Firefox just updated to V21 now I can't right click to "open in new window" only "new tab" or "new PRIVATE window"

Because I'm a bit of a dinosaur I don't use tabs, preferring to use new windows instead. Since the upgrade to V21, when I right click I don't get offered the option to open in a new window, only a new tab or a "private" window. How do I get back to choosing "non-private" windows ?

That is how it works. Current Firefox version make you close and restart Firefox after toggling the History setting that changes Private Browsing mode.
In permanent mode you can only open new PB mode windows.
Future Firefox versions will support Private Browsing per tab, this is already available as an extension.

The Firefox menu button gets purple or you get a purple PB mask on the menu bar or tab bar (Linux) if you are in a PB tab and all Private Browsing mode tabs get a dashed underlining unless you are in permanent PB mode.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Using firefox 14.0.1. Loading a link using right-click and "Open Link In New Window", results in new window opening but address bar does not show URL. However, if I right click on a link and select "Open Link In New Tab", the Tab shows URL in address bar. So it's working when it's a New Tab but not a New Window.

beggsc54, There were some printing bugs in iTunes 11.0 which reportedly have been fixed in 11.0.1. If you haven't upgraded yet, install the latest iTunes and try again.

How can I totally disable occurrence of the New Tab tab when I right-click to open a new window?

Whenever I right-click on a link in Firefox and choose "Open Link in New Window", the resulting new window opens with TWO tabs: a tab containing the target for the clicked link and another "New Tab" tab containing icons for sites I don't want and don't care about. Even more annoying, the "New Tab" tab is the tab that is active/selected when the new window comes up, rather than the tab for the link I right-clicked.
This is very annoying and highly undesirable behavior. When one right-clicks on a link and chooses "Open Link in New Window", one should get a new window containing ONLY the displayed information for the target link. One should not get TWO tabs.
How do I get rid of this behavior? I've searched via Google for a solution but haven't found one.
I hope the Mozilla team will correct this problem very soon. I've been using Firefox for a long time and have found it to be a very good browser. However, this new behavior totally destroys my good feelings about Firefox.

So, I updated to the latest version of Itunes tonight. Now I cannot get my libary to load. All of my music is still showing on Itunes, but my library will not load. First, it kept showing it was loading, and nothing happened. So I rebooted. Now it just shows a blank library. HELP:)

Hi guys, ive just updated to ios7, now i can recieve airdrop pictures fine, but when i try sending thm it just hangs at "waiting"??? any ideas why??

Basically ive updated both mine and my girlfriends iphone 5's to ios 7 and when she sends me stuff over airdrop it works flawlessly.... however when i do it i click on her name and it just stays at "waiting".......nothing shows up on her phone?? can anyone help me work out why my airdrop is only working in one direction???

I am using 10.8.2. I updated Safari and now I can't get it to open a url.

I am using a DSL line and have been having trouble with my service. Besides updating Safari,I bought a new Netgear N300 Wireless modem/router and now Safari does not work. I really don't know if its the update or the new router/modem causing the problem. I quit it shut down the computer, restarted and opened Safari and nothing happened. I emptied the cache. I also had to change the settings to allow the new modem to install and can't remember how to get back to change it to the way it was. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. I am able to use Firefox.

Adobe Reader XI downloaded to my wife's laptop tonight. Windows 8.1. Open PDF, select Comments > comment dialog, then place icon on PDF and start editing. Small edits work fine. Large amounts of comment text, once you move off the icon and come back and hover over the comment icon, causes the full size comment window to flicker rapidly (5-10ms between on and off) until you move the mouse away from the icon. Unreadable. Tried on my identical model laptop and happens there too. What's going on?
