Firefox suddenly inceased to completely cover the screen, so I cannot navigate to any other files or screens. Why did this happen, and how can I get out of it?
What else can I say? I cannot navigate with Firefox filling my entire desktop screen on my I-Mac computer, and this makes preparing for the classes I teach tomorrow very difficult!
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).

My photos are syncing from my iPhone to the iCloud PhotoStream and to our iPad, but they are no longer syncing to our home computer (Microsoft operating system, not Apple). Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.
To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

I just downloaded iCloud on my PC and noticed that fewer than half of my photo stream photos have transferred over to my PC. Why is this happening and how can I get the remaining photos? All of my devices are charged and have perfect internet signals. Thanks in advance for any tips and insights!
It's probably happing because photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days (even though your last 1000 photos will remain on your devices until deleted). When you enabled photo stream on your PC you would have only received photos from the last 30 days.
To transfer older photos to your computer, create a shared photo stream that contains them and invite yourself as a subscriber (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99). -
I recently saved my contacts in iCloud and now all of my contacts are on my daughters phone. I only wanted them saved to my PC. Why did this happen and how can I fix it? Is it because she downloaded the update to her phone?
Your daughter must have signed into your iCloud account, perhaps when she updated her phone. You can confirm this by going to Settings>iClloud on her phone and seeing if she is using the same iCloud ID.
To fix this you would need to migrate her phone to a separate iCloud account. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos that she wishes to keep on your phone to her camera roll by opening her my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tapping the share icon (box with upware pointing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll.
Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone. This only deletes the account from her phone, not from iCloud; it won't effect your device(s). When you delete the account you will be asked if you want to keep or delete the iCloud data from her phone. If she needs to migrate a copy of the data to her new account, choose Keep; otherwise, choose Delete. Then sign back in with a separate Apple ID to create her new account and if migrating data to the new account, choose Merge when prompted.
Once she is on a separate account, if she migrated a copy of the data to her new account you can go to icloud.com from your computer, sign into her new iCloud account and delete your data from her account. -
My Firefox screen is only half as tall as it should be. Why did this happen and how do I fix it?

I did install the application to my desktop (for some reason) so I modified the path, but Terminal said no such file. I opened my error console under "tools" and there were about 30 error messages and 2 warnings. I have no idea what to do with those. It did give me the correct path for firefox, so I just modified the end of the path after "MacOS" with no luck...no such file with the "safe mode" ending. Holding down the option key while opening Firefox didn't do anything but open firefox.
This is all above my head! I uninstalled and reinstalled a newer version but got the same result, same error messages. I guess until I find the correct terminal path..I am out of luck. Is something wrong with my computer??? ugh!

Lately when I sync certain albums to my iPhone, the tracks are duplicated one behind the other so that I have to listen to each song twice. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?
Very strange behavior. Don't entirely give up on the "Manually Added Items" category ... I have seen things magically appear there even after I've checked and seen nothing there. I think things got real quirky when Apple released iCloud ... I don't remember extra copies of purchases lingering on my iPhone once transferred to my library before that. Sure, if I bought an album directly to my iPhone it would stay on there even after I sync to my library, but if I deleted the album from the iPhone it stayed deleted. Now it seems that there are some phantom copies that come and go with no explanation.

If you're re-downloading an album to iTunes and your iPhone, that may perpetuate the problem. What happens if you completely delete every copy of the album, then just download to your iTunes library and then sync the album to your iPhone from your library? That should put only one copy on your iPhone.
A few other things to try:
1- Completely sign out of your Apple account on your iPhone, then re-sync to iTunes, then sign into your account on your iPhone again. Maybe throw in a Reset or at least a power OFF/ON somewhere in the middle.
2- Go to Settings/ General/ Usage, then select Music and when you see All Music, swipe your finger across it and tap the Delete button. Before doing anything else, Reset your iPhone. She is making in app purchases. Probably not knowing what that means to your monthly credit card bill. Use the Settings app to enable restrictions and turn on restrictions for iTunes, App Store and in app purchases, mabe some others too. The restrictions will be set with a passcode to prevent your daughter from changing them.

If you really do have a Mid 2013 Mac Air model then it is still in warranty, as the standard Apple warranty is one year from date of purchase. So take it into an Apple store and have it diagnosed and fixed under the warranty. There is some type of hardware problem that only Apple can fix.

Only one track is downloaded per album on itunes on my iphone 5. Every time I download a new track it deletes the previously downloaded track on that album. Why is this happening and how can I switch it off?
Most YouTube content requires the Flash plugin. Sometimes it's necessary to uninstall then reinstall that plugin.
Uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Very important to uninstall the currently installed plugin first.
Now launch Safari and try a video.
If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.
You may also need to delete the cache associated with Safari .
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari
Click Go the move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try a video. -

Is the MacBook the computer you have synced with in the past? If not you can use the computer that you have synced with to restore your apps. Are you sure you are using the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the Apps?
