Function Module for getting message details on passing message ID.

Dear All,
Is there any way in XI through which I can get the complete details about the message if I pass the message ID to it. I am having message ID with me but I am not able to find its all details, is there any function module available??

I have to get the item level details for a particular sales document no ..I want to know if there is any function module existing for the same.

I am new to SRM and we are implementing SRM 4.0.
How do I get the SHIP TO - floor, building name, room number, etc if I pass the PO GUID or PO number? Is there any function module for the same?

Thanks Yann.
But the table CRMD_PARTNER does not contain the floor, room no, etc of the ship to party. In BBP_PD i think it is maintained in ADDR3_DATA.
But in the report that I am developing how do I map ADDR3_DATA with the PO GUID or PO number? Is there any function module that can give me the Ship to address including floor, room no, etc, if I pass the PO GUID or the PO number?

Function module for getting the open qty

HI experts,
I have a PO quantity(EKPO_MENGE).against same PO and item item(EBELN and EBELP) if Goods receipt has happened (MSEG_ERFMG) then i need to calculate the open qty.and also by netting the open quantity if multiple GRs has done against the same PO and item.
Can you suggest any function module to get this open PO quantity.

Now What I require is a function module which takes BP number as input and gives output the
