FTE reporting

Hi all,
Is it possible, and if yes, how?, to do FTE reporting within the standard (standard reports or query); no SAP BI is available.

In my experience the parameters that decide the FTE varies from country to country and also from company to company.
In your case how do you get FTE from the SAP system. If its just simple Infotype 0007 (planned working time) and the part time flag on it then you can get the report from the SAP query else you may have to use BI or ABAP report.

We have installed BP's of MSS in the portal and it is working fine.but some users are facing the below issue.
User is unable to see FTE report tab in the MSS Role in the portal inspite of having all the roles related to the MSS and BI system.Why the users are facing this issue.
Might not be a authorization issue.
Could anybody give me inputs to resolve this issue.

Report for FTE

For Company AAAA, G/L account 31111000 in the period 01.01.2010 to 30.11.2010 I see total GBP X amount was posted in Nov 2010.
I need to know how many FTEs were there in November for GB07 (that represent X GBP).
Which is the transaction to find the above info?

SAP GRC PC 3.0 - Report Center (Webdynpro) dump

Passing multiple values to another page via a sql report

Having trouble passing multiple values to another page via a popup SQL report
I have two fields one called "descr" and another called "Met"
when I use the code below all works fine and the value of "descr" is passed

kindly help me with this requirement. which Info Providers i can use to achieve this.

First check with functional team and Get detail info related to those reports like Logic for each field , what are the field we need to display in Reports and those fields relevant Base table information
then it is easy to create report.
Just telling report name and finding relevant info-provider with report logic its very difficult .

In HR entity is Maintained as Object and has a Code and the relationship between the Objects are maintained as Relatioships and relationship is identified as Top to Bottom OR Bottom to Top.
1) Hence Org Unit is a Object which is Identified by the Type "O".... therefor every Orgunit is of type "O" and has unique 8 Digit Number Which is Called as Object ID.
Now this Object information is Stored in BD table HRP1000 (Object).
2) Organisational Unit Reports To -
> As you are looking at the reporting it means you are looking at the Relationship Between the 2 Object O -> O and hence the Information is stored in DB Table Relationships HRP1001 and the Relationship ID will be "B002" i.e. from Top to Bottom (in lay mans term Mother to Child) and "A002" Bottom to Top (child to mother).
So Look for O to O Relationship in HRP1001 with Subtype B002 or A002.
3) Start date -> will be in HRP1000 ..i.e. Object Begin Date.
4) No: Occupied Positions within Unit -> Look for all the Positions (Object Type "S") within the Orgunit. Relationship ID will be (Subtype) "A003".
Occupied Positions Mean Object Type Position "S" has employee (Object type "P") attached to it on a given date other wise it is unoccupied position.
5) HeadCount -> is it you are lloking for how many person "P" under the orgunit???
6) FTE????? Please explain.

Taking all those fields from HRP1000,HRP1001.......etc these are all the tables of Organizational master data which is one of the HR structures where HR people will design the organizational structure of the define and in that organizational structure they define org unit (org id which is represented by object type O),
Position id (position which is represented by object type S,
staffing is when they do the reporting then who is subordinate of whom
if you see tcode ppome (r/3) you can see all these fields this belongs organizational master data. i hope i cleared your doubt
So my question is if i extract this data by developing a custom defined data source based on view to which object (Org,Position,Staff) i need to lood this data
