Formating WSDL  SOAP  message using external .xsd file

Hi,
I am trying to build web service from java method using xml schema in .xsd file to format soap messages. How can I do this? What steps should I take to accomplish this?
When I tried to do this using wizard for building web service, and map custom java classes to xml schema types , I got generator error: java.util.NoSuchElementException.
When I managed to generate web service using that custom mappings (without generator error) , I couldn't deploy that service on server. At deploy time i alway get compile error without named source where error is....

hI,
How to add the the below soap frame thru XSLT mapping.

  • How to register a schema use a .xsd file which has lots of includes schema

    Hello, All,
    Does someone have the experience to register a schema use a .xsd file which contains several tags like <xs:include schemaLocation="../dt/somedatatypes.xsd"/>?
    I tried both the OEM and command line dbms_xmlschema.registerSchema(), although the whole file structure already in the repository, seems like Oracle can't automatically search and find the includes and register it. should I register those includes first? the actual error I got is "ORA-31000: Resource '../dt/somedatatypes.xsd' is not an XDB schema document.ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLSCHEMA_INT", line 0 ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLSCHEMA", line 26 ORA-06512: at line 2" .
    Any suggestion? thanks in advance...

    We do not (currently) support relative references in included XML Schemas.
    In order to use an include or import the target Schema must first be registered with XML DB under some known location. The schemaLocation argument needs to the 'Docuemnt Location Hint', or URL, that was passed to registerSchema when the included schema was registered.
    If you have cyclic dependancies between schemas you can use the force option of registerSchema to register the first Schema. This will then allow registration of the second schema to succeed. Once the second schema has been successfully registed the first schema must be explicitiy recompiled using dbms_xmlschema.compileSchema().

  • VS2013 Page Inspector does not use external script files

    If I use an external javascript file, the Page Inspector does not appear to run the javascript (as the styles created during runtime are not visible). If I run the web page outside of VS (e.g. IE) then it works.
    <script type="text/javascript" src="border.js"></script>
    However, if I use an internal script, the styles are created as expected.
    <script type="text/javascript">$("div").css("border", "2px solid red").add("p").css("background", "yellow");</script>
    Is the Page Inspector supposed to use external script files, and if not, are there plans to support it?

    Hi,
    Thank you for your post.
    I am afraid that the issue is out of support range of VS General Question forum which mainly discusses
    the usage of Visual Studio IDE such as WPF & SL designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System
    and Visual Studio Editor.
    Because Page Inspector feature is more related to ASP.NET Application/Technology, in order to resolve your issue better,
    I suggest that you can consult your issue on ASP.NET forum:

  • SOAP Messaging Using Crystal Reports Web Services To Return Report in PDF or Excel Format

    All,
    I am trying to use SOAP messaging to fetch a Crystal Report through a Managed repository and getting back either a PDF or Excel file. For some reason, any reference to web services on this site I cannot access. Like thread, "Using Web Services on the Crystal Report Server XI to return reports".  Can anyone point in a direction to Web Service Calls API documentation or does this not exist ?????? I would hope this product has this capability.
    Thanks In Advance,
    Tom

    XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 introduced the Business Process BI Web Services, that allow you to retrieve reports using SOAP messaging.
    It's documented here:

  • Transform payload to SOAP message using XSLT

    Hello,
    I'm working with e-invoice for Finland (called Finvoice) and is supposed to send a soap message as a file via file/ftp adapter.
    The output from SAP is an INVOIC idoc that is mapped to a given output structure. This works fine.
    The soap envelope is created via xslt transformation.
    The Envelope is created correctly but I'm struggling with how to add the payload to the message. It needs to look as shown below, (I'm just showing the essential part).
    My problem is that I don't know how to add the doctype part via xslt:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-15"?>
    <!DOCTYPE Finvoice SYSTEM "Finvoice.dtd">
    I get validation errors when adding this in the xsl. The content of the payload looks good.
    Does anyone know how this can be solved?

  • How to use external jar files ??

    Hi all,
    In my user-defined function for mapping (IR) , I want to make use a Class which is available in an external .jar file.
    Our XI is working on Windows2003 OS. I set the classpath in OS environment variables.
    But it is not working.
    Where I should set the classpath ?
    Can anyone help.
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi Chemmanz,
    For user defined functions, it is not necessary to use the external jar files.
    Just follow the below steps:
           1.      To create a new user-defined function, choose <b>Create New Function</b> in the data-flow editor at the bottom of the screen, on the left-hand side.
           2.      Specify the attributes of the new function in the subsequent window:
    Name:
    Technical name of the function. The name is displayed in the function chooser and on the data-flow object.
    Description:
    Description of how the function is used.
    Arguments:
    In this table, you specify the number of input values the function can process, and name them. All functions are of type String.
           3.      In the subsequent window, you can create Java source code:
                                a.      You can import Java packages to your methods from the Imports input field, by specifying them separated by a comma or semi-colon:
    You do not need to import the packages java.lang., java.util., java.io., and java.lang.reflect. since all message mappings require these packages and therefore import them.
    In addition to the standard packages, you can also specify Java packages that you have imported as archives and that are located in the same, or in an underlying software component version as the message mapping.
                                b.      Create your Java source text in the editor window or copy source text from another editor.
           4.      Confirm with Save and Close.
           5.      User-defined functions are limited to the message mapping in which you created the function. To save the new function, save the message mapping.
           6.      To test the function, use the test environment.
    The new function is now visible in the User-Defined function category. When you select this category, a corresponding button is displayed in the function chooser pushbutton bar. To edit, delete, or add the function to the data-flow editor, choose the arrow next to the button and select from the list box displayed.

    endstream
    endobj
    13 0 obj
    836380
    endobj
    The times.ttf is in the same folder as a pdf. The document opens without error though the rendered text is completely different from that it suppose to be. I didn't find a good exemple in PDF spec and probably I intrepret it in a wrong way. I would be very thankful for any clue what is wrong in my code or a sample how could it be done correctly.
    thanks in advance

    From the snippet you posted, it appears that you didn't properly write out the value of the /F key in the stream.
    However, that's just one of the reasons this won't work as you are expecting.  Even after you fix that, you should know that Adobe Acrobat & Reader have their support for external streams turned OFF by default (for security reasons) and that other viewers don't even support it at all.
    Is there a reason you don't wish to embed the font?  Or use standard referencing?

  • Http Header for a SOAP message using SAAJ.

    Hello java community,
    I need to set the 'SOAPAction' field in the HTTP Header of a soap message. I am using SAAJ to build the message.
    Does anyone know how to do this?
    Help is greatly appreciated as always.

    You have to put a Handler in front of your WebService to intercept it.

  • How to access SOAP message using JAXP and SOAP class?

    DocumentBuilderFactory factory = DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
    DocumentBuilder b = factory.newDocumentBuilder();
    FileInputStream fr = new FileInputStream(args[1]);
    Document doc = b.parse(fr);
    Envelope msgEnv = Envelope.unmarshall (doc.getDocumentElement()); <---
    the exception raised:
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Root element of a SOAP message must be: 'htt

    And the xml file is:
    <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"...>
    </env:Envelope>

    The problem is that your DocumentBuilderFactory is not set to be namespace aware. If add a call to factory.setNamespaceAware(true) that should fix your problem.

  • $$PORTLET_ID$$ problem using external JS file

    Hi mates, I have the following problem ..
    I have JS functions in an external file and I'm trying to use the following adaptive tag in a JSP.
    <pre>
    <pt:namespace
         pt:token="$$PORTLET_ID$$" xmlns:pt='http://www.plumtree.com/xmlschemas/ptui/'/>
    </pre>
    I have added $$PORTLET_ID$$ to all my JS functions' names, unfortunately it cannot be replaced into the JS file during runtime.
    Is there any way to do this , without using inline JavaScript?

    I am not sure about v 5.* (there is no options like this for v 5.*), but in G6 you can check special option (see      Advanced Settings screen for Web Service) that allow parse external JS files on the fly (I have never tried by myself but I saw this option in G6).

  • Scenario: SOAP message with attached .zip file to FTP ?

    Hi all,
    I've searched SDN etc but got no good hints to my problem.
    My scenario is tht we are receiving an XML message via SOAP adapter and this is a MIME multipart message so it carries also a attached zip-file.
    The XML and the attached zip-file should then be saved over FTP.
    It enters IS correctly and I can see that I have the attachment and it goes to AE. I can see payload and attachment in the statusreport on receiver cc.
    The FTP adapter saves the payload XML correctly but the attachment is not saved anywhere.
    I have not configured any modules, BIC etc in the FTP adapter and I need some input on how to set this up tp put both files on FTP server.
    In the future the FILE adapter will be used and then I wounder if I will get the same problem there?

    I dont think there is a direct way of doing this. I can suggest you a method. In the directory receiver determination use 2 receivers with no condition. You message will get split in to two now. Create the interface determinations and receiver agreements. Complete one of them normally. It will sav the xml t FTP. For the other one, in the adapter use the payloadswapbean. It will swap the attachement to payload. THis one would save your zip on the ftp server.
    Hope its clear..!!
