Getting all contact person names through XL Reporter

Hi All,
I am trying to get a list of all contact persons associated with a business partner.
I am having difficulty to pull all contact persons associated with a business partner. I am trying to get this information through the Report composer of XL Reporter.
When I drop the Business Partner and Contact Person dimensions from Business Partner tab into Report Composer and run the report, I only get Business Partner and just one contact person(the first contact person created for that BP).
I am trying to get all contact persons associated with that business partner. Is there something I am missing or is this the issue with XL Reporter.
Please let me know. Than you for your input.

Thank you very much. Yes, I know a query will work.
But, the customer is more inclined to get this information via XL Reporter. I just wanted to check if it is possible to achieve via XL Reporter and that I am missing anything.

Contact person name

Hi ,
Contact person name in the invoice print out is not comming properly, but it is comming in the acknowledgement properly, why this is happening .
please provide the appropriate solution for the same.

Hi there,
For all print issues, we need to check the code in the form layout of the relevant print progof the output. You can find the relevant print prog in the Processing routines on the left hand side when u select a O/p type.
If the data is not at all getting printed, we need to supply the values into the code with table-field details.
If the field mapping is already done but the details are not getting completely printed, check on the number of characters that prog is picking.

I've just purchased an ipad2 and have synced it with outlook to get all contacts. I've also set up my earthlink mail account and it sends/receives fine. IS there a way to sync it so I get all of the legacy emails sitting in the OUtlook inbox?

The sync doesn't pull over legacy emails from Outlook and my Outlook has been set up to remove them from the webmail server therefore they aren't available from webmail anymore. Is there anyway to pull them over to the iPad?

I'd love to get some sort of "printout" (a list or
something) of every single file.
There is, go to browser and cntrl click on any one of the columns,
and select - show/source. A new column named "source" will pop up and will show where everything "lives". Click on the header at the top and it will justify the column as well. You'll notice this won't show anything for your seq.'s. of course, but will show stills/audio/motion files...
Once you have the new column, you can drag it next to the "name" column and get a grab of it and print it if you like, or whatever.
If you want to do this for just 1 seq., then can create a new bin and double click it to open it. Cntrl-A (select all) in your main seq. and just drag all into the new bin. You will see only what's in that seq. with the "source" column right next to it.
From what I've read, you seem to get the MM thing and it's obviously what you'll need to do to archive as the guys said. But what your missing is a file path system to where everything resides.

TCA - How to define/convert Contact Person Name???

Hi Guys,
We have a requirement in our implementation where we need to define "CONTACT PERSON NAME" along with defining the contacts like Phone numbers, emails etc....
We are using API - " hz_contact_point_v2pub.create_contact_point" to create a contact but this doenst allow us to define "Contact Person Name"
Please advice....

All you have to do is enable iCloud on your phone and turn notes on. They should automatically appear on your phone.

I, too, love everything about my phone. The other day I tried to crash my Z10 by running multiple apps and having videos running in the background. Do you think my Z10 showed any signs of slowing down? Nothing doing! It ran as smooth as silk. I'm very impressed.

Well, the biggest problem is that you don't know (probably) a head of time how many names are in the table.
So i'd first stuff them into a managed array such as ArrayList
So you'd
(1) Iterate over the resultset
(1.1) for each row call getString() on the user field
(1.1) call add on the ArrayList to add the string
(2) Call toArray on the ArrayList to convert it to a plain array
(NOTE: you will have to pass a String[] {""} arg as a parm to
toArray() to get the right type of array.)

Getting all contacts into icloud

How do I get "All Contacts" that are on my iPhone 4 over to my iCloud.com account? The group "All iCloud" on my phone has many less contacts than the All Contacts. I'm concerned that if I lose my phone or the data gets corrupted, I'll lose all the extra contacts. I don't have an Outlook account, but that seems to be the only type of account you can sync with.

Winston Churchill's solution looks promising, but seeing your experience I'm reluctant to try it. Can anyone tell us how to merge the contents of "All Contacts" on the iPhone (a non-iCloud group) with one of the iCloud groups? (I have a couple; do not remember how they got put into iCloud while several other groups on the phone, including the big "All Contacts", did not.
I apologize for my ignorance. I'll be grateful for guidance.

TS3672 Messages don't show the contact person name. Instead the number appears. How to get over the problem

All of a sudden, messages that I send and recieve from contact persons show the number instead of the name/ It happens to some of the contacts and when I open the list of messages to the person, the name show correctly above the list of the messages.
How do I overcome this?

Can't get all contacts to sync with Outlook 2007,

I've been trying this for a year and I've had no success. This 8900 is my 4th Blackberry. While I've done backups with the others this is the first time I've tried to sync the info. When I first synced I thought everything was OK, but then I noticed a lot of the contacts didnt sync. A lot of iportant ones. I've tried everything and hit a wall. I've gone thru all the 395 contacts, deleted a bunch, fixed a bunch and made everything ready. I've talked to Microsoft, AT&T and the BB folks and still nothing. When I synced it to my PC, 179 of 395 synced and the Outlook folder size is 297kb. I just synced to my laptop and only 124 synced and the folder size is 120kb. I checked the options on the 8900 contact list and it shows my gmail address as the name of my Contact list. I've NEVER loaded my gmail info on this or any other BB. I checked my gmail and there are NO contacts listed. Never have been. I followed the instructions, went to Default Services and there is no Contacts option, only Calendar and Messaging which have my primary email ([email protected]) as the services. I have loaded info for the Netzero email, Roadrunner email and Blackberry email. Did load the Yahoo account name but never connected it. Just checked the service books and there is no gmail info. There'sno option to rename the contact list and I can't see if there are any subfolders under it. I HAVE TO GET ALL THIS INFO TO A PLACE WHERE I CAN ACCESS IT TO TRANSFER TO A NEW NON-BLACKBERRY PHONE. I've literally spent hours researching, talking on the phone and it is still not working. I lost 3 days on it this we3ek that I was supposed to be on the other coast of Florida visiting a High School beauty thats down for a week, a cousin that's fighting cancer and a musician friend. I worked on the highest problem parts of the Space Shuttle Boosters and worked thru some seemingly impossible problems. As a result I had a mental breakdown and now have to depend on othersm whicdh I never did before. Seems like everybody that could help or might have info isn't sharing. I CAN'T BE THE FIRST PERSON THAT'S HAD THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I found out, that the problem what we have is our Public Folder Structure in the company. We have more as 40'000 public folders in this structure.
Now i find out that when i start my Outlook in a offline modus i can selct my special folder after i press the "Select Folder" button.
When i try the same thing in online modus the PC-Suite hangs...
The only combinations that i see is the Public Folder.
I try a test in the evening: I push the button "Select Folder" and have run my PC over the Night. On the next morning the Window was appear.
Also was is my problem the Public Folder Structure that the PC-Suite scans after i push the button "select Folder"

FM to read Sales Rep and contact person name

Is there a function module that gets the corresponding name for the following:
1. Sales Rep, obtained from VBPA-PERNR with PARVW = 'PE'.
2. Sales Contact person, obtained from VBPA-PARNR with PARVW = 'CP'.
If no function module exists, at least where to get the required text?

Get the Name of the Contact person and the sales rep from the KNA1 or ADRC tables
first get the Partner Number from the VBPA table with the respective Partner function and fetch name from KNA1
or try/use the fun modules
