Flash picture, need help please

Hi
For a website I want to make a picture of a map to be used so
that when someone clicks on a certain area then they hare
hyperlinked to a certain web page. i have the picture, how do I cut
it up, using Flash (I'm told) so that this will happen?

depends on what format the picture is in - was it drawn with
flash tools or imported as a raster image?
you may not need to cut it up if you want to simply place hot
spots over it that act like buttons -
this is easily achieved with "invisible" buttons - meaning
button symbols with only a shape in their
HIT state.
If you need to "cut-up" an imported image then you should
really use your graphics editor
(photoshop) for this. But if you don't then try breaking
apart the bitmap in flash and using the
lasso tool to select sections.

Flash Gallery - Need Help Please!

Hi, I want to make an image gallery like this (see image) using Flash. The gallery uses an .XML file to dynamically load the images, so all you need to do is size your images and then add them to the appropriate folder, then edit the .XML file. The thumbnails scroll too. Can this be done in Flash? Does somebody know where I can find an .XML file that will do this.
I didn't want to use a proprietary gallery solution, because they require you to have their logo on your gallery page etc. and I'd like to design the page to my liking.
I have little programming experience on how to do this so I was hoping for some help. Are there files around that will allow me to do this? I am also open to other suggestions that might be better, but I'd like the look of my gallery to be similar to the example I've posted.

If you are using MX 2004, change your Google search terms to be: "AS2 XML gallery tutorial"
The search results should be your best bet for finding advice/examples/suggestions as to some different ways to build a thumbnail gallery.

Troubleshooting Flash DW-Need help please.

While working on a project, I suddenly found that I was no longer able to view my flash content once loaded to server. Locally, all content looks fine. I've been converting .wma files to .flv so I thought it was my conversion process but I ran some test on existing flash projects done in the past and those do not show on server either when placing into new DW index files. So, it appears my flash files are not the problem, it appears to be how Dreamweaver is embedding the file. By looking at the code below, it doesn't appear to be embedding at all and all the additional code is completely new to me. None of my previous Dreamweaver files imported .swf files with this code. Can someone please take a look and point me in the right direction? If this is kosher, I have a different problem but I'm stumped. I've been fooling around with this for hours. Hi,
usually when you upgrade, it should not delete your files, but if it happens, than you should have a backup.
Unfortunately it is very common, that people don't know, what exactly is in the backup.
The question is, what files exactly you are missing? Own pictures, or taken with the device? Purchased music form the iTunes Store, or own? ....
Documents and files are mostly up to the developer of the app, if they are part of the backup, usually not and you need to transfer them before.
In the backup you will find just pictures from the Camera Rolle folder, everything else you should have on the PC, if you had it on the device.
Same then for music, you can transfer purchased music from the device, but your own works just one direction, from PC to device, from device to PC it doesn't work.
In future I recomand you to be sure how the backup works or use a 3rd party app (iExplorer) where you have a little bit more "freedome" than with iTunes.
Or you maybe just restored from the worng backup

Si vous avez utilisé la commande Save As Template depuis Pages, il y a forcément un dossier
iWork > Pages
contenant Templates > My Templates
comme il y a un dossier
iWork > Numbers
contenant Templates > My Templates
Depuis le Finder, tapez cmd + f
puis configurez la recherche comme sur cette recopie d'écran.
puis lancez la recherche.
Ainsi, vous allez trouver vos modèles personnalisés dans leur dossier.
Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.
Désolé mais je ne répondrai plus avant demain.
Pour moi il est temps de dormir.

Before you sync your iPhone make sure that all the music that was synced to your phonereviously has been copied to your iTunes on the new MacBook Pro. Then when you connect your phone you will be able to either sync all music or select only those playlists that you want on the phone.

It sounds like you are noticing someone else is accessing your Clash of Clans data by playing the game and you have tried to reset your Apple ID password. If you are following the steps outlined in this article:

To turn off auto sync - launch iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices - check the box at the bottom that says - Prevent iPod, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically. Click OK and then quit iTunes.
Connect your iDevice to your PC.
Launch iTunes,
Click on the device name on the left side of the iTunes Window.
Click on the Photos Tab in the iTunes window on the right.
Untick all of the photos or albums that you want to remove.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
If you untick or uncheck the Sync Photos heading and then click Apply it will remove all of the photos from the device when it syncs. In this screenshot - I have only certain albums and events selected to sync.
