Flush form?

Hi,
i have tried a lot of thing put, didn't make it.
How can i clear the form, when i go to another form, and after go back there.
The form i want to flush, shows me a select statement with all the records of a table, but on the second time i go there, it shows me 2 times all the records.
What should i do???

The problem is that, i don't know where to use it.
I have tried it on post-block trigger, on-close trigger.
When-clear-block(clear_block(no_validate)).
But nothing is working!!!

Newbie: Struts Linking Problem

I am currently learning struts and i am having trouble implementing my jsp page to link to
a method in my struts action. I have a jsp page my.jsp with a link to my home page (home.jsp).

Div with form in sitting flush

After picking some techniques up in this forum i have decided
to re-design my website with a more semantic approach. I have built
a scaleable container with a tiled background, but my center div
which contains a form will not sit flush to the bottom div. I have
removed all padding and margin from the css but there is still a
gap.
Please help guys

How to send Parameters FORM to PHP WEB Page with method POST (secure)?

Hello everyone,
i hope someone can help me to find a solution to this problem!
i have to send "+precious+" parameters from an oracle form to php page, like username and password, with a secure method... i tried with WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT procedure but it uses GET Method and when the web page open up you can read those parameters in the url...no good!

The error does not look like a webutil client side problem - it looks more like a server side issue - perhaps the runtime not being able to find the webutil.pll.
Check your FORMS90_PATH in the webutil.env file and make sure it's not too long (>255 chars) if it is split it and use ORACLE_PATH as well.

FRM-92101 when trying to run forms from Forms Builder 10g

I have been struggling with this for a few days now and have tried multiple solutions around on these forums without any resolution yet!
Trying to run Forms Builder on a Windows XP machine with Oracle Development Suite 10.1.2.0.2 installed in its own ORACLE_HOME. The installation completes succesfully and I can start the OC4J instance.

Same issue here... Been trying to get this working since a week now. I tried all the solutions like memory heap and all but no luck.
One thing that I would like to know is that, in some threads the resolution was to recompile the INS_FORMS.MK file under /forms/lib32 but with my installation I don't have that "lib32" folder under /forms/ and I can not even find that file anywhere in my entire installation.
I am using 12.1.1 on Windows Server 2008.
Any help or guidelines is greatly appreciated.

How to submit a html form using java

i have a html form with some input fields, when ever a user submit the form the user information is stored in the database. is it possible to pass the user information in the url(url rewriting) and submit it by a java program so that the data will be stored in the database, as like as, user submit it manually.

Is there a way to create reusable HTML Forms that can be used on multiple pages?

I'm trying to understand the recommended approach to managing 10 HTML forms that will be reused on many different pages. I want to be able to modify the form definition once and have the change propogate.

Is your requirement that authors be able to change the form definition, or should form definition be controlled by developers?
In the case of authors being able to change the form definition then I would say best practice would be to create a page that holds the form definition (using whatever components work for you - either the out of the box form components or something custom). Then use the reference component to point the definition in all the other locations you want the form to appear. One thing to note is if you are using dispatcher for caching you need to make sure you strategy for cache flushing accomadates this approach.
In the case of developers controlling the form definition you could crate a component for each form, and then simly drag that component onto the pages that require the form. In this case your would control all the form label and description elements in the localization file.

Saving forms data in a text file

is it possible to save current forms data in a file just before commiting it into database and flushing out??????
2ndly is it possible to take out the print of current form without printing its background(canvas or background pics etc) coz its very time consuming & expensive if u simply take out the print of a form while using a Dot-Matrix Printer.

You can change the background color of the canvas to white before you print:

Error while creating Data Form Definition report from Planning

Hi All,
Working on Planning 11.1.2 (x64)
I tried to generate a Data Form Definition report from Planning and found that I get an error if I select the option "Include member selection list". By going a bit deeper, I realised that it errors for some forms while works fine for others.
I have tried to find any differences in setting or selection between the forms but haven't been able to see anything that struck me as a reason for error.
Help please.

I have a InfoPath 2010 form which was published to SharePoint 2010. I migrated the content db to SQL Server 2012 and I have converted the Sharepoint 2010 (windows based) to the SharePoint 2013 claims based site. I have not fully upgraded the site to
2013 version (Version upgrade to SP 2013) is not done..
In the InfoPath 2010 form, which is available in SP 2013. I have a button and on click of it, i have the below code:

please let us know your sharepoint 2013 latest cumulative update, if possible please make sure it is March 2013 update or above.
as i know, between 2010 infopath and 2013 there are difference, perhaps if you can debug your form it may help.
most probably there are environment settings difference between 2010 sharepoint and 2013 sharepoint. such as the data connection size/length, that causing it failed, or the form data is NULL.

We have installed the Oracle Applications system on one of our instance.
When we try to start the application we face some problem:

However, we have to wait around 8-10 minutes till we got the error

Did you try to regenerate the form via adadmin? If not, please do so and check then.

Unable to Export data from Forms in 11.5.10.2

Hi All,
When I am trying to export data from a Form, the output is not appearing on my desktop to save or view for further processing. When I click on File-->Export link, a screen appears for a fraction of second and then disappears automatically.

When I am trying to export data from a Form, the output is not appearing on my desktop to save or view for further processing. When I click on File-->Export link, a screen appears for a fraction of second and then disappears automatically.Please add the application URL to the trusted sites list from the browser.
Also, make sure all pop-up blockers are disabled.
And it is generating the below error file in my desktop.Is this the same error you get in the Jinitiator/JRE console window? -- How to enable tracing and logging for Sun JRE (Native Plug-in) [ID 549423.1]
Please make sure no errors are reported in the database file log.

How to get data from the GUIBB FORM on processing method PROCESS_EVENT?

one more question do I have.
I need to process some form data, that were entered by a user. One field was additional added via the method IF_FPM_GUIBB_FORM~GET_DEFINITION, so it is not in the BOL.
I listen to an FPM_EVENT in the IF_FPM_GUIBB_FORM~PROCESS_EVENT.
IF io_event->mv_event_id EQ 'FPM_SAVE_AND_BACK_TO_MAIN' OR io_event->mv_event_id = 'FPM_SAVE_1'.
     " Here I need to access the data from the GUINN FROM
ENDIF.
How can I access to the data, entered in the GUIBB FORM?

Socket communication with HTTP server : how to send a form variable ?

I'm trying to program a Socket application that calls a CGI programmed in ASP and sends a variable with some content via the POST HTTP method.
My problem is that I'm unable to retrieve my variable content in the CGI. I don't know what I'm doing wrong when sending my variable. Here are the main steps of my application
[Client side]
- Create an URL
- Open a connection
- Send header info with variable name and content via POST method
- Read server response
[Server side]
- Request the variable
- Store its content in a file

The file "htm_content.htm" is created but it has this content :
NO CONTENT RECEIVED
This means the server was unable to retrieve the content of the variable called "htm_content"
REM : the variable is called like this 'cause I intend to use it to send HTML content
Any idea of what I'm doing wrong ?

For the POST request you'll only need (with HTTP 1.0)

Note the Content-type header.
