Filter Function in Column Formula is not working properly

Hi,
I am using Filter Function in Column formula tab in Answers to calculate the Total sum from the start of the Fiscal month to the Month selected from the Prompt.
My requirement is I have total sales column. Now I need to calculate TYYTD kind of thing for which I cant use the Time sereis due to my report constraint.
Instead of that I am using this Filter function on TYYTD column where i am giving the filter as start of the Fiscal month to the month selected from the Prompt.
For example if I select May month from the Prompt then this TYYTD column should give me SUM(Total Sales) between Feb and May for which I am using the Filter Function. But it giving me only May sales whcih is same as Total Sales column.
Can anyone throw some light on this as this is very important for us or any alternate solution other than Time sereis measures.
Did anyone got this kind of issue with Filter Function?

Ok...here's the steps to fix this as efficiently as possible. I have a whole bunch of mailboxes under "On My Mac" and they have a bunch of mailboxes nested in them. I get my messages into Apple Mail via IMAP. (I don't know if this matters.) The steps below assume you have a similar setup.
1. Hold the Option key down and click the dropdown arrow next to each mailbox that has one. This will cause all nested mailboxes below it to appear.
2. Go to the top of the list of mailboxes under "On My Mac" and highlight the first mailbox. Then hold the Shift key down and highlight the last mailbox in the list. This will cause all of the mailboxes and nested mailboxes to be highlighted.
3. From the menu, select "Mailbox --> Rebuild" and the rebuild process will start.
4. Watch the top of the mail screen to see the message count change as the mailboxes are being rebuilt. Wait until the activity stops before doing the next step.
5. As the mailboxes were rebuilt, many messages were reset as "Unread" even though every message was previously "Read." Make sure the mailboxes you want to affect are still highlighted. Right-click and select "Mark All Messages Read."
That fixed the problem for me.

The black dot is in the circle that shows where the graduation filter is being used. When I use any of the sliders to change what I highlighted with the graduated filter, it changes the whole photo, not just what I selected.

Formula is not working properly

I have a simple problem and I couldn't get through with this.

Actual Quantity / Forecast quantity
If it 1/0 , it is displaying 22.33 , 24/6 = 89.87 etc
Someone please tell me where I am doing wrong? Do I have to use any data functions to get the right results?

Thanks for the input.
I don't have any logic for the forecase qty to calculate.
It is a simple division, like A divided by B.
It is so happend that forecase qty is 0 in for some data, but I am getting wrong results for most of the fields.

Logout Functionality in Form Based Authentication Not Working Properly

Hi All,
I am using Form Based Authentication in ADF. In this I followed the following steps:-
1.Login On Page.
2.In successful login page ,copy the url
3.Click on "Logout"
4.Paste the url in login page and click enter
5.System taking me back to that page where I can perform all the actions.
But the Login operation should not happen just by entering the url. Please provide any help how to stop redirecting to my authenticated page just by typing the url. This is a big security constraint.Any Assistance to this is highly appreciated.

I updated to Lion and now the Search function in Apple Mail is not working properly

Even though the "All" option is selected, when I type a string in the Mail spotlight search box, the string is not found. But I know for a fact the string is in an email and I've manually found the email (in a folder) and copied and pasted it into the search box. Mail is still not able to find it.
I have also checked to make sure that "Message contains" is the option in the search box. I've noticed that in some previous searches there has been a little arrow dropdown option next to the magnifying glass icon. But that arrow is not showing up consistently...and is not showing up now.
What am I doing wrong?

Filter and navigation not working properly

Hi Gurus,
I have two reports - report1(source) and report2(target) report.
In report1, it shows two columns - Market_ID, Amount_sold
In report2, it shows two columns - Market_ID, Reasons(where Market_ID is made prompted)
In report1, I have made the Value Interaction as 'Navigate' and the target as 'path of report2' in Column properties ->Column Format
But, when I click on Market_ID(report1), it is NOT showing the details of that particulat Market_ID(report2).
It is showing the details of whole Market_ID in report2. That means, the filter is not working properly.
Is there any method in which the report2 shows the details of particular Market_ID which is selected from report1(market_ID)?

yes you can,
in your source add a master_name column and in that make the navigation.
in the master_id column go to column format and style options and check the Use Custom CSS style option and type,
display: none
now in your source the master_id column will get hidden. in your target make the master_id prompted.
now click on the master_name in your source, your target will get filtered by the corresponding msater_id

Sum() function not working properly. Instead of summing, its showing total count of the rows

We have migrated one application from .net framework 1.0 to .net framework 2 (from Visual studio 2003 to Visual STUDIO 2005). Now after migration we are facing some problem related to the sum function in Crystal report 10. It is not working properly.
So we migrated to Crystal report XI release 2 (though still using evaluation version for testing purpose), the problem is not yet resolved.
The problem we are facing is while using the summary in the group field, it is showing the number of rows instead of the sum of the values.
We have checked the same with min-max functions, and it is working properly with those.
We have tried to make the sum by formula field. In such case, it is not showing any syntactical error but at execution time, it is throwing an error saying "A number field or currency amount field is required here".
In the the report the datatype of the field on which we are applying the sum function, is number, and in the table from where the data is fetched, the datatype is numeric(9,6).
Any idea why sum function is not working ?
I was browsing the net and saw running totals can be a work around for such summation issues in Crystal Report XI.
Can you please provide insight of how to implement running totals for summation purpose in solving such issues.

Running totals are more accurate than Summary Totals in Crystal. Why? ...ask Crystal. Anyway, just right click on Running Totals, create a new one, and enter you fields, etc. For group totals, it gives you a place to reset the totals for each group, etc. Pretty self explainatory.

Are you seeing this happen in the Crystal designer as well, outside of any .NET application?

Aggregation in column expression is not working in 11.1.1.7.1

After upgrading the application from 11.1.1.6.8 to 11.1.1.7.1 Aggregations in the column expression is not working. I was using the below formula in the column expression
100.0* (Sum((CASE WHEN Service Level >= 60 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END)) / COUNT(DISTINCT(HOUR_INTERVAL)))
I am getting the answer but the values are very high compare. I tried using just Sum((CASE WHEN Service Level >= 60 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) it also giving very high values.
Please let me know is there is a bug or something need to setup.

Copy Function is Not Working properly In Order Management

Hi,
Description-
When an order with remnant model is copied, it copied only the topple model line and they include items attached to the top model line. It doesn’t copy the
option class lines and the option item lines (unshipped and shipped).
Example-
Enter an order with for pd-pto-model. See order#21231.The ordered quantities and structure of the model is shown below:
pd-pto-model 5 qty
pd-std-item1 (included item) 5 qty
pd-pto-oc (option class) 5 qty
pd-std-item1 (included item with rfr checked) 5 qty
pd-std-item2 (option item with rfr checked) 5 qty
pd-std-item3 (option item) 5 qty
Booked the order and pick relased the order. While shipconfirming only shipped 5 qty of pd-std-item3 and staged the rest. On querying the sales order, the line status is seen correctly as follows:
pd-pto-model Closed
pd-std-item1 (included item) Picked
pd-pto-oc (option class) Closed
pd-std-item1 (included item with rfr checked) Picked
pd-std-item2 (option item with rfr checked) Picked
pd-std-item3 (option item) Partially Interfaced to receivables
Copied this order from the order header. The new order# is 21232.On querying the order, I see only 2 lines as follows:pd-pto-model.
Anyone can help me on this issue.

Local POD variables on the stack that aren't explicitly initialized can contain any value. Here's what I see in your app with dbx

The scroll function on my trackpsd is not working in firefox 4 works fine with everything else i do on my laptop

Formula is not working for key figures ( cumulative )

I have Qty A and qty B key figures and changed property to cumulative in query designer . two key figures are working fine . I ahve another key figure which is formula ( Qty A + Qty B) .
Issue is
Formula ( Qty A + Qty B) is showing before cumulative values result . it is not showing cumulative total .
Ex :
                   Before cumulation prperty for Qty A and Qty B
                      Qty A       Qty B         Total ( formula ( Qty A+ Qty B)
                        10            20                  30
                         8              7                    15
    After changing propert cumulative in query designer for Qty A and Qty B
                     Qty A       Qty B           Total ( Formula 9Qty A + Qty B)
                       10            20                30
                        18           27                 15 ( still it is show 15 like above example means formula is not working on cumulative values)
Formula is working on before cumulative value . it is not taking cumulative values.
Please helo to resolve this issue . I think I need to change some prperty in query designer.

Function module is not working properly in background

Hi all,
i have used one Function module 'PRICING' in user exit SAPMV45A to calculate pricing for sales order.
i am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to change the sales order pricing.
        when i run the program in foreground, all condition records for pricing is updated correctly. but it is not updating
correctly when i run the program in background.
   Please tell me wheather 'PRICING' or 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE' function module is not working properly in background ?
   or any other reason?

Windows 7 Brightness and Function key not Working Properly

i have HP 15-af024AU APU Quad Core A8-7410 - (4 GB DDR3,1 TB HDD) Noteboook and it came with windows 8.1 preinstalled than i installed windows 7 ultimate.
i have problem in Display Brightness i am not able to change Brightness by function key or by manually from windows settings.
2. my Function key are not working properly . all key are fliped whiout holding function key it work as function key. 3. bluetooth is not working when i search for new device not able to find any available discouable bluetooth device. 4. wireless button software is not wokring in windows 7 i already updated my bios that available in drivers support and install alll drivers too properly so please give proper drivers for windows 7 for this product that works perfect.
