Get real class of a PageItem

Hi all,
There are two ways to get a pageItem :
-Document.allPageItems which is an array of extended objects of PageItem ( Rectangle, TextFrame, Oval.....) so we can have precisely the type of object we need.
-Document.pageItem.itemByID() which returns ONLY objects as PageItem whatever their type.
I need to get a precise object(Rectangle, TextFrame).
But, to prevent looping through all PageItems, I am looking for a mixed method which returns a precise object on the same way of second method ( by usind id )

Real Player download not working since I updated FF.... It didn't work with the latest version of FF so I reinstalled vrevious FF but still can't get Real Player to work again.

I lost the Real Player download capabillity when FF updated to FF4..... The plug ins for Real Player still show on the add on screen but no " download this video" shows when I mouse over a video.... I tried reverting to earlier version of FF which had worked well for Real Player donloads but it no longer works either.
How can I get Real Player to work with FF again?

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.
Sorry, just this minute went to insert image and it is giving me a message saying this sort of content is not allowed?.
The most recent key I altered is in: HKey _local _machine. System\class - 4D36E965-E325-11CEBFC1-08002BE10318. Upper Filter data: Upper filter NTIDrvr SiRem GEARAspiWDN.

You need to add valuePassThru="true" in your <af:selectOneChoice component. I have personally tested it and got the actual value in alert box. I hope this time you got the real solution. You can also test the following code by your end.

I recently ported my project to a new PC. Everything seems to run fine uncompiled, and I am able to build an executable without issue. However, my build specification shows up in the project explorer with question mark next to it. When I try to build again or edit the properties I get a popup with the information below:

I've seen messages from people getting the same error when trying to run a compiled executable, but mine actually runs fine. I am just unable to open the build specification to rebuild or edit its properties.

This application is for a Windows machine, and I am not using the Report Generation Toolkit. However, I shut down my computer last night and when I booted it up this morning my Build Specification now opens fine and I am able to edit it. My only thought as to why it occured in the first place is that I had added several files to user.lib and instr.lib and restarted LabVIEW, but it appears that it required my computer to be restarted as well.

After getting class file suppose class file has been deleted.

get a decompiler and run your class file through it--I'll assume you want the source code back and that you are not trying to recover a missing class file by attempting to use the class file that is missing--if it's missing, then I've not a clue on how to get it back by using what is already missing.
BTW: many of your compilers have source control--if it does, just restore your missing file.

How do you get REAL fractions in Pages 5.2

I am pulling out what little hair I have left trying to figure out how to get REAL fractions (ala iWork 9) inserted into a Pages 5.2 document!
All of the solutiions I have found on the net DON'T WORK for Pages 5.2!
The "Character Viewer" built in to Mavericks NO LONGER INCLUDES FRACTIONS!
The Pages 'Edit/Special Characters' NO LONGER INCLUDES FRACTIONS!
If I can't do it through the OS, and I can't do it through Pages .... HOW DO I GET FRACTIONS?!?!?!?!?!

However, I have to permit HttpSessionListener in web.xml of tomcat. From other users' experiences, the configuration is complexed and has some errors.

What errors do you mean? Errors in tracking people, variance in the count? Probably related to internet issues and nothing you can do will alleviate them.

JNI: How to use FindClass to get a class in a Jar file?

Is it possible to use the FindClass method of the JNI environment object to get a class that is in a jar file? My sample application was working when my class files were in the local directory. Now that I have replaced the class files with a jar file containing the classes, the app no longer works. I'd appreciate tips from anyone who knows how to do this.

The method uses the class path just like any other class loading situation in java. The reason it worked before is because your class path included the directory. It doesn't work now because either the jar is not in the class path or there is something wrong with the class path.

Sometimes I can be really dumb; of course, the solution is to call the getClass() method on the this object, and eventually store the Class object returned in the SessionBean file if it's necessary (in a SessionBean field/property, or in a parameter of a SessionBean's method).

I can't recall which forum member gave the following solution, but it works
in static contexts and it's copy-and-paste friendly -- you don't hard-code the
name of the class, only a dummy class that you use to make this hack work:
public class Foo {
    private static class Dummy{}
    public static void main(String[] args) {
        Class cls = Dummy.class.getEnclosingClass();
        String name = cls.getName();
