how do i need to create reinr req number automatically and i need to take input from java web dyno pro and update it to my zbom table and wat sort of logic do i ned to use here
by using bapi as a function module

and by generating reinr automatically once i execute that bapi and i need to upadte to table width total 4 values in zbom table

How can I adjust "Maximum Length" of the generated item in the generated FMB file if the source of this item in Designer is an unbound item?
Usually this length is taken from server model for generated bound items, but unbound items has no reference to server model. I understood that we can adjust domain property for this unbound item to inherit domain properties when generating form, and thus, set the length of the corresponding generated item.
This what I expected, but it didn't happen.

There is not, and there likely will not be for some time, a Firefox browser for iOS (IPhone, iPad, iPod, iEtc.). Apple will not allow competing platforms (gecko, which powers Firefox) onto their devices. Even the other browsers that are on iOS (like chrome) are only reskinned versions of Safari, and are actually slower than it because Apple wont give access to certain API's needed to speed up Javascript. Unfortunately, on iOS, there is a closed ecosystem that doesn't allow healthy competition among browsers.

Transport Req number is not appearing

i implemented Zreport program in client 300. it has tr.req.number. when i want to release this, this tr.req number is not appearing in se09/se10. what could be the reason. please explain me.
landscape is : 100:Dev client. 200:Client 300 config only

Transport Request within same Server Different Clients
I have 3 clients under one SID (dev 130,140,150).
And we have more than 400+ transport requests in client 130. How can we transport these requests to other clients of 140 & 150. If I want to use tcode SCC1, that can be done only one tran. request at one time.
Do I need to write a script within unix?

Click on the "import overview"
Double click on your target system
Click "refresh"
Click on "import all request" or ctrl+F9
Specify the target client
Execute the transport
Done...

You can use Extended Transport Control.
Extended Transport Control is another way to set up the Transport Route so that the route is system and CLIENT specific.
In other words, when you release a change request in DEV Client 0XX it will not only automatically be added to the Import Queue for QAS but also 0X1, 0X2, of DEV.
To set this up requires the steps below:
1) Open the file TP_DOMAIN_DEV.PFL (located on your transport domain controller such as the DEV box. The file will be in usrsaptrans/bin)
Edit with notepad for each parameter on each system:
DEV/CTC = 0
Change to =1
2) Next you need to create Target Group before creating the transport route.
Create a Target Group:
Access the initial screen of the graphical or the hierarchical editor in change mode. STMS > Overview > Transport Routes (the default editor will appear, either Hierarchical or Graphical, to change the default editor : STMS > Extras > Settings > Transport Routes. You can also switch to one or the other from Goto > Graphical Editor.)
> Configuration > Display Change > (or change icon or F5)
Edit > Transport Target Groups > Create
In the dialog box, Create Target Group:
Enter a name for the target group /GR_QA/ (The name must begin and end with a forward slash /)
...and a description Targets for Consolidation route
Choose "Insert line"
Enter the required target system/client combinations
Use a separate line for each client.
Example:

The idea is that we want to include the clients that will get an addition to their import queue when we release a change request from DEV.
Choose Transfer
Now you have to change the transport route to include the Target Group you created.
STMS > Overview > Transport Routes > F5 (change mode) Edit > Transport Routes > Delete
Now create a Transport Route with Extented Transport Control:
STMS > Overview > Transport Routes > F5 (change mode) Edit > Transport Routes > Create > Extended Transport Control icon at lower left of dialog box. > Consolidation route, enter integration system and transport layer. In Target system/client enter the SID of either an R/3 System and a client or an existing Target Group.
Each System must be specified by System and Client. The Target Group can be used for the consolidation system.
Distribute and activate the changes as usual by choosing Configuration > Distribute and activate
NOTE: After you set up Extended Transport Control there might be requests in an import queue that will show a red status in the CTL column. This is because these change requests need a client specified before they can be imported. These are old requests that were already in the queue.
From Import Queue Screen Mark the change request
Choose Request > Target Client > Set
Enter the Target Client ID and choose Enter.
To change a target client before starting an import:
Import Queue Screen > mark Change request > target client > change > enter target client id and choose enter.

Regarding External Req Number in SRM

We have an interesting issue..
The external req no that comes to the shopping cart is not passed to the followon doc Bid invitation in the table BBP_PDIGP - EXT-DEMID..
So when we are using the doc change badi to change the description of the Bid Invitation as the Req no + the date in the export interface it is not picking up the Req number from the BBP_PDIGP as there is know value. We can actually create a Ztable to populate the req numbers and then use this in the Badi..
But just wondering y the data is not passed from the SC to the Bid invitaiton.How do we pass the data from the Shopping cart to the Bid invitation. Is there a standard Badi to do this.

The other issue is autocreation of Bid invitaion for the Product Categories.
For all the Product Categories we wanted a Auto creation of Bid invitation and did the Sourcing configuration accordingly.
It works fine for some Product Categories but with few instead of Auto Bid it goes and sits in the Sourcing Cockpit waiting for us to push it to create a bid invitaion with Erro in transmission in the SC history.
Any suggestions.

We have implemented the logic but doesnt show up in the Description. We have set up break points in the badi but when we create a shopping cart which creates a Auto bid invitation it goes to the badi for sure but doesnot stop there as this is being done in the background.

About the number of rows used to map data in Xcelsius

Hi Everyone:
I am using web services to fetch data into Xcelsius. The information I got from web service will increase in time and what I suppose is when I run out of rows to get all data I must open my Xcelsius model and select a greater range of rows on each component to get all the data that the web service is bringing.
Is there an alternative to avoid modifying ranges of data in crontrollers when rows mapped are not enough for the data you are fetching from a web service?
It is a bit confusing, I hope I've been clear enough. I really really will appreciate your opinions. If possible give me technical explanations.

What you suggested is exactly what I am doing now, and also I increased the number of rows allowed to map en Xcelsius which are 512 by default.
I would like to know now, how many rows are advisable to increase? Because I am using some components and you must specify for each one a certain number of rows.
I test mapping 3000 and even 6000 rows but the model is too slow and I was not able to export the swf file in any format.

I don't want to sync what is on my iPod to my iPad. (I have a 32gb iPod but only 16gb on iPad. The iPod I use mostly for music.) I can't seem to add the films I have downloaded onto iPad to iTunes. If I could do that, I could erase them from iPad to create more storage.

Answer.....
Yes you will lose the films that you downloaded to the iPad when you sync with your own iTunes unless you transfer the purchases into your own iTunes library. Were these movies that you purchased? If so, you might be able to download them again for free. Do you have multiple computers that you sync from or is this someone else's purchased content?
You can select whatever you want to sync to all of your devices in iTunes, you do not have to sync the same content to all device.

I had the same thing happen to me. It's a bug in iPhoto 9.4.2.
The first time you run iPhoto after upgrading to iPhoto 9.4.2, it "updates the iPhoto library". This sometimes tickles a bug where iTunes can see all your iPhoto albums, but iTunes thinks they are empty. Since iTunes thinks all your albums are empty, it dutifully deletes any photos from your synced iOS devices.
It's easy to tell if this is the problem you are seeing. Open iTunes and go to the photos sync panel for one of your iOS devices. If you have multiple albums checked, but iTunes shows a total of 0 photos, then you have the problem.
I spent an hour with an Apple Genius. he couldn't find any mention of this problem in their internal support system. His recomendation was to reinstall the operating the system. I suspect that this won't solve it.
The only solution I have found is to restore iPhoto 9.4.1 and the corresponding iPhoto library from your backups.
I would refrain from upgrading to iPhoto 9.4.2 until Apple has a fix for this issue.

now i am working upgradation project from 4.7 to 6.0. sandbox i created one Asset, After that i posed amount to that asset by using f-90.now i run depreceation in ABAF T code the bellow issue is comming

Diagnosis
     Processing terminated because the document number range 22 for year 2011
     was set up with external number assignment.
System Response
     For periodic posting of depreciation, you have to create a document
     number range with internal number assignment, since the document numbers
     are assigned from Financial Accounting.
Procedure
     Change the number assignment for the number range 22 from external to
     internal in Customizing for Asset Accounting. See SAP Note 890976 for
     more information.
But no ranges for that particular year having, if any changing that one it s not come edit or deleating

Hi Gangadhar,
after 4.6C the Internal Number Range was changed into external Number Range due to technical requirements.
As the error messages due to posting manual into the affected number ranges could not be hindered in this case with ERP2005 the desicion was made to rechange to internal number range. Note 890976 describe what to do here.
