You bought the phone from this lady right and she did not turn off imessage. Try turning off imessage and restart the phone. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost). Wait a few minutes and turn imessage back on

I downloaded a movie last night from iTunes and it downloaded to my laptop and my phone but for some reason it now won't play on my laptop. The album artwork on my laptop has gone and it exists perfectly on my phone. What do I do?
I paid for it so I'd really like to avoid paying again just to see this movie. Is it because it's on my iPhone? Whenever I try to click on the movie to make it play it just does nothing like it's not there. The file for the movie exists within my iTunes library files but I can't seem to click and drag it into iTunes or open it with iTunes. I tried linking the facebook contacts to my phone(iPhone4s) but for some reason my conatcts doesnt wants to show the FB images in my contacts even though it said facebook contacts were sync. What could be the issue? How can it be fix so I could sync my contacts with Facebook?
Firefox will not appear in the Market for most phones with incompatible hardware. You can check if your phone is supported here:

Even on some supported devices, a bug in the Market software prevents Firefox from showing up. This may be related to the fairly recent Android Market app update. If you go to Settings/Applications/Market and choose "Uninstall" you can uninstall the update, and then search for and install Firefox from the marketplace.

I bought an iTunes gift card to purchase certain things in my favorite app. Well when I try to buy things inside the game it does not give me the option to approve the purchase and it never shows up. I have reset the app, I have deleted the app and downloaded again, I have turned my ipod off and on, I have made sure all updates are up to date and nothing has changed. I saw a similar question like mine and the answer was that you have to have a credit card linked to your iTunes account to make in app purchases and I was thinking they were right until I talked to a few friends who cancelled their credit cards and took them off of the account and can still make in app purchases so that can't be the issues. Can someone please help me this is driving me crazy I have talked to iTunes support but they weren't much support.

I have had an iTunes account for years but now find it extreemly complicated to understand. I don't even know how to get into my account!!!
My questions are:-
1. I have always lived in the UK but on iTunes I am now listed as living in the US!!! and as such cannot correct my details.
2. I used to be able to just log inmto my account, but now dont know where to go to do that.?
3. I haved an app for a Daily Newspaper on my iPad that i wish to cancel. How do i do that?
4. I had a good iTunes library, but all of a sudden all the songs/albums i had loaded on the the library myself disappeared, leaving only the albums i had purched from iTunes. Someone told me not to sync my iPod, iPad, or iPhone with my Library as it would take off all the songs i had put on.!!!
5. I paid an annual subscription to iCloud as i was told al;l the songs/albums i had uploaded would be in there but dont know how it all works and/or if they can be put back on to my library permanently.
6. My children used to buy me iTunes vouchers and i built up a credit of £80 on my iTunes account but the account was hacked and it all disappeard.

If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPad, and sign into your account again.

I opened a document in pages but cannot type anything in the document
I assume that you you tried tapping and holding down on the document and the keyboard would not pop up and the insertion point did not appear.
If you want to start with a clean slate, tap the Documents button in the upper left corner. When in thumbnail view you can tap the edit button in the upper right - find that blank document that you just closed - tap on it and then tap the trash can in the upper left to delete it.
To start with a new document - tap the + button in the upper left corner and tap Create New Document. -

I have exactly the same problem for a while (FF 3.6.13,Win 7-32 on HP 8730w)and I cannot understand that the Mozilla foundation doesn't do anything about it.
I tried to deactivate the Skype plugin that seems to be at the head of a lot on unstability but no use.
Going to 70% of the websites with flash and having FF that hangs really sucks and I am close to re-install explorer on my PC Guys, so DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, Call the Adobe engineers and sit around a table or you will loose market share soon... :-(( -

Return it and get your money back. Virgin does not offer official unlocking, thus there's no way to get the phone officially unlocked for you to use it.

I bought a used sprint 4s and tried to put my motorola sim which is also on sprint network into phone but it doesnt work is there something i need to do to make it work or am i SOL? major problem is that my current motorola phone is issued to me from my employer but phone ***** so i want to upgrade to the ipone i purchased but it still needs to work like my company phone as they pay the bill. help me pls
A Sprint iPhone uses CDMA when in the US. The SIM is used only when not in the US.
To use it in the US, you have to have Sprint activate it, but it is unlikely they will activate in on your company's account. -
