Generation of access report CNRCRMPRCUST999 failed.
Dear Gurus,
Ive createe one pricing condition table in Dev environment and now Im trying to transport it in Quality environment. This table is for CRM only.
In development every thing working fine but while transporting in Quality I got the error "Generation of access report CNRCRMPRCUST999 failed." And I am Unable to maintain records for the respective condition type I got the error "There are no maximum generated tables for condition type ZXXX".
Please help....
Regards,
Biplab
Hello Singa,
For the error;." there is no entry in the object directory (TADIR) for R3TR TTYP /1CR/RCBSAP017_T"
This mean that Table 017 in R3 is for Application 'M' (Purchasing for Pricing 'A') which is not revelant for download to CRM. If you see the download object DNL_CUST_CNDALL, filters for T681 are on Application V, TX (KAPPL). In the R3 side in T681, have 2 entries for KAPPL= V, and the usage's are E (Rebate) and N (Free Goods). So this might be the reason why it has come to CRM. The relevant tables in CRM for the above are /1CN/CCBSAP017 and /1CN/CCFSAP017. If you see /SAPCND/T681
table for these 2 entries, GESTA field has '5', meaning the tables are downloaded. However, these tables are not used in any free goods condition types or rebate condition types/access sequences in CRM and R3. So I think this table is not being used for rebates and free goods, you can also check the corresponding tables in R3, KOTE017 and KOTN017, which have 0 entries
which indicate that they are not in use, so we can ignore this error.
IPlease also check note 1003793. and restart the customizing download DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
thanks
willie

User/System Access Reports
Hello
We have been running SAP Business One (2005A build 680.320) for about two months. As the administrator, I will need to run access reports for our compliance requirements. Can someone tell me where within the system I can utilize the necessary tools to 1) run a user access report (including failed logins) 2) create a report on user authorizations and if possible audit system-level changes to the database?
Thank you for your advice.
Tracy StrubTracy Strub,
1) run a user access report (including failed logins)
<li> There is not really a report for this.
2) create a report on user authorizations
<li> If you go to Administration > System Initialization > Authorization > General Authorization ......Click Expand.... and Export this to Excel
There are no specific reports providing Authorization information by User
and if possible audit system-level changes to the database?
<li> SAP maintains a Change Log for most documents and you are view the changes when you are on any particular document by going to Tools > Change Log.

Generation of ASH report very slow
Hello,
I'm in 11203, and generation of ASH report is very slow.
AWR and ADDM reports are generated quickly.
To understand what happen, I check the wait event on the session that is executing ASH report, and I found that this session is waiting 99% with "controlfile sequential read".
My question is :
Is there any way to make the generation of ASH report quick ?
Why the generation need to access to the controlfile ?
Thank you a lot.Hi, Keith.
I tried the pagination scheme "Row Ranges X to Y (with next and previous links)".
This caused the same problem - my page aborts with the error message:
"Internet Explorer cannot open the Intenet site https://oraweb.slac.stanford.edu/apex/slacprod/f?p=116:13:439623456781::NO:::
Operation aborted"
I even removed pagination altogether and still got the same error.
Futhermore, it is sporadic. At times I invoke the report with 500 rows and it
displays without problem. And then, 5 seconds later, I run the re-run the report (again asking to display 500 rows), and it aborts.
This report worked without error (it was "slow", but worked) two weeks ago. But now, it is failing. My gut feeling is that my problem lies with out Oracle
Application Server. I have the feeling that our DBA's have changed some
sort of configuration (a buffer, perhaps) that is causing my problem. Not sure
about this. I guess I'm reaching for straws at this point.
Thanks for your help. It is appreciated.

When I create an EJB Transport Business Service, after selecting the jar that has the EJB 2.1 artefacts (Remote, Home, etc) the oepe plugin fails and can't continue.
As I understand it seems that there is a problem with the classpath of ant build.xml that oepe creates inside folder /tmp/alsbejbtransport/ to compile the bs and generate the wsdl. I checked if tools.jar is in the classpath (in eclipse) and is included, so I can't figure out wich is the problem.
I found this in Oracle, but not helps solve the problem:
BEA-398120

Description
There was a problem retrieving the WSDL from the typed transport service endpoint at the time of service registration

This is the the full stacktrace that shows eclipse.

I have a web page that contains a ReportViewer control. I am trying to display a report, which is an .rdl file located on the SSRS server, in this ReportViewer control. I have set the ReportPath and ReportServerUrl correctly. I am
getting an error message.
Am I suppose to use an .rdlc file rather than a .rdl file? Does the web server configuration need to use a certain account?
I am getting the following error message:
The attempt to connect to the report server failed. Check your connection information and that the report server is a compatible version.
The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.Hi bucaroov,
The error "The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found." means the ReportServerURL configured in the ReportViewer control is invalid.
Please follow these steps to solve the issue:
Logon the Report Server machine.
Open the Reporting Services Configuration Manager.
Copy the Report Server URL from 'Web Services URL'.
Logon the application server(in this case, it is the server that host the web page), check if we can use the URL we got from step 3 to access the Report Server. If so, please replace the ReportServerURL in the ReportViewer control with this URL. If it is
not available, could you please post the error message.
Additionaly, we don't need to provide the extension for a server report. The ReportPath should be like: /<reports folder>/<report name>
For more information, please see:
Walkthrough: Using the ReportViewer Control in Remote Mode:

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.

Error accessing reporting services - DCOM
Hello, after a (somewhat) smooth installation of SCCM 2007 SP1 on Win2k8 server i'm noticing a problem accessing reporting site , i've seen this issue in a lot of tek tips sites pointing to DCOM permissions, however the fixes recommended don't seem to be working for me.
Accessing the reporting website http://servername/smsreporting_sitecode/ displays the error message (after turning error display on):

and logs the following on System Event Viewer:

The CLSID {2D527A8C-A4B6-4E74-A63F-E867360D401C} according to the registry refers to SMSRPH , i've tried adding local launch and local activation permissions, to the smsreporting users, dcom users and even everyone. But i still get the same error.
If it's any use, this is the line from Reportsnav.asp:
Set myReporting = Server.CreateObject("SMSRPHost.SMSReporting")
ConnectionStatus = myReporting.Connect(Session("SMSSiteCode"), Session("SQLMachine"), _
Session("SQLDatabase"), Session("DBConnectionTimeout"), Session("DBCommandTimeout"))
Could anyone try to give some tips?
Thanks in advance,
BQHi,
I was having the exact same problem but solved it by adding 'Authenticated Users' to the local 'SMS Reporting Users' group on the SCCM Server.

If you see error descriptioon it gives access denied so basically it is because of some access issue.I guess You must be using some domin account for installation make sure it is added as local administrator also instead of using NT Authority network
service as SQL server service account use local system account .
Below link would help
http://serverfault.com/questions/212135/access-is-denied-error-installing-sql-server-2008-on-windows-7
You can also browse to setup.exe file and RK on it and select run as administrator

Solved!
Go to Solution. You can customize your process model with LabVIEW steps. You can connect to the access database http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/1D5EB4DCBD13106486256B9D005E11B0 you can also get the data and format it and print it with the report generation toolkit, or you could see if Access exposes those functions through an ActiveX server. What functionality exactly are you looking for, and at the end of the day how much time are you willing to develop your own customized microsoft access reporting function?

Cannot access external data , Failed to get the document information.
Hi All,
In my dashboard there are live office connections which has optional prompts defined in SAP BI. I have bound the cells to these prompts in live office object properties.
There are no errors while refreshing the LO connections from excel sheet.
But when i run that dashboard and give BLANK value for that prompt then it throws the error :
Cannot access external data , Failed to get the document information. (LO 26315).
Reply highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,
DJHi Hardik,
I am building a similar solution as yours connecting webi reports to Bex queries and reading the webi data through live office into the dashboards. I am using almost similar versions as yours - BW 7.1 SP5, BO 4.1 SP4, Dashboards and Live Office SP4 versions. I am facing issues setting up the live office connections itself. I create the Live office connections within an excel and when I try to import this excel spreadsheet into my dashboard designer, it runs forever and crashes.
Could you please list out the steps you performed to get the Dashboard to preview live office data? Do you have OLAP connections for BW cubes and created WebI reports using these connections or You created a Universe on top of the Bex Queries?
It would be great if you could share the steps performed.
With respect to your issue, check if the report engine service is running. Do you have any error message details apart from this error?
Thanks.
Regards,
Rohini. -
I am trying to install DPM2012 R2 on windows 2008 R2 with sql server 2008 R2. During installation I am getting this error:
Report configuration failed.
Verify that SQL Server Reporting Services is installed properly and that it is running.

I feel my reporting services are installed properly and nothing is looking wrong. Any help/clue to fix this issue.
Hopes you will support.Maybe the User running Setup has no permission accessing the reporting Services.
Setup should link you to a Log File for more Information, please take a look in it

Reports 11gR2 - The in-process Reports Server failed to start
Hello,
I recently installed the new Forms Reports 11gR2 on an Oracle Linux 5 update 6 64bit. Firstly, I installed the JDK1.6.29 64bit. Then, I installed the Weblogic Server 10.3.5 (jar version). Finally, I installed the Forms Reports 11gR2. After installation I reboot the machine. When it came up I manually started the Weblogic Server (10.3.5), the WLS_Forms, the WLS_Reports and OPMN. Everything looks fine except the in-process reports server.
I can access the page (http://apps8.orasys.gr:8888/reports/rwservlet) without any problems but when I try to access the showjobs (http://apps8.orasys.gr:8888/reports/rwservlet/showjobs?)
I get this message “REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server rep_wls_reports_apps8_asinst_1 failed to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/RWException:1.0”
The status of the In-process Reports Server is down. When I try to start it, it fails. This is what I get in the log files:

401.2 Error Accessing Report Manager
I concede defeat on this one. I've gone through every configuration option I can think of in order to get this working so I am bowing to those who know more than I do!
I've got a native installation of SSRS 2008 R2 running on W2K8 R2. Straightforward installation and configuration with the service running under Network Service. Local DB Engine which has the ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB deployed on to.
But when when I try and run Report Manager to add users as system admins I keep hitting the
401.2: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration. To try and overcome this I have done the following:
Run IE as administrator
Disabled UAC
Checked, double-checked and triple-checked Windows authentication configuration for report server. RSreportserver.config authentication is configured for RSWindowsNTLM, and the web.config files for Report Server and Report Manager authentication is
set to Windows.
The server URL (i.e. http://<servername>) is added to the list of Trusted Sites in IE.
I'm just looking to use NTLM for authentication purposes. I have configured SSRS countless times without issue, but this one has got me stumped and it seems whatever I do I can't get around this 401.2 error. Looking in Event Viewer, an ASP.NET
2.0.50727.0 error is logged whenever I'm running the webpage with the following details:
Event code: 4007
Event message: URL authorization failed for the request
Request URL: http://<my server>/Reports/folders/pages.aspx
Request path: /Reports/folders/pages.aspx
User host address: ::1
User: <My network account>
Is authenticated: True
Authentication: NTLM
Thread account name: <My network account>
Any thoughts?Hi SQLPhil,
According to your description, you configured SSRS 2008 R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and use Network Service as service account. When you tried to access report manager, you got the error message: 401.2: Unauthorized: Logon failed due to server configuration.
The error message means that you do not have permission to view this directory or page using the Admin credential. The error occurs when the authentication methods that were tried are either disabled, or you are attempting to use NTLM through a proxy server.
To troubleshoot the problem, please refer to the following steps:
Make sure ReportServerURL element in rsreportserver.config (default location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer)have value that is equal to the Web Service URL.
Add report manager and web service FQDN to IE trusted sites.
Click Tools at top right of IE, click Internet Options.
In Security tab, click Custom Level button.
Scroll down to the end of the list, and select "Automatic logon with current user and password”.
Access the report server with FQDN instead of localhost, E.g.
http://servername/Reports.
For more information about the error message, please refer to the following KB:

Reports are failing in BOE CMC
Hi,
Some of my scheduled reports are failing and throwing me an *Error in File ~tmp1b186edade3f8f0.rpt: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 229 ]. They are working fine SQL DB and crystal reports designer.
Edited by: nrkc@99 on Feb 2, 2012 4:53 PMHi,
Ensure that the user has the appropriate rights in the database to access the tables the report is using.
This problem may arise when a report is created by a user who has the appropriate rights, but is then run by a user who does not have those rights.
You can also do one more thing..
Open the Crystal Report(s) in the Crystal Reports Designer.--> Go to 'File' Menu -->Select 'Page Setup'. -->Check 'No Printer' option. --> Save the Crystal Report again into repository
And then try scheduling again

Using MS Access Reports through LabView
Is it possible to use MS Access to create reports (the data formatted output report) then use labview to manipulate the data and print the data on the reports formatted in MS Access? OR is there an easier way?
Thanks
Tim Crouse
1:30 Seconds ARRRGHHH!!!! I want my popcorn NOW! Isn't there anything faster than a microwave!I didn't want to use access to output the report, I basically only was going to use access to create the report form then use labview to populate and print the form.
I should also mention that I do have the report generation toolkit, can that be used to create reports that look like an existing ms access report?
In other words how customizable is the report generation tool kit?
