Fill radiogroup with column value

Hi all,
Is it possible to fill a radiogroup from a column?
Example:
Table 'PRODUCT_ORDER' with columns 'PRODUCT' , 'PRODUCT_COLOR', ORDER_DATE'
An employee inserted a row like this:
'T-SHIRT', 'GREEN'; SYSDATE
After a while the costumer phoned with the employee and wanted to change the color of his ordered product into blue.
The employee know has to update the row and call an update form on witch the colors of the products are shown within a radiogroup like this one: 'green', 'blue', 'red'
I want to fetch the inserted row into the update form and don't know how it works for the radio group. Should I create a form and change the attribute for the column 'PRODUCT_COLOR' into a radiogroup and work with APEX_ITEM?

You can create a form on the table and set the item associated with the PRODUCT_COLOR column to be a radiogroup. You don't need to use the APEX_ITEM package. You'll need to provide an LOV query for the item (in the LOV properties on the item edit page), something like:
select 'GREEN' d, 'GREEN' r from dual
union all
select 'RED' d, 'RED' r from dual
union all
select 'BLUE' d, 'BLUE' r from dual
Of course, you can make the display value of each color lower/mixed case or whatever you like and the return values can be numeric instead of the actual color names, whatever works better in your data model.
