Finding Table relation in SAP
hi!!
I'm new to SAP. I only have SAP tables and i don't have access to the frontend..
I wanna know the tables relation i.e how to join two tables..
Suppose, if i want to know all the relations VNVK has, where should i start?
i can only view the primary keys and not the foreigh keys for all the tables..
I read some posts from this forum and got this information:
DD02L SAP Tables
DD05S Foreign key fields
DD09L DD: Technical settings of tables
DD26S Base tables and foreign key relationships
but the DD26S table doesn't give me these information either..
I even tried to get the table and column description and then try to join, but it's a tedious process..
I got a document with SAP table relations but it doesn't have all the modules in it..
please help me out on this.. i'm literally stuck with thousands of tables in front of me without knowing how to join them..
Samsays,
You say you
have SAP tables and i don't have access to the frontend..
. You wish to 'join' these tables.
What is your business requirement? Which tables do you intend to 'join'? Although I guess it is theoretically possible, I can't think of any reason why anyone would wish to manipulate SAP table data at the server level. I seriously question whether such access complies with the terms of your SAP and database licence agreements. You do have a licence, right?
If you really have a legitimate business need for SAP table data, then you must have the appropriate person assign you an SAP logon ID, you must get frontend access, and then use SAP development tools to create the data structures you seek. Using a non-standard tool to manipulate SAP data can render your system un-usable.

How to find table related details from a field on a transaction?
If I type a transaction code msc3n and press enter, I come into 'Display batch' transaction. Now if I fill material and batch details and press enter, I will be getting 'shelf life exp. date' on basic data 1 tab. Now how will I know from which table this value is coming from? I tried pressing F1 and then technical info to see the field and table details, but no such details are given here. Only structure details are given.
Please let me know in detail.
Thanks in advance for your helpful answers.
NurenGo to SE93-> give ->msc3n double click program -> in top include you`ll find the tables OR search key word "tables" in program .

Ways to find tables related to PA30
Hi all,
Hi,
I am having the list of transactions.I want to find the list of tables updated by the transaction.
I need the various ways to find the same and let me know the best method for that.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.Hi ,
Here are the ways I follow . From the transaction find the program name and goto transaction SE80 . Give the program and you will see a tree like where the first one is Dictionary Structures . Expand that and you will see all the tables used for that program . They will have the actual tables that get updated as well as the configuration tables used in that transaction .
The other method is to use the SQL trace .
Please let me know if there are any other methods .
Thanks . -
Does anyone have a SAP CRM Table Relations Diagram? !!
Hello,
For R/3 I have a document containing the relation between the most important database tables. Does anyone have a similar document for SAP CRM? (5.0).
Since I'm new to SAP CRM I would really appreciate if someone could send such a document to me at <removed by SDN Forum Moderator>
(To vikash krishna: I never received the document so I try by posting again...)
Thanks,
JeroenHi,
https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/solutions
In this navigate through, Business solutions and applications -> MySAP Business Suite -> MySAP CRM -> solution library -> CRM powered by Netweaver -> Process Integration -> Business objects.
There you will find table relationships.
Hope this helps.

How to find out the tables related to CRM datasources?
How to find out the tables related to CRM datasources? For example, the table related to 0CRM_OPPT_H.
Regards,
R.RaviHi Ravi,
To find out all tables used go into the CRM source system to transaction RSA3 and prepare the selections for extraction of your datasource.
In a parallel session execute transaction ST05 and press the button 'Activate Trace'
Go back to the extracor checker and execute the extraction.
Switch sessions and subsequently 'Deactivate Trace' and 'Display Trace'.
This will list all tables used.

Easy ways to find/search different fields and tables relations?
Dear Friend ,
I am useing SE11 and SE16 to different table and field name relation . Is it any easy was to find table different table and field name relation .
Please reply urgently........
Max award for solHi,
I would wonder if you could use SE11 and SE16 for getting information on table relations.
You can use e.g. SQVI to create queries and you can set the link between tables (define the relation of them).
As for your question:
1 Please check this link:
http://www.erpgenie.com/abap/tables.htm
2.
You can use SE16 + DD30L to search for specific field / table.

How to find Tables behind a Custom Query in SAP
Hi Gurus,
Can anyone please help me find tables behind a custom query in SAP.
Regards
AsHi
Check the name of the programm assigned to transaction, it should be like this:
AQZZ<user group>=======<query name>======
or
AQIC<user group>=======<query name>======
It depends of the query area is global or cross-client
So run SQ01, select the quey area, select the quey group and so your query: now you can see the infoset and then you see it by SQ02 transaction

UsmanHi Usman,

Db Size :<b>Tr.DB02</b> Perform DB Check and you will get the size.
Or you can check on your database server sap data files systems. so you will know gross size of your DB.
