For the last 2days when I attempt to rent a movie And my Apple TV attempts to access the iTunes Store I get a message can't connect to server, try again later. I can connect to Netflix, Hulu and all other services. Any help appreciated.

For the last 2 days when I try to rent a movie on my Apple TV the Apple TV attempts to access the iTunes Store and then I get a message saying Apple TV cannot connect to the server at this time. Please try again later. I have no trouble connecting to Netflix, Hulu or any of the other apps. I also have no trouble connecting to the iTunes Store using my iPhone or iPad. I have also tried restarting the Apple TV and my router. Any help will be appreciated.

I have a similar problem. After a recent update I cannot access the iTunes Store to resubscribe to Hulu. "Cannot access iTunes Store at this time." Dunno what to do.

Hi All,
I had this problem today myself, and was frustrated repeatedly by the '4002' error.
I have literally just fixed the issue by doing the following steps:
1: Go to the 'Store' tab and select 'Turn Off iTunes Match'
2: Return to the 'Store' tab and select 'Update Genius'
3: Wait for this to complete succesfully, the return to the 'Store' tab once more and select 'Turn On iTunes Match'.
4: iTunes Match will now go through the motions and should succeed!

ITunes radio: Keep getting " Station name Radio is currently unavailable. Try again later" errors

This is on my Apple TV (Gen 3), all updated. When I play the "Nursery Rhymes" radio station, it'll play one song and then go back to the iTunes Radio screen (out of the station screen). There will be no audio but the 'speaker' icon will be under the Radio station (as if it's playing).
Attempting to play that station again always gives the same error i.e. "Nursery Rhymes Radio is currently unavailable. Try again later".
How can this be fixed? My son gets pretty upset when his station stops working ....

I'm experiencing the same issue. One of my stations fails to play on my Apple TV (Gen 2) with the same message. I tried the following without any success:

• logging out of and back into my iTunes account

A phone call to the support team costs CHF 46.-- !!!!!

I have the same thing happening on my iPod Touch 5th gen. Been happening for at least a month. I have updated to the most recent version of iOS which hasn't solved the issue. I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. Installation went fine, but can no longer open my camera RAW files from Photoshop (camera is a Canon EOS T2i. The message also tells me I am not eligible for the update. I am... and I cannot open my files and I could before. I can find nowhere to contact Adobe to tell me how to proceed. Yeaaaah... I just powered up my G3 iMac... iTunes 7 on there... My iTunes on there can't do much. But it's still subscribed to one podcast that's still valid and working. If I try to use the radio, I get this message. I wager they changed urls and the like in the background years ago and this is just so old there's no longer any support for it.
