No, you cannot use azure free trial without phone number and credit card.
We use the phone number and credit card for identity verification, where you get $200 credit. We want to make sure that real people are using Azure. We
do not bill anything on the credit card.
If you exceed your $200 free credit, we will suspend your free trial account. You can optionally upgrade your trial to be a Pay-As-You-Go Azure subscription at this point if you want to continue using and paying
for services. If not, don’t worry – you won’t be billed anything

2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address

How do I publish and ibook for free without a credit card

I am working with a teacher to publish her students work to the iBooks store. We are trying to download iTunes Connect. She has tried to use her account and keeps hitting snags. Her account information is correct but keeps getting rejected. So I tried the school's account that was set up without a credit card. The account is good but my error message is the account requires a credit card. Isn't free, free? We are just trying to get her students' work published. SHe has found the authoring of books very engaging to her remedial students. The project falls short at this time until we get the publishing part fixed. So, help!

Just as a precautionary note: be very careful which sites you use to download your music from; if the site is offering something for free which costs money elsewhere it can quite often contain hidden additions (malware) or some other unwanted stuff.

Go to settings on your device then select app store. If you tap on the email that is shown it will give you an option to view your apple ID. When you are viewing your apple ID, tap on payment method and it will show a list of credit card options. The one at the bottom should say none. If you then tap none for payment options the credit card will not be connected. If you go on to the app store again you should be able to download free apps with out any issues.

I'm too young to have a credit card. All I want to do is login to the podcasts directory so I can put some of the free tech podcasts onto my new ipod.

I remember being young and credit-card-less, but that was way before iTunes. A $10 card is what you most likely have to do.
I signed up with a credit card, since I'm older now.
But they never charged me for all those free Tuesdays...I just get an email like this

I tried to download the NYtimes app wich is free but, after creating an account, I was asked to give a credit card number and all the information.
Is there another way to download a free application?

Free Mavericks wants Credit Card

I tried to download the " Free Mavericks app from the App Store . However I am required to submit a credit card to continue . After two recent experiencess at a Mac Store there is no way I would ever trust Apple again .

and follow the link provided which shows you how to set up an Apple ID without requiring a Credit Card. But if you really believe that ML was worse than Vista, then your computer must be in need of repair or at the least a clean install, and Mavericks is not much different than ML.

Free apps want credit card

Tried following the instructions off a link in another discussion but no luck.
It hasn't got option to say that there is no credit card or it won't accept my phone number.

Im guessing you want to set up an iTunes account without having to enter a credit card. I dont know what link tried before but here is the one from the apple site. This does work becasue I set up someones account this way a few weeks ago. Make sure you iTunes is up to date.
