FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP.

Hi all,
Reqirement: To display STCEG(vat reg num) on VA01, 02 and 03 transactions.
I have added field zz_stceg to VBAP table. Then in "userexit_move_field_to_vbap", i have coded to move stceg from TKOMK to VBAP as follows.
VBAP-zz_stceg = TKOMK-STCEG. (because i need to take STCEG value from KOMK structure.)
after that, i have added zz_stceg field to screen.
But in transactions VA01, 02 and 03 it is showing empty field.
Please suggest me how to proceed.

Hi Narsi,
Please note that KOMK is a structure, hence it wont be having any values. There should be another table which will hold the value for STCEG. Please find that table from your functional people. After that find the relationship of that table with VBAP. then write your code to fill the data in the VBAP table.
Foe filling the data in VBAP table it is not necessary that you should code in the user exit. you can even do it in a normal Z report program. Once you find entries in VBAP table for the field ZZSTCEG, then drag it to the screen.

When user enters material at line item in VA01 , to throw a pop-up mentioning texts .
I have added a include in form userexit_move_field_to_vbap in which i declared a internal table containing material number and item number .
First i import this table from memory so nothing was there and it throws a popup after checks .
And then export the same table .
Now suppose the user enters again the same material and line item no popup will come .
Problem : Suppose the user doesnt save the order and come out , the record remains in the exported table and doesnt display popup .
Please help .

When the user exits an external session (/i in the command field), the corresponding ABAP memory is automatically initialized or released.
IMPORT/EXPORT to memory id uses ABAP memory.So, when user comes out of the transaction screen without saving, the data in the internal table will wipe out.
Problem : Suppose the user doesnt save the order and come out , the record remains in the exported table and doesnt display popup .
I think u won't have this problem.

Userexit_move_field_to_vbap.

i have added a new column in the screen 4900 of sales order which corresponds to the field zzitbsez in vbap table . i have added this field in vbap . I wrote code in userexit_move_field_to_vbap to move values
MOVE xVBAP-ZZITBSEQ TO VBAP-ZZITBSEQ. in mv45afzz
But the problem comes when i enter some value in this column in VA01 transaction, the debugger does not even goto this code part.

Hi,
Since you want to update vbap at item level with the new field you have inserted, write your logic in
FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE and loop table XVBAP with the number of line items and update table VBAP finally with commit.
This should work with FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP , try checking VBAP after the sales order is saved if there is any entry in your new field. Try inserting just a breakpoint and comment your logic and see if it stops there at the time of order processing.

Help in defaulting a value in a program

I have a program called MV45AZZA, and I got the following requirement
In MV45AFZZ we need to default VBAP-BWTAR = RH while new items are added in transaction VA01 and VA02, if sales org = 5090, order type = ZSBK and MBEW-BWTTY = 1 for the VBAP-MATNR. Once defaulted user should be able to change it to new value in VA01 and VA02, in that case system should not overwrite it with default value.
Sales order functionality needs to be changed to account for Sbank sales updating to repair profit center.
any help in coding is highly appreciated. i know little ABAP and I would appreciate if somebody can help in adding the code.Please highlight the code you added

User Exit for Updating Delivery Plant at Item Level in Sales Order

Hello Experts
There is a requirement to determine the delivery plant for each item level and than update the items with newly determined plant. There is a user exit MV45AFZZ routine FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP. to update the item level entries in Sales Order in VA01 or VA02. Is this the right place to do this?, if yes , do i need to perform any other standard logic (like re determine Shipping points , schedule lines ) for newly determined plant? If not , can you please suggest any other place , BADI or user exit to change the delivery plant of sales order.

Best place is MV45AFZZ-USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE. Populates the values just before saving the document. You can have your own deriving logic. Make sure that peice of code is trigger only for Sales Order create or change (VA01/VA02).
Are you kidding??? You do realize that this is AFTER all validations against configuration, ATP, pricing, etc. have been performed??!!! Never, ever change a critical value like plant in the SAVE user exits...

How to update pick up date (VBAK-ABHOD) field in sales order

I am creating sales orders using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 but it is not updating VBAK-ABHOD field i .e pick up date. Is there any FM which updates the pick up date VBAK-ABHOD also.
I need to update pick up date for a special type of sales orders (Delivery orders) which are created in reference to schedule agreement.
Is there any other way we can update pick up date. My last option is BDC but donot want to use it.

You can not find any field in BAPI Change Or Create for sales order even header change BADI is for SAP Modification only. The best way to code in form USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP in MV45AFZZ, orelse you can use CALL TRANSACTION Method.

I have new requirement in creation of sales order . Here we have free promotion sales . Here if customer buy one material then he will get some other material as free .In standard sap we can give only one line item as free not more than that .
Here our requirement is more than one line item . I suggested them maintain all the free materials in one Ztable when ever the original material will come for sales order then i have to fetch these materials from ztable automatically and it should create sales order. I started doing this using user exit FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP.

First I created a ZTable in which there are 15 fields exist then I append structure in ZVBAP which contain only one field from this ZTable. Now I place this field in the Subscreen 8459 of Sales Order under "Additional Data B" by using access key. Also i have Access to edit the module MV45AFZZ.

Here check for ur validation, If passes then CHECK variable SVBAP-TABIX. If it is 0 then item is created. If it is GT 0 then item is changed. Other way could be...
select data from VBAP for each sales document and item in xvbpa internal table.
If for any item u don't have data in VBAP table that means u r adding that item. So issue error message.

Add new line item to free sales order

HI All,
I have new requirement in creation of sales order . Here we have free promotion sales . Here if customer buy one material then he will get some other material as free .In standard sap we can give only one line item as free not more than that .
Here our requirement is more than one line item . I suggested them maintain all the free materials in one Ztable when ever the original material will come for sales order then i have to fetch these materials from ztable automatically and it should create sales order. I started doing this using user exit FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP.
These are the below links i checked in our sdn. Adding Line items to sales order on creation using User-Exit in VA01.
Please give me some idea on this .Please tell me if it is possible with configuration.

Hi,
We also had a requirement where we needed to give some items free of charge in a standard sales order.We end up using the tann item categories for the item which are suppose to go free. Please note user will need to manually change the item category of the line items intended as free of charge.

XVBAP has the new line item but does not update Sales Order

Hi
I need to update the sales order with a new line item when the line item has a base unit of measure as the sales unit. I need to then convert the base unit to sales unit with a whole figure and the rest can be in the base unit.
I am able to see the update in the xvbap but the line item doesn't get updated.
I am puting this code in a perform within
MV45AFZB within   Form USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP
But I guess I am doing something wrong can someone please take a look at it and tell me what is wrong with the coding.

When user enter Value and UOM in line item ..i need to display a Pop-up with corresponding values in other UOMs..Please suggest solution ..
Pop up shoud come only when user put cursor in Value field of line item...or there may be a button on screen..something like this..

and code to conditionally show a popup if VBAP-MENGE IS NOT INITIAL (or something similar)

User exit for sale order qty change

Hi all,
In our industry we are creating Sale Order for MTO Scenario by using T.Code VA01 . Most of the time after taking the MRP run and raising PO for BOM components, Users are changing the qty in the sale order . eg. and due to that it is becoming difficult to make necessary change in production programe. .Now please give me solution/ userexit so that anybody cannot change the sale order qty and it must be check the authorised userid to do necessary change in sale order.

You can use user exit include 'MV45AFZZ'.
Make necessary changes in FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP.
XVBAP will contain the old values before making the changes. You can comapare the quantity wtih VBAP field.
