your three values in one record or in three records.
DATA: lv_variabl_containing_all type char100.
loop at itab into wa.
concatenate lv_variabl_containing_all wa-value into lv_variabl_containing_all seperated by space.
endloop.
after the loop you now got all your values in lv_variabl_containing_all.
That is for the case you got three records.
other case would be
Read table itab into wa index 1.
concatenate wa-value1 wa-value2 wa-value3 into lv_variabl_containing_all.

Passing Dynamic Internal Table values to another program

Hi,
I have a program ZSAPNEW.
In this I have created a Dynamic internal table <fs_emp>. The number of fields differ for each run. The values are passed into <fs_emp> in this program. Now I need to submit thsi program from a main program ZHEAD and then display the values got from ZHEAD. For this I need to access the values retrieved from ZSAPNEW in <fs_emp> in ZHEAD. I cant figure out how to do this. I tried IMPORT ing the reference of teh field symbol too/ But its not allowing references in IMPORT/EXPORT. And since the table is of type ANY( as structure varies) I cant assign it to an internal table and then pass. Can some one suggest a solution please.

Reading Dynamic Table Values in interactive form (web Dynpro ABAP)

Hi All,
I have created a Web Dynpro ABAP application which contains an Interactive Form, That Adobe Interactive Form contains Dynamic table (New rows can be added manually and deleted using a button).
I am not able to read the Dynamic table values in Web Dynpro u201COn Submitu201D.
In the Adobe form I have web Dynpro native button (I am using ZCI), while clicking the native button I need to read the dynamic table values.
How can I resolve this problem.

that means, when u add the table instance at runtime, you will also have to add an element to the node that is bound to the table.
probably addNew() mathos may be useful to you.
it appends a new record to the record set.
xfa.sourceSet.dataConnectionName.addNew()
also when on the exit event of the table field, do the following:
var i = xfa.parent.index
$record.rootnodename.tablenodename.data<i>.fieldname = $.rawValue
