FMDERIVE for PM order
Hi,
I want to derive the FM objects for the PM orders indirectly. The PM order has a functional location and or an equipment. The functional location and the equipment are assigned to a cost center or a WBS. There is a derivation rule to derive FM objects from the cost center and the WBS. I want to derive the same FM objects for the PM order. I have done this in the past in a 4.6 version and if I remember well it was standard and also OSS note 166624 suggests it is standard. Now I am in 4.7 and it doesn't seem to work. Is there a user exit ? Are there prerequisites ? Any suggestions ?

Create a FM derivation rule with a user exit in order to have customer fields ZZFUNDS and ZZfunds center in the maintenance order
Create your order and enter the fund and the funds center

FMDerive for Refurbishment Order
Hi all,
I have a problem in derivation strategy for refurbishment order related with FM.
When create RO, it must assign the FM account assignment for funds center and commitment item to catch the consumed budget. Maintenance section who input RO want that funds center and commitment item generate automatically to reduce the assignment mistakes.
In FMDERIVE, first I used function module FMDT_READ_MD_ORDER Read Order Master Data where the source field is order number of a maintenance order and the target field is order type which read USERTEMP1. Then I create derivation rule Order Type (USERTEMP1) to Funds Center. But it does not happen anything.
I ever create derivation rule Sparepart Material Number to Funds Center, but it don't effectively running because there's many spareparts.

I already activated the trace and begin to create RO again. When create the RO and assign the cost, there is funds center and commitment item in the trace. When I go to the GOTO --> ASSIGNMENT --> FUNDS MANAGEMENT, suddenly the funds center and commitment item field was blank.
I think it's because of the trace didnt read the USERTEMP1 again. What should I do now?

I face some problem to define our FMDERIVE for maintenance order.
I have requirement, that fund center can be derived base on order type maintenance order.
As my knowledge, we must create derivation rule first so fund center can be derived automatically.
But in derivation rule, no source field for order type maintenance order.
And i got some clue to use enhancement SAPLFMDT. but this enhancement cannot work correctly because in enhancement SAPLFMDT, there is structure COBL to import data. But in COBL, also there is not field for order type maintenance order.
I try to append the structure and done, but even i already append the structure for order type maintenance order, because in COBL no value for order type maintenance order, this enhancement also not work.
Please give me some advice.

For example the order types number range is between 800000 to 899999
you can mention in the enhancement that if the Number of the Order is between 800000 to 899999 then use this Fm area, alternatively you can say if the number of the order starts with 8* then derive this FM area.

There is no such sis report available. You will have to configure and create two seperate reports and do the comparison.
If you want, I will send you the list of all T.codes used to generate reports in SD.

PO 'No goods receipt possible for purchase order'
Hi gurus!
While trying to make Confirmation of a PO in the SRM Portal the user is getting the error 'No goods receipt possible for purchase order'
The scenario used is Classic, so PO is replicated directly to the R/3 system.

No price could be determined for material/batch FG/ plant ZTP
Message no. CK 465
Diagnosis
The system could not calculate a price for material/batch FG/ in plant
ZTP for valuation view 0, because none of the valuation strategies in
valuation variant 007 was successful.
System Response
User-defined error management enables you to specify whether the message
is an error message, a warning message or an information message.
o If you have defined the message as a warning message or an
information message, the costing item will be entered in the cost
estimate with a value of zero.
If you have defined the message as an error message, the cost
estimate contains an error or errors.
- In the case of a material cost estimate, the system sets the
status KF.
- If it is a cost estimate without quantity structure, or base
object cost estimate (that is, a unit cost estimate), the
system cannot proceed with costing until you have corrected the
errors.
If the system issues a termination message, the cost estimate cannot
be processed, and processing is terminated.
procedure
o Check the master data for material/batch FG/ in plant ZTP.
o If you have authorization for Customizing, check the valuation
strategy for materials in valuation variant 007.
Note
If the message is a warning message or an information message, there is
a danger that materials with errors will be ignored by the system.
If, because of this, you issue a warning message and at the same time
include materials with a zero value in cost estimates, you can make the
following settings for these materials in the costing view of the
material master:
1. Enter a very low price in the planned price 1, 2 or 3 fields
manually, for instance 0.01 USD. These prices are used for costing
purposes only; they are not read by other applications.
2. Enter the highest price unit possible, for example 10000.
Note: If you enter a new price unit that is higher than the costing
lot size, the system increases the costing lot size accordingly.
3. Change the valuation strategy, such as strategy 4, where you could
enter the planned price field in which you entered the low price.
The system now costs as follows:
Using the valuation strategy, the system finds planned price 1, 2 or
3. Due to the low price and high price unit, the system rounds the
value to zero. However, the cost estimate still obtains status KA
(free of errors), and no error message is issued.
This procedure can be used for all materials that have caused error
message CK465 to be issued.

Automatic creation of service notification for maintenance order
hi,
I created one new document type (SR) as service requestion in material management.
Then i create maintenance order for service and attached service master. System generated PR. Where document type to be given to get SR instead of PR.

Please check the indicatorsin Actual cost/cost sales and Valid recevivers in settlement profile.
If for cost center : 1 settlement optional is maintained in valid recevivers and also for order
and in actual cost/ cost sales: indicator to be settled in full is selected.
Also check Allocation structure too if you have assigned the valid allocation structure.
**check if you have assigned the valid settlement profile to order types.
*****Most important after doing all these settings you need to create new order. for same order you will not get the automatic settlement rule

Goods-Receipt Block for Purchase Order depending on Goods-Receipt Date
Hi,
I want to set up the system so it can block the Goods-Receipt for Purchase Order respectively Scheduling Agreement if the Goods Receipt is about to take place 30 days or more before the Desired Delivery Date.
For Example: If I have a Purchase Order with the desired delivery date 30.09.2008. I want to set up the system so, that it bans (forbids) the Goods Receipt before the 01.09.2008.
If possible I would want to do that without additional programming. Is it possible to set up the system using only customising settings?

Query for Sales Order Analysis
Dear Experts
I have written a Query for Sales Order Analysis and would like to have help on this.
The query is used for generating daily report for Sales Order on number of documents (Sales Order), total amount of sales orders and total GP of Sales Order. The query is written as below:
SELECT T0.[DocNum], SUM(T0.DocTotal) AS 'Total', SUM(T0.U_Total_GP) AS 'Total GP'
FROM ORDR T0 WHERE T0.[DocDate] =[%0] GROUP BY T0.[DocNum] ORDER BY T0.[DocNum]
where U_Total_GP is a UDF for storing the GP of each order.
After executing the query, a selection criteria of date appears and after a date is selected, the report shown information required. However, the query does not calculate column total for total amount and total GP. Although I know the total for each column can be displayed by pressing "Ctrl" + Click on the column title, it would have to be done from time to time.
Therefore, I would like to modify my query in order to calculate the column totals when executed. Are there any suggestions for this?

Workflow for Sales Order Release via Status Profile
Dear all,
i want to make a workflow for sales order which have 4 User Status in One status profile.
Once Event triggered for sales order
1. Mail should go to main authority with sales order number.
2. Once authority will do some changes in the required field then he/she changes
the user status-1 from defauts as per line Item and mail should go to department no-1 (Head authority).
3. Once again same changes in sales order but now user status-2 from user status-1
as per line Item and mail should go to department no-2 (Head authority).
4. Once again same changes in sales order but now user status-3 from user status-2
as per line Item and mail should go to department no-3 (Head authority).
5. Once again same changes in sales order but now user status-4 from user status-3
as per line Item and mail should go to department no-4 (Head authority) .
and parrally for each changes of Status mail should also go to User (Event Creator).
6. Finally mail sholud go to User as you are permitted to do next business transaction for this sales order

First of all start with SWELS and SWEL T-Code to check if any standard event is getting triggered or not. If event is getting triggered, then use the same event to trigger the workflow; otherwise create a custom event of BO and use the same to trigger the workflow.
Hope you are aware of T-Code SWO1 and delegation of BO. The BO used for your requirement will be BUS2000115.
As you want the workflow to get triggered only for one status profile and one of its status, so use check function module. There set the condition for you status profile and status.
The FM which you will be using the most is CRM_ORDER_READ. To read the status, you can also use CRM_STATUS_READ_OW.
Now simply make the approval steps in the workflow using activity. In the activity, you can use the standard method USERSTATUSPOPUP to send the workitem for approval. In each step use the same activity with different agents as approvers.
Just go with these things and let me know if you get stuck up somewhere.

User exit/ badi needed for planned order create/change,collective ATP check
Dear All,
I'm looking for a user exit/ badi which can be used for planned orders at the stage of
mass collective availability check (COMAC tcode) update; or at some other relevant stages of mass update of planned orders.
I need after collective availability check to perform the following:
1) to copy date from "total comitment" field on header tab of planned order and paste it (replace old date) to order finish date on header screen
then
2) to start a scheduling.

Or use the function module MD_SET_ACTION_PLAF for Schedule planned order.
and the transaction MDAC Execute action for planned order
This function module includes the following actions:
Explode BOM
Explode BOM, check availability
Check availability, only explode BOM in the case of a requirement
Check availability, do not explode BOM
Reset availability
Change planned order data
Schedule planned order
Delete planned order
Assign the key for the respective action control to the materials in the material master (MRP 4 view).

With IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS during IDoc interpretation PO number is assigned to XVBAK-BSTKD field which is later used for sales order creation with reference to PO.
So all you need is to use some customer exit with changing parameters containing XVBAK after IDoc interpretation is completed. For example you can use EXIT_SAPLVEDA_009 which is called at the end of IDoc check after interpretation.

That is happening correctly.

The issue is the i_mvtit-XSTOB should be equal space in case of Goods issue while incase of Reversal it should be equal to X.

RBA GATP check is not getting invoked for Sales Order
Hi Everyone,
RBA GATP check is not getting invoked for Sales order.
I maintained the configuration settings for 'Rules-Based Availability Check', APO general settings (check mode, check instruction), carried out integrated rule maintenance, Rule determination for the combination of order type & product, associated the check mode to product master. Also maintained all the settings in ECC towards Req class, Req type, checking control etc.
However, sales order is not invoking RBA Check though it is showing up the 'Rule' icon in the screen. Also, in the APO Availability check in Sales order when I click onto 'check instruction', I get the checking mode that pertains to RBA for business event 'A' (Sales order). Though I have not maintained any stock for the main material for which I have the sales order, yet system is confirming any quantity that I put in.
I would expect that system would propose the same material in an alternate location where we have stock through RBA.
Request you to share ideas on this.

You should used No Checking Horizon in Checking instructions and also Check your rule control settings.
What you have defined in 1st and 2nd steps. Check whether product substitution is carried out or Location Substitution.

Fields for selection in FPCJ : Bank details not showing for Postal Order

I have a requirement in which while recieving the payment from FPCJ of type postal order i am not able to enter the bank details.
which are available for Cheque payments.
In our system the fields to determine the bank account and bank details fields are not showing in FPCJ for PO type payments.
Kindly help me as to our client wants to put in the details of the bank in the FPCJ screen.

I don't think there is a configuration to make the fields available for postal order in FPCJ. It needs to be customized.
