my computer did restart because i had to press the reset button, i had 30 tabs and when i reopened Firefox instead of opening the 30 tabs i saved, it just went to the homepage, it didnt even have an error has occurred would you like to restore the tabs
this happened a day ago

Your useragent says your are running Firefox 3.6.13 -> is that true.
If not, do the following and post back your new Firefox version:
* Type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
* If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
* Filter = general.useragent.
* Right-click the preferences that are bold, one line at a time, and select Reset.
* Then restart Firefox

Not really a reply just some added info:
This is the error message I get saying the internet is not on, but clearly as I can send this message it has to be:
To open “Java Preferences,” you need to install a Java runtime, but you are not connected to the Internet.
I am connected through Wi-fi if that makes a difference.

You bought the phone from this lady right and she did not turn off imessage. Try turning off imessage and restart the phone. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost). Wait a few minutes and turn imessage back on

My first thoughts are
• iMovie ill behaving - Trash the iMovie pref file - use to set things right
• in reg. to Photos - Did You change iPhoto Photo Library - Then iMovie get's lost as it peeks into iPhoto on start up to see where photos are stored. Set iPhoto back to first Photo Library (when iMovie is not running) then start iMovie.

I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well.

I've tried updating the software, reinstalling iTunes, using different ports on the laptop, different cables...just about everything. I have NEVER been able to connect this one device, but all the others are fine. I'm at my wits end. Is there someone out there who can help a relative novice figure out what's going on? I paid for it so I'd really like to avoid paying again just to see this movie. Is it because it's on my iPhone? Whenever I try to click on the movie to make it play it just does nothing like it's not there. The file for the movie exists within my iTunes library files but I can't seem to click and drag it into iTunes or open it with iTunes. Need help.

Hi, I have backed up 2 IMACs and one Mac Book Pro but for some reason, the 3rd IMAC come up with this problem: The backup disk image “/Volumes/Data/Anthony’s iMac.sparsebundle” could not be accessed (error -1). Why? The computer system is up to date and I have had no issue with the other computers, just this one.
