FSCM issue

FSCM - Open/New status disputes on closed AR items
In FSCM the disputes are appearing with a New, In Process, or Assigned status however the AR item is closed and the dispute should have a "Closed" status. what is the reason and how to solve this issue.

OK - you need to check your status values for the status for closed.
This relates to the low and high numbers for the status.
If the dispute is say new "10" - and the closed rule has a low of "20" then it wont pick it up.
The other thing to do is to run the buffer program "FDM_PROCESS_BUFFER" this will try to close the dispute for you, and highlight any issue.

    Hi All,
    Need your help on FSCM issue.
    We had an customer invoice posted through an interface . The invoice base line date is 12/16/2008 (due 30 days), interest is calculated for this invoice on 02/01/2009.
    The actual invoice amount is Rs 238.69 and the interest amount is Rs 2.00. Also the invoice is dunned on 03/03/2009 for amount 240.69 (including the interest amount).
    The document shows as open in UDM_Specialist for amount 240.69 for a particular specialist. The invoice is cleared on 03/16/2009. Though it is cleared still shows in UDM_Specialist with amount 0.0.
    Once the invoice is cleared it should not exist in UDM_Specialist. We have tried the same scenario but the functionality is working fine in Development.
    Please tell me your valuable suggestion in this regard.

    Thanks for your reply.
    In show showsessionvalue.jsp I am just setting up the session id.
    Let me first describe my requirement. I need to set a default session value<let it be 30sec>, so that when the user is ideal for that session value he should be logged out automatically. Else if he keeps the web page activate then he should not be logged out. And on the same hand if the user is ideal for some period, and come back with in the session limit then the session timer should be stopped and vice versa.
    In the above code what the problem I face is that even if I keep my browser busy it logouts me after at 1 sec as I specified in the XML.

  • FSCM via WS-RM (without PI ) - Update termination issue

    We are trying to integrate SD with FSCM ( credit management) using WS-RM (without PI).
    Details of the issue and steps followed so far.
    Ideal Scenario :
    Once we create / change a sales order ( in SD ) , the interface Creditworthinessquery_out (WS Consumer ) gets triggered (in SD) and the subsequent response CREDITWORTHINESSQUERY_IN(Provider) is triggered from FSCM (with the details of creditworthiness).Once the query response in received an notification is triggered from SD to FSCM (asynchronous service).
    After receiving the query response the functionality of credit check happens while creating / changing the sales order .
    Configuration steps followed in SOAMANAGER
    We have created end points for all the relevant service interfaces (Providers) , and also created logical ports for the respective consumers.
    During the creation of logical ports - for the consumers we used the WSDL (of the providers) as the inbound message action.
    (This has been done to all the services query , notification that are relevant in our integration).
    Current behavior / issue .
    While creating sales order the sales order is not getting saved (getting updated in the database).System allows us to complete the sales order creation process and also we get a message as sales order saved successfully. But then there is a update terminated express document that pops up. Sales order is not getting updated in the database.
    When I see the logs/traces in SOAMANAGER I see that the query out is successful , query in has the right response (in warning state though) . But no notification is being triggered ?? 
    How to overcome this update termination issue ?
    When we see the SM13 log , it points to SLD issue (LCR 010: Internal error in SLD API). why do we need a SLD without PI

    Finally we are able to solve the update termination issue . But again we are using a work around .
    Situation :
    Once we executed the VA01 transaction we were getting update termination issue . After lots of debuggung we found that system was trying to get the Business system details ( Own business system data ) . The table lcrt_clntcache had no values.
    Solution
    We inserted appropriate values in the Table LCRT_CLNTCACH (business system data ) and now it works .This is a work around we got as of now.Credit checks are happening successfully and also integration is good .
    (typically if we define business system in SLD (PI) , and run SLD_CHECK , this table gets populated , but in our case we are not using PI instead we are using WS-RM)
    But now few questions arise .
    a) Why do we need a business system in case we are not using PI ( typically we define business system and technical system in PI )  and instead using WS-RM ?
    b) Is it a good practice to update the table ( as did in workaround above )?
    c) Is this any bug and needs to be consulted with SAP ?
    Please let me know your views .

  • Credi Check Management issue - FSCM

    Hi guru's
    We have a issue in FSCM. We have defined a business partner in TC:BP and credit limit has been defined 5000 $ but when i am doing sales order for 15000$ system is not asking any credit check message. It was auto released for this SO only. Usually when we create SO system should check credit limit before saving it. but in our case system does carry any credit limit check even though it was higher than the limti defined. what could be the reason?
    Can anybody send your advices/thoughts on this issue

    Please check following points:
    1. Check the credit process configured i.e. Item category, Assignment of Sales Order type or Delivery order type to CM, automatic credit control
    2. Check confirmed qty in the schedule line item of Sales Order
    3. Check Credit Master data of the customer - T code FD32

    Use the transaction ABF1 PK 70 and 75 fill in the g/l account from the asset and  TType 100. Don't fill in asset number.
    Give only for this case authorization for ABF1 when the values are ok take away this authorization

  • PeopleTool 8.49 and FSCM 9.0 on Oracle 11g issue

    I have problem with FSCM 9.0 on oracle database.
    I have setup PeopleTools successfully on the same server (Windows 2003 server, SP2)
    - IBM Webshpere 6.1
    - PeopleTools 8.49
    - People FSCM 9.0
    - Tuxedo 9.9
    - Oracle 11GR1
    - I create and import database by manual on user SYSADM, database FSDMO
    - I login to Data Mover by SYSADM/SYSADM, import database FSCM database, Data Type: Demo
    - Run import script.
    My problem are:
    - Failed SQL stmt:INSERT INTO PSMSGCATDEFN (MESSAGE_SET_NBR, MESSAGE_NBR, MESSAGE_TEXT, MSG_SEVERITY, LAST_UPDATE_DTTM, DESCRLONG) VALUES (:1, :2, :3, :4, TO_TIMESTAMP(:5,'YYYY-MM-DD-HH24.MI.SS.FF'), :6)
    I alter this table by command
    alter table PSMSGCATDEFN modify MESSAGE_TEXT varchar2(200);
    and run script import again. Another error happen:

    This error make the Data Mover hang on. I must kill this process.
    Current now, My solution is change this line on sqlnet.ora:

    SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)
    new:
    SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE)
    and restart listener.
    Start Data Mover and run import again.
    I don't know where to start again and must start from the begin. I do not know does it delete and import again or not? Does it can solve my problem when I change above line on sqlnet.ora?
    I do not know is there anybody have the same problem?
    How can I fix it?

    I think the error of MESSAGE_TEXT is becuse of UTF8 database. I setup database default encoding is UTF8, but I import FSCM database is nonunicode.
    I have another problem after I fixed the error of MESSAGE_TEXT.

  • Are drawable bond issues possible in  ECC 6 FSCM - Treasury & Risk Mgmt

    We have been attempting to use drawable bonds from the debt side (versus as an investment) and have been unsuccessful in making it work as category 41 does not allow for issues and redemptions like product category 40 with product types 04X and 04Y.  The category appears to only allow for purchase or sale. Has anyone found a workaround to allow for Drawable Bond Issues to occur?  If so please point us in the right direction.

    How are you tracking your TDS?  Through derived flows?  In that case you can have 2 different procedures and assign suitable procedure for the corresponding business partner.

  • Issues with installing peoplesoft FSCM

    Hi,
    I am trying to install Peoplesoft FSCM module. I was able to install SQL SERVER, WEBLOGIC, TUXEDO, PEOPLETOLLS 8.52. As per the manual, now I need to install FSCM CD's that I downloaded from oracle e-delivery site. when I extract the zip files that I got from oracel site, I don't see any .bat files or .exe files for the inistallation of this apps. Am I following the right procedure? please let me know if I miss anything. This is my first time installation.

    Make sure that you had installed the FSCM application on in right PS_HOME ( where tools has been installed ). it is always recommended to set up the database by manual but not using the wizard , here are the manaula steps
    log in to data mover by boot strap mode -->
    file -->database setup ---->(select your database Type ) unicode or non-unicode
    now select database type (demo will be prompt only if you had installed the FSCM application where you had installed your tools)
    now click on Add to add the selected language (if you are using any translation you need to install the translation CD for that application after you had installed the Application part)
    and next
    provide the database parameter
    this will generate an Scripts called XXXora.dms (xxxx is ur env name ) will be @ PS_HOME/scripts
    and just fire the RUN button
    will take 4 to 8 hrs depends on your system config

    We created a customer and hwne checked we found that the partner profile is not there for the customer. We are checking the master data but not able to find the exact reason.

  • Performance issues with the Vouchers index build in SES

    Hi All,
    We are currently performing an upgrade for: PS FSCM 9.1 to PS FSCM 9.2.
    As a part of the upgrade, Client wants Oracle SES to be deployed for some modules including, Purchasing, Payables (Vouchers)
    We are facing severe performance issues with the Vouchers index build. (Volume of data = approx. 8.5 million rows of data)
    The index creation process runs for over 5 days.
    Can you please share any information or issues that you may have faced on your project and how they were addressed?

    Check the following logs for errors:
    1.  The message log from the process scheduler
    2.  search_server1-diagnostic.log  in /search_server1/logs directory
    If the build is getting stuck while crawling then we typically have to increase the Java Heap size for the Weblogic instance for SES>

    I am looking at the FSCM CR module and got some issues here and there.
    Here's one of them.
    Documentation for the SAP IMG node:
    FSCM -> Credit Management -> Credit Risk Monitoring -> Documented Credit Decision -> Settings in the Case Management Component
    'Case types
    The following case types are contained in the standard system for SAP Credit Management: Credit Limit Request (F_CR), Doc. Credit Decision for Document (FDCD), Doc. Credit Decision for the Account (FDCA)'
    1. Were you able to find the FDCD or FDCA case types in your systems?
    Mine only has F_CR.
    2. What are the:
    - Processes
    - RMS ID's
    - Case record models
    assigned to FDCD or FDCA?
    3. Are they any different from the F_CR?
    4. I understand they're required so that they may be assigned as Documented Credit decisions (under Define Case Types for Documented Credit Decision). What Case Types did you assign?
    My SAP_APPL is 617, so it's rather up to date.

  • FSCM DM -Auto Closing cases - where work is still required and duplications

    Hi,
    We have linked SAP4.6c to ECC6 to implement FSCM Dispute management.
    We have a scenario when we have created a Dispute case linked to an open item in 4.6c ( IDOC accross to ECC6 creates a dispute case),  the BIZ can be working on the Dispute case.. when the customer pays the invoice in full and does not make a deduction against the document, so no parital or residual item created.  Idoc automatically creates and sends the information accross in to ECC6 Class changes to SOLV_INV.
    This of course will close the dispute case in ECC6 - _however there may still be a need for the Dispute Case to be worked upon and a credit raised, but of course the status will be closed - and in our instance the BIZ does not work on CLOSED cases.
    Does anyone know of a method we can implement where by we can control the status of the dispute case / or show on an attribute on the case that the previous status was still outstanding resolution? Is there a Standard method in ECC6 that I have missed ??
    We have another issue whereby we have a ( bespoke method admittedly) where by we create a dispute case in R/3, that has no Links in 4.6c to any FI postings ( This sends the idoc in to ECC6 to create a NON FI Linked dispute Case).  We are now looking for a method on ECC6 to run and check for any duplicates in ECC6 on the customer/ xreffing external ref value - and linking the 2 cases  ( preventing duplication of effort working on 2 seperate cases?)
    Thank you for any advice you might be able to offer, and appricate that the 2nd issue is bespoke - but wonder if anyone else has had an issue with duplications - and how they handle them.

    Can you please elaborate on your first scenario, and the rationale behind working on a Dispute case when there is no deduction made? I mean there is no disputed amount left, then why would one want a Dispute case to be open and not closed.
    If you have a valide business scenario, then this can be done if you have Enph2 implemented or higher with help of Customer Disputed obj.
    For the second Q, again with Enph2, you have fuctionality to create proposals to find duplicates if any. There is also a BADI around this fucntionality to help with finding duplicates.

    Can you tell me more details of how you are testing this ? I was successfully able to impilment this solution (credit management using ws-rm in ehp5). If you can give me more details i can surely try to help .

  • FSCM-  excluding certain open items for example, special G/L transactions

    This might not be the right forum to post FSCM thread but if any one have worked on it please guide..
    to exclude Special GL transactions we have implemented FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS BAdI and excluded some special GL item through CT_ITEMS_EXCLUDE parameter of the BAdI.( as per SAP documentation)
    But when a document is created with special GL , without even running the distibution program i am able to view in the worklist.
    When we execute the distribution program the BAdi is called but still the SPl GL document item is not deleted from the worklist.
    How can we exclude the item.?

  • Multilingual Issue/Confusion for PT849/FSCM90 ML install

    Hello,
    Recently I've installed a PT8.49, FSCM 9.0 with FSCM 9.0 ML. But there're several steps fails or I was confused at.
    Here's the main procedure of the installation I went throu.
    1. Install WebLogic/Tuxedo
    2. Instal PT8.49/FSCM 9.0/FSCM 9.0ML
    3. Manually create Oracle DB (follow the Manually DB setup on Unix section of Official installation guide.)
    4. Setup App Server
    5. PIA setup/Batch server setup
    Here's the issue i met with:
    During the step 3, manually create Oracle DB, after applying some dms/sql scripts & copying several projects, I went into the point that need to update the PT system msg for multilingual to run the pt849tlsXXX.dms for each LANGUAGE_CD(after applying pt849tls.dms). As it's supposed to apply all the multilingual, I ran the scripts from pt849tlsara to pt849tlszht one by one for each language, but some of the pt849tlsXXX encountered with the same error while applying the data mover scripts:
    Importing PSFILEDEFN
    File: Data MoverSQL error. Stmt #: 0 Error Position: 0 Return: 805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PSFILEDEFN) violated
    Failed SQL stmt:INSERT INTO PSFILEDEFN (FILEID, USERFILENAME, OBJECTOWNERID, VERSION, LASTUPDDTTM, LASTUPDOPRID) VALUES (:1, :2, :3, :4, TO_TIMESTAMP(:5,'YYYY-MM-DD-HH24.MI.SS.FF'), :6)
    Error: SQL unable to commit transaction for PSFILEDEFN
    The Import PSFILEDEFN is at the bottom of the scripts and all other importing before PSFILEDEFN was successful. Here's the Language which encountered with this issue: CFR, DUT, ESP, FRA, GER, JPN, POR, ZHS; ALL other language ran successfully without error msg.
    For installation, I skipped this and continued. BUT i have no idea why it failed, is that a bug or some steps stuck, anyone can help?
    Here's the confusion about multilingual:
    In the installation official guide, it wrote that PPLTLSML is only for french, and Non-french multilingual is using the project PPLTLS84CURML.
    During the Step 3, after copying the project PPLTLS84CUR, I copy the PPLTLSML first with only French language selected, then when doing the copying PPLTLS84CURML project, I was confused whether to include french or not. Actually I selected all languages besides ENG, Common & French for the copying.
    I'm confused if CFR should be included in PPLTLSML or PPLTLS84CURML?
    And French should be selected or not during copying the PPLTLS84CURML?
    However, there're 2 tasks: Running Additional Data Mover Scripts & Installing a Multilingual PT System Database before running VERSION AE, are these 2 tasks the same one with the previous tasks done (epXXXa.dms generated in the initial data mover DB setup scripts, and copy mulitilingual projects steps before copy the PPLTLS84DEL)? Why these 2 taks are put in this part of the doc? As I did the installation according to the doc chapter order, thus makes me confused alot about these 2 tasks.

    Thanks, and for those scripts I've run, think the following scripts should be added at the beginning of the scripts a little diff than the one in solution.
