Filter on multiple Date

Hi,
I have an ODS with 8 different dates.
Specifically two dates for each Infotype. A "Valid From" date and a "Valid To" date.
When I create a query , i want that at the beginning of the query, I can insert a variable so that the filters are made on those dates according to a predetermined schema.
Let me explain with an example:
0DATEFROM (Valid From  IT 1000)
0DATETO (Valid To IT 1000)
ZDATEFROM (Valid From IT 1001)
ZDATETO (Valid To IT 1001)
ZZDATEFROM (Valid From IT 1003)
ZZDATETO (Valid To IT 1003)
ZZZDATEFROM (Valid From IT 1008)
ZZZDATETO (Valid To IT 1008)
I want to create a variable like CALMONTH that should be inserted at the beginning of the query.
For example, if the variable values in May 2009, I want to be automatically filtered values of the query according to this scheme
0DATEFROM FROM EMPTY TO Last day of the month (05/31/2009)
0DATETO FROM first day of next month (06/01/2009) TO 31.12.9999
ZDATEFROM FROM EMPTY TO Last day of the month (05/31/2009)
ZDATETO FROM first day of next month (06/01/2009) TO 31.12.9999
and so on ....

OK now i got the point...
depending on the calmoth value u want to manipulate all the data selections...
no problem follow the same logic as I mentioned...just replace sy-datum with Calmonth.
so first user will enter the date and the other variables willpopulate the values based on calmonth.
DATA l_s_range LIKE LINE OF e_t_range.
DATA month1 like calmonth,
          date1 like sy-datum.
IF i_step = 2.
    READ TABLE i_t_var_range WITH KEY vnam = 'VARMONTH' INTO l_s_var_range.  this will fill your calmonth var value into l_s_var_range
IF i_vnam = 'VARIABLE1'.
month1 = l_s_var_range.
concatenate 01 month1 into date1.
date1(4) = date1(4) +1.
date1 = date1 -1.
CLEAR: e_t_range.
l_s_range-high = date1.
l_s_range-sign = 'I'.
l_s_range-opt = 'EQ'.
APPEND l_s_range TO e_t_range.
ENDIF.
ENDIF.
