FM for GOS object read/download

Hi ABAP Gurus,
Needs your inputs for the below requirement.
Customer will attach the supporting doc's to sales order GOS(Gerneric Object Service) & later i need to read these doc's for a custamized programm & needs to sent it via email to the end customers.
How to do it any FM to read or download the GOS objects?

Pdf caching works different for browser vs reader downloads

We have several very large pdf which are served by our web server (iis). In analyzing the detail performance metrics we have identified an interesting behavior. When viewing the pdf from the web link in a browser the web server quickly displays the first page then chunks the remaining parts of the document in roughly 5 kb chunks. However, even though we have configured these to be cached they don't get cached. But when we uncheck the Open in Browser setting in reader and allow the document to download and open with the reader it gets cached. Oddly enough, when we the check the box in Reader to open in the browser again the cached file is honored.
Server: Windows 2008, IIS
Client: Vista, Adobe 9.3.2, IE 7.0.6.x

This is not a Reader question. It is a question about how you have your server configured. Perhaps, a Microsoft forum would be appropriate. Generally, when pdfs are created for web viewing you want them to be optimized (which optimizes them for web downloading) and you need the server to byte serve. That is the sum total of my knowledge on the subject.

Unless you've recently attempted to downgrade iTunes this is probably a sign of a corrupt library file. See Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash.

My Mac mini OS is a 10.6.8 and after paying for Adobe premiere 13 download I realized that my computer needs to be 10.8 or greater.. I thought that I had read that 10.6.8 was enough but I must have been mistaken.. Any suggestions or am I out of luck?

Possible cause: OU name or Security Group name may contain at least a Unicode character which has conversion problem between Unicode and your system ANSI locale(e.g. Korean characters in English System Locale). The site server might not have access to
some properties of this object. The container specified might not have the properties available.
Solution: Please verify the Active Directory schema for properties that are not replicated or locked. Refer to the discovery logs for more information.
Does the error relate to 524 security groups? There are several invalid search paths listed in adsgdis.log, are these related?

You'll have to examine the log to determine exactly which objects its referring to. Although this is in the context of group discovery, group discovery still creates DDRs for computer objects within those groups so it could be either groups or computers.
This is not a search path issue though as it's clear that the discovery process found 524 different objects, but as stated, it could not properly read criticial properties of those objects and thus did not create DDRs for them.
As mentioned, reading the log in detail will list the objects individually and the reason it could not create a DDR for it.

I've an issue with the report groups and read programs for the object EC_PCA_SUM. As we know that the report groups and read programs available for this object in the application customizing are used to analys the archived data.
That is these programs comes into picture after the archiving operation.

Your provided transaction "GR55" helped me to find out the program name for a particular group. However, these are just Write and Painter reports.
But can you please let me know the functionality of these report groups ?? what are these used for ???
Do we have these programs for other archiving objects like CO_ITEM,CO_ML_BEL,MM_MATBEL,CO_ORDER,
PP_PLAN,PP_BKFLUSH ??

You may also not want to shout (large bold print) when you go to the Reader forum. It irritates a lot of folks and may distract from your question.

Can you do setup an unread mail folder that shows all unread mail regardless of what folder it really is in on the iPhone mail program somehow?

Well, it could have to do with her phone, however does she have any difficulty in receiving SMS from others? You may want to check how you have iMessage set up. Go to Settings>Messages>Receive at>Make sure your telephone number is listed there, then go to Caller ID, and make sure your phone number is the one with the checkmark by it. You may be sending messages with your email address as the header and if that is so, it may be requiring her to download it as data. See if that helps.

Decompile the VOImpl and AmImpl class files and keep the .java files in myprojects folder under appropriate package structure and try.

How to build sql query for view object at run time

Hi,
I have a LOV on my form that is created from a view object.
View object is read-only and is created from a SQL query.
SQL query consists of few input parameters and table joins.
My scenario is such that if input parameters are passed, i have to join extra tables, otherwise, only one table can fetch the results I need.
Can anyone please suggest, how I can solve this? I want to build the query for view object at run time based on the values passed to input parameters.

As I understand you want to change the query at run time.
If this is what you want, you can use setQuery Method then use executeQuery.
