US Position Attributes - T5U29 table and Tcode to maintain it
Can anybody tell me what is the importance of T5U29 table and the tcode to maintain it?
Hi Sheetal,
You can maintain this table via SM30 view V_T5U29 and its used for assigning:
Job Category (This field holds the code which corresponds to a particular job category. (Jobs are associated to job categories using a feature.))
AAP Category(This field contains the AAP (Affirmative Action Planning) category to be assigned to a job)
Occupational Classification Code(This field holds the OCC (Occupational Classification Code) which can be assigned to an EEO category.)
Also you can classify you jobs as Exempt or Non Exempt under FLSA guidelines by checking the radio button for Exempt and Non-Exempt.
One more thing in addition to above, generally we maintain attributes fr Job instead of Postion in table T5U13.
Hope this will help

R12 Bank Accounts Table and cloumns
When the data from ap_bank_accounts_all table got migrated into R12 instance. What are the tables in which the data got inserted.
Like in CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS.
Below columns were present in ap_bank_accounts_all ,what are the replacement columns in replace tables for the following columns.
contact_last_name,
contact_first_name,
contact_middle_name,
contact_title,
contact_prefix,
contact_area_code,
contact_phone,
eft_requester_id
Regards
ArnabHi,
I've created a Bank Account in our internal instance.
I found that First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Suffix get clubbed into Party_Name of HZ_Parties.
Area Code and Number are stored in Primary_Phone_Area_Code and Primary_Phone_Number of HZ_Parties
But I could not find the column where Prefix(Eg:-Mr. Miss. Dr. Sir etc) is stored.
Please verify the following
Created a Bank 'United Bank Of States'
created Branch and Account
select * from ce_banks_v where bank_name='United Bank Of States'--This provides the bank_party_id
select * from ce_bank_accounts where bank_id=916065 (bank_party_id from above statement)
select * from ce_bank_branches_v where bank_party_id=916065
select * from CE_CONTACT_ASSIGNMENTS where bank_party_id=916065
Get the Relationship_id=546410
select * from HZ_RELATIONSHIPS where relationship_id=546410
Get the Party_id =916074
select * from hz_parties where party_id=916074
which provides the party_name(First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Suffix of Account Contact Screen get clubbed)
Area Code and Number are stored in Primary_Phone_Area_Code and Primary_Phone_Number of HZ_Parties
It means contact_last_name,contact_first_name,contact_middle_name of AP_Bank_Accounts_All in 11i will get combined in Party_Name of HZ_Parties in R12
Contact_area_code,Contact_phone of AP_Bank_Accounts_All in 11i are replaced by Primary_Phone_Area_Code and Primary_Phone_Number of HZ_Parties in R12
Please validate my understanding.
=======================================================
Also let me know what are the replacement columns in R12 for the following columns in 11i (AP_Bank_Accounts_All)
contact_title,
contact_prefix,
eft_requester_id

Hi All,
I need to know which are important tables and TCodes in CRM.
Thanks in advance,
Subbu.HI
Tables should be same as normal CRM tables. If you want some function modules which are called from ISA - you can find that by doing an F4 with ISA in SE37.
Some of the important Function Groups are - CRM_ISALES_BUPA, CRM_ISALES_IUSER, CRM_ISALES_ORDER .
Important Function module -
CRM_ISA_BASKET_CREATE Create Order
CRM_ISA_BASKET_CHANGEITEMS set item data
CRM_ISA_BASKET_CHANGEHEAD change Header level data
Here is the list of the transaction related to the component CRM-BTX-COM:
S_A4C_68000035
S_A4C_68001025
S_PIC_80000064 IMG Activity: CRM_REK_CODE
S_PIC_80000067 IMG Activity: CRM_DEFCLA
S_PIC_80000070 IMG Activity: CRMV_DEFCLA
May be I will try to explain the same thing once again. Go to transaction SE93. You will see one input field Transaction code. Place your cursur there and press F4 one window will popup. Place the cursur in the field Application component and again press F4 you will see anothe window with the tree structure and from here keep on expending the tree till you reach your desired component and double click on it. Finally press enter and you will see all the transactions relevent to your component. Hope this will help. If you need the CRM data model give me your mail ID i will forward the same to you.
Hope this helps.

Populating more than one table and more than one field
I need some suggestions and this forum has always been a great source of good advice.
I have a web form at the following location: http://www.webdevpractice.com/genoptix/CE/register.php
Here's what the web form needs to do:
Send a confirmation email listing seminars the visitor checked on the form.
Create a similar message on a confirmation page.
Populate 2 two tables.
Items 1 and 2 are working fine.
The advice I need is on how to populate two tables in the database.
There are three tables:
ACCOUNTS
account_id
first_name
last_name
medtech_id
job_title
npi
company
city
state
email
phone
contact
ATTENDANCE
attendance_id
account_id
seminar_id
SEMINARS
seminar_id
seminar
speaker_first_name
speaker_last_name
date
The web form contains data that need to go into the ACCOUNTS table and the ATTENDANCE table. The challenge is getting the account_id and seminar_id into the ATTENDANCE table. If all the information was inserted properly, I could write a query that revealed who was taking what seminar.
Inserting data into the ACCOUNTS table is not a problem. I will create another form to insert information into the SEMINARS so that should not be a problem. But inserting the account_id and the seminar_id is what I am wondering about. Also, can more than one record be inserted in a table? If an user checks more that one seminar, each seminar (seminar_id) would need to be inserted in the ATTENDANCE table as separate records along with the account_id. I'm thinking I may have to do this manually. Also, the values for each seminar are their dates and titles. I used these as values to send the confirmations.
I'm just looking for advice at this point. Is this doable?Bregent,
The table I am wondering about is the ATTENDANCE table. There are two fields in addition to the primary key: account_id and seminar_id. The field I am concern with is the seminar_id which comes from a group of checkboxs on the form. So, one form could create several records. For example, presently there are three seminars that are offered. If the visitor selects all three seminars, that would create three records in the SEMINARS table. So, it might look like this:
attendance_id account_id seminar_id
1 1 1
2 1 2
3 1 3
My PHP skills are basic. I've done other forms and use PHP in other ways. But I have never had to populate several rows in one table with an array of checkboxes nor have I be able to find an example of this.
So the advice I am seeking (and perhaps this is premature) is this:
Can one field from a table populate more than one record?
Should I set up checkboxs as a group or individually with a different name?
I am also considering setting up my tables differently so there is a table from each seminar--that may solve my problem. -

Table contain user name and tcode
Dear Experts,
Can you tell me which Table contained user name and tcode field?
Thanks and Best regards,
wilsonYou need to be even more carefull with parameter transactions.
If SU24 is not maintained for them, PFCG will pull the proposals from the core transaction (via which the parameters are used in the skip screen feature...). If the core transaction has authority proposals for S_TCODE, then you will get those tcodes and their proposals as well.
A carefull choice of menu objects (not only limited to Tcodes), taking heed of SU24 defaults and tuning it to meet your needs is the key. But it requires organizational discipline and good training, otherwise rather dont use it for anything other than important objects which you want to control manually only, even if your business roles are a mess.
You can also restrict the authorizations of the security admins for example (as unpopular as that may sound... to segregate authorization concept development (SU24 etc), role building development (PFCG etc) and user administration (SU01 etc). Object S_USER_TCD also has a field called TCD...
There are also other objects (as Dipanjan has pointed out) which have TCD as a field of an object which is not S_TCODE. In addition to I_TCODE, Q_TCODE, P_TCODE, see also S_IDOCMONI for example.
To be honest I have given up on trying to find them all
The easiest solution is to use the menu and maintain SU24 when the transaction is configured or the application is developed and tested. That is what SAP does as well in SU22. It is more work upfront, but more sustainable in the long run.
If your users (and auditors) only see the menu (and use the SUIM --> Executable transactions) options, then you can get away with it in the short or even medium term. Latest when someone else need to maintain the roles they will hate it...
My 2 cents,

Accounts Receivable Reports:Table and field required
Hi experts,
My user requires said reports in the following formats:
Posting date Invoice no. Customer code Invoice amount Payment received outstandig amount
Now i want to customized this reports.I have got table and fields for "posting date, invoice no,customer code ,invoice amount".
But i am unable to get table and field for "payment received and outstanding amount".
Please advise.
Regards,
SamaarHi,
You can get the values in the below fields of BSEG / BSID / BSAD tables.
REBZG, REBZJ, REBZZ, DMBTR.
But prerequisite for this is that, your incoming payment document must have been posted with reference to an existing outgoing invoice. Means posting made without any reference (on account payments) cannot be identified as a payment for a particular invoice item.
The balance amount will be a derived value field. ( inv amount - payment amount = Balance receivable)
Please co ordinate with yout ABAPer in order to fullfil your requirement.

Srinu
