     I need to get data for me31l transactional data......for that i need ekbe purchasing document and
     material documents based on given material and plant and posting date or crop.....

Let me explain the meaning of Change pointers.
If you have entry in BDCP table for MARA, that means everytime a material is created in MARA table in one system, a corresponding Material is created in another system which is connected to the current system VIA ALE. and whenever you change that material in your source system, then the change is propagated to the target system also(If you have done the change pointer set up).
The you do not have entries for other tables becuase the configuration for change pointers is not done for those Objects(In your case the change pointers are not defined for Purchase Orders and hence no entries in BDCP table).

Function module to get holiday class from work schedule for current day

I need to determine what the public holiday class value is for the current day in a user exit. Is there an SAP function module that can return me this data? This would be the information that is displayed when pressing the work schedule button from infotype 0007

Function module HOLIDAY_CHECK_AND_GET_INFO is closer to what I need. This function module returns an X if the day is a holiday. I will create a Z program and instead of returning an X for a holiday I will return the THOL-KLASS (holiday class) value.

Function Module to get planned Quantity from posting date

hi,
i need one function module which takes plant and posting date date as an input parameter and get the Planned quantity for that range of that ...i dont want to fetch it from material since the report is run for the whole plant(werks).so it has got a lot of data entries so i need a function for that...
is there any function module which will fetch this data ...

 When I tested the FM in my Program, it is working!!!!!
 Note that the Two Input Dates are to be in the format of DATS type (Eg: vimimv-dmibeg).
U can want the Day which u have specified in the parameter I_DATUM_BIS (eg: 20050101) to be included for
the calculation , then put X in the parameter I_KZ_INCL_BIS.
Sample Code :

sav_nlaufz like rf60v-nlaufz,
date1 type vimimv-dmibeg,
date2 type vimimv-dmiend.

I am having a requirement wher i need to create report for the fields coming from the above tables.
pls let me know if der is any such data source from which i can get data for all the tables EKKO,EKPO,EKBE,BKPF,BSEG.
If der is no single data source then how i have to approach for the same using the standard datasource.
and what should be the link info objects between them if iam going with the separate one.

Is the Belnr in the EKBE table is same as the BELNR in BKPF table of Data source (0FI_GL_4) ???
When i cross verifed i found multible record in BKPF w.r.t EKBE belnr.
Whats the reason for this ? If i created a infoset by mapping the BELNR AND GJAHR of EKBE and BKPF. Do i get the correct record or i have to handle it by some exception.
Also pls let me know how the MM and FI flow related , I means once the MIRO ie billing document is created what happen in the FI side ??

I have a requirement to build a report on the monthly superannuation contributions the company makes to the employee [Australian Payroll], along with a few other information. We are on a weekly payroll and make super contributions once a month.
Is there any Function module or table that stores the pay results for a period [from which I can calculate the superannuation amount] or superannuation pay ?
Or is there an alternative way of approaching to get the information ?

I used table hrpy_rgdir to get sequence number for the given pernr, payroll area and dates.

just befor use it check your application area.for my case it is PP01. you can find it in CS12 when you are exploding the bom the value you are giving in BOM application that is the value for CAPID.

Table or Function Module to get Condition Values of Quotation

I created RFQ. Then I maintained Quotation for few Vendors. In the Quotation, I used tax code relevant to taxes in India (TAXINN procedure). I am asked to develop a Z report with the help of ABAPer to compare the quotations with Gross price, discounts, freight along with taxes like Excise Duty, VAT etc. When I had put this Quotation number in EKKO table, I am not getting the condition document number KNUMV. For other purchasing documents, this field is getting generated. Without this field, I can not get Condition values using KONV table as we need to link EKKO-KNUMV with KONV-KNUMV. Do you have any idea how we get the condition values of taxes for Quotation? Is there any function module to get it?

Any Function Module to get Service Conditions in Service Contracts???

Hi All,
I have created a function module inside which I have written BDC code for changing Service Contracts (ME32K).
I have used Item_condition and item_cond_validity structures in Table parameters.
For changing the conditions related to services, I need to know first which ones of those conditions were already there in the database for the contract and which ones are newly put in item_condition structure.
Similar reqmnt I had for Services also, for which I got the FM - MS_FETCH_SPEC_FOR_LIST, wherein I am giving Package number from Ekpo and getting the services related to item. I need something similar for Conditions also.
Is there any Function module wherein by giving the item and service info, I can get the conditions related to that particular Service? Or else any way using SAP std tables, I can get this info.
Please respond if anyone has this info.

Step 1. Use FM SO_USER_READ_API1 to get the folder details of the user
Step 2. Use FM SO_FOLDER_READ_API1 of the respective folder. You can read the Inbox, Workflow Inbox depending on what folder you read. The function modules are documented well as well with examples.
