I got this error message:
Caused by: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XMLParseException: Element 'when' not found in 'xsl:choose'.
When I put a form field with this help text:
<?CHOOSE:?><?WHEN:ELMT_CATEGORY_CODE='SS'?>
Did some research but cannot find why...

SpiffoEnsure that the code is correct in all 6 fields. Have you used the "Validate template" feature before previewing to see if you are able to get any more information?

XSL-1010 (Error) Element 'when' not found in 'xsl:choose'
I am using xmlparserv2.jar from xdk9020b.
An XSL file is loaded as XMLDocument and is modified by adding elements to a xsl:choose tree. The file acts as a "template" for an XSL that must be built and used in memory.
When it is used as constructor for a new XSLStylesheet, then it generates the above error message. If I dump the XMLDocument to file, it contaisn the appropriate modifications, and if I execute oraxsl with it as stylesheet, everything works fine.
Here the snipped of code I use:

Using Boot Camp to Install Windows 7. Keep getting error message "Installer Disk Not Found"
I'm partially throught the Boot Camp set-up process and keep getting the same error message when trying to install Windows. The disk is in the drive, not sure why it's not recognizing it.
I had this problem on my brand-new Mac Pro, but fixed it in my case by burning another copy of the installer disc (from the official download image, not a pirate copy lol) at a SLOWER speed, rather than allowing it to burn at the "maximum possible" setting. This gives the laser more time to properly record, but it didn't perceptually increase the time it took to burn the disc.
I speculate that error-checking is too stringent, but weak; that is, not intelligent enough to correct any read errors. Of course, Apple's test configurations are likely using commercially-produced off-the-shelf discs rather than burned from downloads or they know to never use max speed out of habit. -

I have found an article that should help you resolve this issue with updating your iTunes. The article can be found here:

and the specific part of the article you will want to look at first is right here:
"Error 42023" through "Error 42408"
These alerts might occur when trying to authorize iTunes or during launch when iTunes checks for authorization information.
Install the latest iTunes from apple.com/itunes/download/
Remove the SC Info folder.
If that does not resolve the issue, see iTunes: "Error 42408" or "Error 42404" after upgrading to iTunes 9.0.3.

Error message: Page Anchor not found: 188 when exporting to ePub
I have been working on exporting a book from InDesign CC 2014 to reflowable ePub format. The book is about 250 pages long with numerous photographs, all of which are anchored objects. I am now able to export a good-looking ePub file, but I keep getting just this one error message, Page Anchor not found: 188, followed by the pathname for the file. I don't see a problem at page 188, but I'm not very experienced with InDesign. I have done several searches, and I'm not sure exactly what a "page anchor" is. Can anyone help me figure this out? Can I just ignore this error. Thanks.
I had similar problems which were resolved when I anchored images only within text with styles that would not be included in the TOC, and also made sure there were no blank paragraphs (unnecessary hard returns) with a style that would be included in the TOC. Hope that helps.

I was trying to post a comment on a support group site. I was asked what web address I was using, or something along those lines. In hindsight, I stupidly typed a '?' and pressed send. Now, when I try to access that site I get the message "404 (page not found error)
If you're the site owner, one of two things happened:
1. 1) You entered an incorrect URL into your browser's address bar, or
2. 2) You haven't uploaded content."
How can I fix this.I spoke with a Dell technician about this problem. He tried to access the site in question from his computer, i.e. separate from my computer, and he also got the same "404 (page not found error)". He said the problem lies with the site itself, not my computer, and that I should notify the site. Problem is I can't notify the site if I can't access it.

The iPad is not capable of sending an SMS message so texts, pictures, etc., must go through iMessage. The destination device must be registered with the Apple servers by turning on iMessage. Therefore, the user with the iPhone must enable it for iMessage. -
Error Message -Entry Point Not Found -Can you help me?
When I open up my Photoshop 6 Elements I get this error message:
" Entry Point Not Found- the procedure entry point-CFBundle Copy File Type For File Data could not be located in the dynamic link library core Foundation.dll "
I can click the OK option 3 times and the message disappears and I am able to work in Photoshop.
Can anyone tell me what this erro message might mean?
