I just got the ipod nano about 3 weeks ago. It worked great up untill today. It would not turn on, or connect into my computer. I took it back to best buy and they said it had a defulted battery, and that I needed to call the company. So I did and they had me send it in. Will they send me a new ipod, or a refurbished one. I havn't even had the ipod long enough, and I paid good money for it. I'm hoping to get a new one, because it wasn't my fault.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

When I open Firefox I get the following error: firefox.exe application error - The instruction at 0x02c38690 referenced memory at 0x02c38690 - The memory could not be written - Click on OK to terminate the program.
If you click on OK it closes Firefox - You can not reopen Firefox until you reboot the computer. Then it starts all over again.
The same happens if I click the "X" instead on the error window.Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

A program White Smoke was loaded into this unit about 3 month ago and a popup to buy started appearing 1 week ago. I unistalled the program and i found virus that was removed.
The unit will not allow a system restore also.You do not need to start Firefox to disable the Java Quick Starter, you can do that via the Java Control Panel (Control Panel > Java > Advanced)
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Firefox (latest and greatest) has been giving me synaptics scroll wheel errors. It has worked fine up until 3 days ago. I have the latest driver for the touch-pad, from synaptics, for my toshiba laptop L505D-S5986. Operating system is Windows 7 (32-Bit). Have tried it on other browsers, and works as it should. The last add-on i installed for Firefox was "Fox Filter" so my kids couldn't accidentally stumble onto sites of immoral tastes. I can't see why that would have any effect, but it was the last update/add-on i installed to the browser, but even then,.......it was working fine for a week and a half afterwards until now. Please help.

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Sometimes this happens, because the camera is not properly charged. In that case connect the camera to a charger or use a card reader. -
just recently my iphone is not syncing calendar to my macbook. It has worked all along until about a week ago. It does transfer new items from the computer to the iphone but not from the iphone to the computer.
Plug you iPhone into your computer, select the iPhone, select the photos tab. Now check (not uncheck) the sync photos from... Select the folder where the photo came from, click apply then sync, now uncheck the sync photos box, click apply, it will ask you if you want to remove the photos click remove, it will not delete other photos exept the ones in the folder that was synced. Then click sync and the photos will be removed

The 1009 error is normally associated with a blocked country. There are a list of countries that Apple is not allowed to sell their software to due to US restrictions. Iran and Syria come to mind but I believe there are about a dozen.

I have an iphone 2g unlocked for tmobile. For the past 2 years it has worked fine then out of no where I get this message "your selected cellular network is no longer available" and the service cuts in and out all day. It can't find tmobile on my phone for some reason but for 2 years previous it could no problem? tmobile says it is a problem with my phone and not their service.
Any ideas what to do?I would just explain that this just started happening, that nothing has changed on the phone, that it is an original iPhone and I wondered if they are implementing a change in coverage with their Edge network in my area.

Alas, I have tried that. I have also done this complicated uninstall and reinstall process. I have figured out in my battles with iTunes today that it will open when I am not connected to the Internet but as soon I turn on the wifi and go the iTunes store, iTunes crashes again.

HP scanning error: “An error has occurred saving the file because it could not be written to. Check the properties for the file to make sure it is not read-only.” Dr. Google finds others with this problem. Some claim that this is caused by an upgrade of Apple OS10 (which I did do). One claims that HP has a "patch" for this problem. If I try to quit HP scan, it won't quit and freezes my computer. Here's the odd thing. I have no problem scanning in a colored page from Scientific American either before or after this error (after rebooting each time), but simple black and white documents started just today to give the error message above.
Thank you for the link however if I understood all of the instructions I would still be reluctant to try this on my own especially from a third unknown party where some of the information may be wrong and/or lost in translation. (Google translation at the end of this comment). The instructions say to uninstall the software. So if I uninstall the original HP software am I using the original disk to reinstall and then personalize again?What about all of the updates since I originally installed the software? I found the Disk Utility but what is "gatekeeper"And I am using OS X 10.9.1 that is current because I downloaded the latest upgrade. I recently uploaded the Maverick operating system. I wanted to scan some things on my HP Printer/Scanner and could not . This is the error message I received: An error has occurred saving the file because it could not be written to. Check the properties for the file to make sure it is not read-only.
