Finding if mrp view exists

hi
i am working on an enhancement within cif to transfer material master in ecc to scm .
i need to check if mrp view exists or no for every material transferred.
now how do i do this coding wise ? which field or table do i need to check if mrp view has been defined or no.

Hi,
I am changing some of the fields in MRP view of MM02 transaction using a BDC program, while doing recording, the MRP view is of VIEW number 06 in the list of views.
perform bdc_dynpro using 'SAPLMGMM' '0070'.
perform bdc_field using 'BDC_CURSOR'
 'MSICHTAUSW-DYTXT(06)'.
perform bdc_field using 'BDC_OKCODE'
 '=SCHL'.

But for some materials this 'MSICHTAUSW-KZSEL(06)', is going to some other views instead of MRP view.
In any way, can we define the MRP view name instead of giving the view number as 06.

Re MRP Views of Materail

Hi All,
Actually we are trying to download all view details of material from MM03 T-code.
We need to fetch the value of the fields Planning Materail (PRGRP) and the Planning Plant (PRWRK) for the MRP view in the MM03 Transaction.
We tried with MARC and MARA Tables and the tables suggested in some of the previous posts in SDN by others n still we are unbale to find it. If some1 has faced similar problem pls do suggest psbl way to reterevie the data.
Help and Suggestions will be much appreciated.

Please see below steps for Z t-code.
Enter Trade Counter AU52.
3. Enter Distr. Center AU01.
4. Click Execute.
5. Update article 1034414 with a new target stock.
6. Select Line.
7. Click Update line .
8. Pop-Up Message will appear saying "1 article is ok for hard uplift"
9. Error Message appears as "No store view exists in MM42"

If you rented it on your PC's iTunes then it should have downloaded in the Movies part of your library. If you select Movies then is there a 'rentals' tab on it, and if there is, is that film in it ?

Finder in column view has no expander divider on the last column

I deal with a lot of graphics on my computer and I have a lot of subfolders. While in finder in column view there is no expanding divider for the last column when it is showing a graphic. When I first open a photo or graphic in finder the last column shows the graphic smaller than regular size. In SL there was a column divider to expand only that last column so I could make the graphic larger to see it better. Now in Lion there is no divider on the right side of that last column to expand the last column where the grahic is showing. In order for it to finally expand I have to drag the right side of the Finder window all the way across my display until the bottom slider bar disappears and then that last column will expand. This is frustrating having to have my Finder all across my display just to get the graphic larger.
Is there a way to get an expander divider to show up for the last column when viewing a graphic in column view? I know I can click on the "eye" icon to see it, but the column view will expand the graphic larger than 100% so I can see more details.

Yes, that is how my whole finder window expands across my display until the bottom slider bar disappears....then and only then does the last column expand. I have to have open as many as 8 columns to get to my graphic. Keeping the Finder window to a smaller size and using the bottom slide bar to navigate to the far right column is nice, but all I want is that far right column where my graphic is showing to expand so I can see it better.
Thanks but what you suggest only resizes the whole Finder window until it can expand no further, then the last column expands the graphic. But then my whole display is a huge Finder window.

How could I find which i-views/pages are being used. Let say I can see which group I belong and which roles are behind.
How could I know in which PCD folder they are taken into account (to e.g give permission to someone not in the group)

the user administration (UME) gives you the information about the user <-> group <-> role assignment.
When you know the role, search in the PCS for it, open the role and you will see all the pages / iviews assigned to the role.

I'm new to iTunes and believe that I should be able to find and include pre-existing music files on my PC?
I've found out how to show the menu bar but I can't see how to do the above except file/folder by file/folder.

but, how to list the tables using a DB link?

The error posted seems to indicate that the DB Link is not functional at all. Has it worked for any other type of DML operation or is this the first time you ever tried to use the link?

Is there any way to set default column widths in the Finder's Column view

When my Finder windows open in column view, all the columns are always VERY wide. I have to then spend time resizing them to a managable width. Is there any way to set default column widths in the Finder's Column view?

MRP view in material master creation

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me how to change the settings for field dependency. My requirement is to use only the filed for "reorder point" in MRP view and do not enter any other data like MRP type or lot sizing etc.
I have tried changing the setting for field selection group for MRP type etc but whenever i enter the value in Reorder point field it asks me for MRP type and does not allow me proceed...

You cannot change that dependency as it is done through program code and not thru config.
If you want reorder point only as an info field and not for actual Reorder point planning, I suggest you to explore any other unused information field in the masterial master.
You can also use classification

Material Master MRP View not be created till Basiv View is created

Hello All,
I need an information where i would like to know if an MRP view in a Material master can be restricted without the creation of the Basic View. Basically an MRP view is getting created even though the Basic View of material master is not there and it needs to be stopped.

If you want to prevent end users update other material master views , you can apply the concept of SAP note 545380 - FAQ: Authorizations material master , with this you will not more problem with this kind of problem.
