G/L Account and FS Item mapping table

Can you please tell me the table which tells us the mapping between FS Item and G/L Account.

There is no table that maps FI item and GL, rather the attribute of FI item 0BAL_DEPEND governs the balance sheet aggregation to do the P&L statements.

I 'm new in the forum. I have some problem related to fmderive too. I have to do as your scenario that is to derive stat committment item to depreciation expense account. I use fmderive with user exit EXIT_SAPLFMDT_001 and include ZXFMDTU01
Coding to check AFAB tcode to derive the committment item. It's not work
if sy-tcode+0(4) = 'AFAB'.
    if I_FMDERIVE_SOURCE-account_number = 'xxx'.
      e_fmderive_target-commit_item = 'xxx'.
    endif.
ENDIF.
When I set trace , It seems work when test run for AFAB but when I do production run that need run in background. It does not work. Is there anything wrong with my code or Does fmderive work with Background job

Can I sync certain itmes from one itunes account and certain items from another itunes account on the same ipad?

I was wondering if an individual would be able to sync certain items from one itunes account and and items from a different itunes account to the same ipad?

You move the song files to /Users/Shared/ and then into iTunes from the other Mac OS X user account.
If you want to change the iTunes Store account associated with them, you need to redownload them from that account.

Hi Ashish,
'CRMM_LOCMAP' is the R/3 CRM Business partner Mapping table based on APO Location.
'CRMM_BUT_CONTNO' is the outbound mapping for R/3 contact person, 'CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO' is the outbound mapping for R/3 Customer.
If you can tell me specifically what is that you are looking for, I might be able to tell the exact table.

1.Now please guide me how to map 1 to1 of Group GL and CS_Item.I am using 0BCS_C10 cube for my consolidation.
2. We have not implemented new GL , Still can i use " 0BCS_C10 standard Cube for my LC and MC ( Profit Center).?

Hi Anna,
It all depends on how your Group GL account is linked to Operational GL account in BW. In the BW, you can make Group GL account Info object as an attribute of Operational GL account Info object (0GL_Account). Then in the Load data stream method configuration, you can map 0CS_Item to Group GL account as an attribute of 0GL_account, on 1 to 1 basis. You have to be sure that in the Source Data Basis, you have Operational GL account data available with the attribute of Group GL account.
2. Non-implementation of new GL does not make a difference.

BAPI Object Reference for Customer Accounts and Open Items

I am building an application for a client for Purchase Card Processing using Visual Studio 2005. I am able to use VS 2003 to create the necessary object to get the Customer List, Customer Details, and the list of Customer Open Items.
I am totally new to SAP, and need some help to figure out my next steps.
1. What call(s) will return an Open Item (Document) given the Document Number, along with the individual line items. With that info I can post a Level 3 transaction and get an authorization code.
2. What is the process to post the purchase card authorization, essentially a payment, back to SAP for the open item.
3. What is the best source for reference details on BAPI?

transaction 'bapi' in a SAP system, or se37 and a search with keywords like 'docnum' or 'openitem' or similar variations might yield some results
also when you connect to a SAP system using vs2003, you will get a hierarchial view in the server explorer, that is also a simple way of finding bapi's that could be useful to your cause

Fdm 11.1.2.1 mapping table scripts does not accept vba functions like 'lef

ok, in fdm 11.1.2.1, in the UD2 column of IMPORTS, i have something like "award::purpose::type" , and in the mapping table script , i'm trying to use the 'left' and 'mid' functions to break down the UD2 columns (delimited by "::"), and then mapping it to a result in VALIDATE.
why don't the simple VBA functions work in the mapping scripts (where you have "#Script" in the "Target Custom2 column")
to keep things simple, i would like the following to work (and it errors on the first line at the 'left' function)
One_Award = Left(varvalues(21), 5)
Result = One_Award

Hi Experts,
I have a question about relation of G/L Account and Commitment Item.
Is it possible that one G/L account have relation with several Commitment Item? (1:N relation)
If I don't use derivaiton rule or G/L master data, Can I input the Commitment item manually?

Hi,
1. No. The opposite is possible, i.e. one commitment item is derived from several G/Ls. If you want to derive different commitment items from one G/L, obviously, additional condition should be put in place.
2. Yes, if you don't provide any rule for the derivation of commitment item, you'll be able to enter it manually, but be aware that for some postings 'behind the curtains' you won't have the option to provide this data.

Group GL and Operational GL | Mapping of ECC GL Accounts and BCS FS Items

Dear All,
Can you please clarify how the group gl in SAP ECC are mapped to FS Items in SEM BCS.
FS Item is as such created as a navigational attribute of GL account. But what is the mapping of the Group GL. And how the system will understand, which are all the Operational GL Accounts which are mapped to group gl, that is FS item in BW.

In BCS the source data basis (infocube) must include the object for group account. Once this is accomplished the load-from-datastream mapping is simple to map the group account to FS item.

Mapping between Sales Order-Schedule-Line and Delivery-item

Hi together,
I want to extend the Datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM (Delivery-number, -item, Order-number,-item is available) by Sales Order Schedule Line.
Could not find any ERP table (VBEP and LIPS allow a mapping only on item level) for the mapping between Sales Order Schedule Line and Delivery item yet. The use of the extractor 2LIS_12_VCSCL for the extention (e.g. infoset) afterwards is no option.

GL Account open items- BSIS table

Hello All,
The standard BSIS table contains the GL Account open items. However i can find the line items for GL Accounts which are not based on "Open item management" also in this table. eg.Salary account postings from yr 2002 (All year end postings have been done appropriately). Is there any other table which can give the relevant info. ?
Any pointers to this will be highly appreciated.

Not sure if I have understood the question, but I will give it a try.
There are two different concepts - "Open Item Management" and "Line Item Display".
Line Item Display allows you to see from FS10N, further drill-down into FBL3N
Open Item Management allows you to see Open and Cleared Items.
Open Items are stored in tables BSIS, BSIK, BSID
Cleared Items are stored in tables BSAS, BSAK, BSAD
Over and above this, ALL documents are stored in BSEG and BKPF, irrespective of their Open Item or Line Item status.

I am looking for any table or report where one can see the followings;
Chart of account and customer together
or
chart of account, g/l account and customer together
or
cutomer and g/l account
I am aware of the all the FI table like KNB1, SKA1, SKAT ..and many others. But I failed to get if any of those tables helps to give all above informations together.
Unless I am missing something.

1. FBL3N - G/L ACCOUNT LINE ITEM
2. FBL5N - CUSTOMER LINE ITEM
3. FBL1N - VENDOR LINE ITEM
For Chart of Account / Customer and Chart of account /GL account combination you have to develop the Z Report
For this you can pre pare by using logic of Revenue Account determination
The table Name Revenue Account determination: C001
Techincal information: C001-SAKN1
Sit with your ABAP Programmer and explain your exact requirement he will prepare the table for you as for your requirement

ATTENTION!! RECEIVED FRAUDULENT EMAIL PRETENDING TO BE APPLE!! I received an email informing of a purchase made on my account and telling me to change my password if did not purchase the item, which I had not. I have received valid emails from Apple

ATTENTION!! RECEIVED FRAUDULENT EMAIL PRETENDING TO BE APPLE!! I received an email informing of a purchase made on my account and telling me to change my password if did not purchase the item, which I had not. I have received valid emails from Apple in the past asking letting me know a purchase had been made and asking if I had made the purchase, but the item listed has alway been a purchase that I had made. Since I had received similar emails in the past, I didn't think anything of it. Because I had not purchased the item listed, I immediately clicked on the link in order to change my password, which has been suggested in authentic emails i had received from Apple in the past. The site I was redirected to was exactly the same as the Apple site where you go to change your password. I entered my userID and password and it stated a verification email would be sent, if it was not sent click "resend email." When I did not receive an email, after about 10 seconds I went to the Apple site and followed the SAME EXACT step on pages that were IDENTICAL to the FRAUDULENT website I apparently had just been at. When I clicked "Send verification email," I DID receive an email within seconds, which had a special link that brought me to a page where I could change my password, which I did. I later compared a legitimate email to the FRAUDULENT email and I DID FIND A DIFFERENCE, BUT IT WAS ALMOST UNNOTICEABLE unless you were really, really looking. I doubt it would be noticed by anyone if not comparing it closely to a real email. THE DIFFERENCE WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE AUTHENTIC EMAIL, THERE WERE THREE LINKS THAT COULD BE SELECTED - My Apple ID/Support/Privacy Policy. ON THE FRAUDULENT EMAIL THESE LINKS WERE NOT PRESENT!!! Just today I received an email from Apple stating my password had been changed today. I did not change my password today. When I changed after getting the fake email, I did not think about my SECURITY QUESTIONS!!! If you forget your Apple password, you are able to answer the security questions in place of your ID and you get a confirmation email. Even though I changed my password within a one minute when I did not get a confirmation email with a link to change my password right away and I went dierctly to Apple's site, apparently it was enough time to take all the information on my account - INCLUDING MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER, WHICH HAD BEEN REQUIRED WHEN I INITIALLY SET UP THE ACCOUNT!!! Today I received a call from VISA FRAUD PROTECTION asking about strange activity on my account and stating they were concerned and wanted to ensure I had used the account. I HAD NOT, AND ALL THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT HAD BEEN STOLEN!!!!! I am writing this in hopes that many people will see it and NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM. Please pay close attention to any emails you supposedly receive from Apple - If the links "MY APPLE ID/SUPPORT/PRIVACY POLICY," PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME IT IS AN AUTHENTIC EMAIL FROM APPLE. I suggest you immediately forward the email to apple, which I didn't do because this happened days ago. Nothing was taken from my money that was already on the Apple account, and nothing had been taken from my checking account. I guess I assumed there had been something wrong with the link in the email directing me to where I could change my password, plus I had gone to the valid Apple website and changed my password for real, and I guess I was thinking that changing my password would prevent someone from being able to acces my account info. PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM AS I DID!!!!

No need for alarm. There are several folks a day posting like threads. Most folks know these phishing attempts for what they are and merely delete with prejudice.
To the bottom line... if you wish - and I am sure Apple will take notice - you should FORWARD the email to [email protected] and delete.
