How to Find a Function Modulewhich is return waranty Claim Number(bapi2222header-claim ) when we pass Service order Number(Aufnr)

Pass Vehicle GUID in FM - /DBM/VM01_VEHICLE_GET
You will get all possible vehicle information and claim information in importing parameter es_iobj_data_multi_com(its a deep structure)
or.
Use one of the flower pot method /DBM/CL_ORDER~INSTANCE_GET_BY_VBELN to get all the info of the particular Service order.

As per the process, we create service quotation from service order using the transaction DP80. I can get the service order number from the quotation (VBAK-AUFNR). But I need to get this quotation number from service order or service notification (it is updated in the document flow). Could you please help me?

Hi,
One option I used in the past is to call FM RV_ORDER_FLOW_INFORMATION and then analyze the result given from this FM.
Do a Where-Used List search for this FM and you will find some examples in standard SAP.
It can be somewhat challenging to understand the outcome but I can can be done.
I assume you want to analyze this after the service quotation has been created. If not then use available User Exits for the RRB processing creation. Search for RRB and consulting in SAP Notes.

If I pass the service ordernumber to PMSDO, I can't get the quotation number. Is there any way to find the document flow of service order or notification? Is there any table I can use for the same?

Function module to get data into internal table from Excel file sheets

Hi,
I have to upload customers from excel file.
we are donloading customer data excel file sheets.
Customer data in 1 sheet, tax data the other sheet of same excel file, Customer master-Credit data in other sheet of same excel file.
so i have 3-4 sheet in one excel file.
now my requirement is to get the data from excel file into internal table.
is there any function module.

I am sending you the idea with an example how you can upload data from an EXCEL file into an internal table. I am not sure if you can take data from different sheet in the same EXCEL file. I think that this is not possible (try it )
Upload the data into an internal table, like the way that I am describing in the above:

Just to be sure that is the correct type for the FM.

Now you should upload the data into your own itab. The Function Module will return to you all the an itab
from all fields and columns. Define the structure of the uploading file into SE11 - Data Dictionary. Then read the fieldcatalog of this structure. In the code that I am sending to you, I am insearting an empty line into the internal table and then I am assigning this line into a corresponding field-symbol. Then I am able to change the working area - so and the line of the itab. Propably you could you the statement APPEND INITIAL LINE TO (your_table_name) ASSIGNING <your_field_symbol>, but the example was written in an old SAP version.

Function Modules for System Status update and reservation for service order

I am sending the service orders data using IDOCS.
once the IDOC is received successfully i need to do 2 things:
1. Update the system status of the service order with the status 'SPV2'.
2. Create the reservation for the service order.
Is there any function modules avilable for both of these process.
If not how i can do these two things in ABAP Code.
please help me out in it.

Getting purchase order number from sales order number

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to fetch the following values from a sales-order number:
Purchase Order Number,
Delivery Date
Order Type(Source of Order EDI/EFAX/..)
Ship To,
Sold To.
We are trying to fetch this data from the ECC system in our CRM system.We are exploring the possibilty of RFC calls to get the data from ECC system.
Is there any standard FM present in ECC which gives the above information from the sales order number?

Hi,
Check the FM BAPISDORDER_GETDETAILEDLIST
It provides the whole data for a particular Sales order which you need to provide Sales order number in the table 'SALES_DOCUMENTS' in tables parameter.
You have to provide the view what you need and in the import parameter 'I_BAPI_VIEW' like all the views that are in the tables parameter...
HEADER, ITEM etc...
The fields
PO_METHOD
PURCH_NO
REQ_DATE_H
SOLD_TO " will provide you the details you need in the table 'ORDER_HEADERS_OUT'

I have to find item number of the underlying purchase order (POSEX).
So based on VBELN of LIKP table I have to find POSEX from VBAP table.
( I guess I need to find subsequent or preceding document stuff. I am not so sure about it. And then
based on that I go in VBAP and find POSEX )

Take the value of the field PACKNO from EKPO table and pass it on to the same field PACKNO in ESLL. Here you can pick up all the details:
For Example:
select packno from ekpo into it_packno where ebeln = "purchase order number.
select * from esll where packno = it_packno-packno.
If you want sub package number, it is in the field SUB_PACKNO(activity number) in ESLL table.

when you require the number of working days between D1 and D2
Total No of Days will be
D2 - D1
No of holidays between D1 and D2 , use the FM HOLIDAY_GET
Pass the From date , to date , and the factory calendar to get the of Holidays
Total no of days - Number of Holidays will your Working days
