Fetching reversal document Created using FB60

hi All,
I have created an invoice using FB60 and reversed the same which is getting stored in RBKP table i have an existing code which returns the invoice reversed using created using mir0 the select query is as below.
SELECT lifnr xblnr bldat cputm FROM rbkp     INTO TABLE i_reversal
           FOR ALL ENTRIES IN i_an_ven
           WHERE lifnr = i_an_ven-lifnr AND
                 bukrs = i_an_ven-bukrs AND
                 cpudt >= date_in AND

                 stblg <> ' '.
I now want to fetch reverse document created using FB60 which is stored in table BKPF
Can any one let me know condition what i should apply to fetch the same.
OR the outline would be helpful

Check the field BSTAT = 'B' in BKPF.

Several months ago, I started working on this issue and thought that I had it resolved by uninstalling the "Internet Printing Client" from "Windows Features" (Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off > expand Print and Document Services > uncheck Internet Printing Client). This change seemed to help at the time, as I was then unable to reproduce the issue and the end-user was unable to reproduce the issue for two weeks after (thus I closed the help desk case). But now it looks like the issue is back. Maybe the above setting will help someone else, but I'm now looking for a permanent fix.
PS: I have instructed our users on the "Save as PDF" option provided in Office 2010, but I don't think that is used all the time, and the PDF printer is there only option in other applications (IE for example).
Anybody had this issue and found a fix?

Error while Reversal of Accrual/ reversal document number using F.81

The document that has been created using FBS1 has to be reversed using F.81. However this doc does not get reversed and it comes under Documents that cannot be reversed heading.
This is the error: KI 806: Transaction CO through-postings from FI has been locked
Can someone please throw some light on this.

Dear Rock,
What I understood is that FI period is closed.
1. If possible Open the Period for which Reversal Doc needs to be posted
OR
2. Open Accrual Document in Header data, Enter Reversal date of current month and then try posting.

Can't open 1 document created using travel journal template

Since installing Snow Leopard yesterday I found out I can't open this one file I created using the travel journal template. All other Pages '09 files are fine. I just get this error message telling me Pages had to close my document "unexpectedly".
*"Pages quit unexpectedly while using the SFWordProcessing plug-in"*
Don't see why it would need to use this plug-in. And I don't recall choosing this plug-in. There must be a way around this. To open this file by turning off that plug-in perhaps. Unless it's absolutely necessary when using the templates. Or the "travel journal" template.

Reversal document issue for FB60

HI SAP Masters,
We are facing the one Issue, we made the Exit for vendor payable due to this reversal
document are showing the open items in FBL1N
Ex:
We have post the document through T code:FB60
Same document did the reversal through T code:FB08
FB60 & FB08
document should show in clear items ,but here FB60 is showing thw in open and
FB08 document is showing clear.
Plz suggest how clear the FB60 document

Hi Hari,
Please check if the clearing date on the FB60 and FB08 document is something in the future. If yes and if you are running FBL1N with the current date, the FB60 document will show as open and FB08 will show as cleared. But when you take out the open key date from FBL1N selection screen, you'll not see the FB60 document open.

Printing a document created in FB60

Hello, i need to print a form which corresponds to the bill created in FB60. How can i do this. thx

hello i have investigated on the correspondence functionality and i've found that i need to:
1) assign Program via OB78.
2) In customizing (Financial Accounting -> Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Correspondence -> Define form names for correspondence print) you can assign the forms to the programs.
3) When you're creating the FI invoice you request the correspondence type (Environment -> Correspondence). Via F.61/F.64 you can print/check the correspondence).
how does it work? for example in transaction FB60 , when you click on Environment -> Correspondence ,how does SAP link it to the variant/print program and subsequently the form?

Email documents created using template designer

Dear Experts,
I am in the process of creating word documents using word document templates (template designer) in the CRM 2007 system. I wanted to find out if its possible to email the word documents generated from the templates using the same screen. if so, are any additional settings required to do so?

Where does SAP stores the file attached to a document created in FB60?

If a create a document in FB60 or MIRO and after I create an attachment for it, I wonder: where does sap maintains the file attached? Is there a table or a folder with a directory?

How do I change page order on a document created in Pages 5.1?

After reading some of the posts about the lack of ability to change page order in Pages 5.1, I decided to re-install Pages 09 from the DVD that came with my computer because some posts said it was a better program. After inserting the disc and responding to all the prompts it seemed to download everything but I can't find Pages 09, I only seem to have 5.1.
I will take a solution to either problem, but all I really want to do is change the order of 2 pages on a 9 page document created using 5.1.

It is in your Applications/iWork folder.
Make sure you update it to the latest v4.3:

Printing a pdf document created in Acrobat Pro 9.0

Solved the problem of printing a pdf document created using Acrobat Pro 9.0 with SL - tried many different things form adobe etc and by accident discovered while in Acrobat you have to select ADVANCED in Print then click onto SAVE AS IMAGE in next box and then OK and all prints as it should. Just thought others may want to know this if they have had problems 1

I'm reviewing your post and while I see a fix, I can't locate the problem that you may have originally posted. Since I'm having issues, I'm hoping your's were the same.
Sometimes when I print an Adobe Acrobat 9.0 document, most of the printed word fail to print out (although they are in the PDF document). Almost all graphical elements print and the occasional line of text--but most text is missing. Was ti your issue?

Resetting Reversed Document

Hii.
User has reversed a payment document by mistake.Now we want the same document to reset.Is there any way to do so.

For Reversing the Reversed Document Tcode used is FBR2.
Or go to F-02 and from the menu select document -
>post with reference.

>Individual Reversal
F.80 -
>Mass Reversal

>Cleared item Reversal

I need help to find badi for tcode fbra for reversal document

I got requirement for custom table('z' table) updation at the time of reversal document by using FBRA and FB08.
Now i need to find out badi which is used to update the BKPF and BSEG tables.
if any one knows solution please respond.

You can use the Business transaction event to update the z table..

Blocking of document created by cheque reversal

Hi Experts,
I am using transaction fch8 and reversing a cheque.
The old document is also reversed and amount is reset.
a new document is generated
I now want to block the newly created document.
When i go to FB02 the block field is greyed out and i can only make changes in assignment and text field.
Can you let me know how to get the block field in edit mode and how i can block the newly created document

Error creating document from using list using Document Template

I am trying to create a document from sharepoint list and upload it to a document library using item added and item updated event receiver methods. I can create metadata from list update in document library but unable to open the document. The error message
