Getting error while importing the data using loadercli

Hello,
I want to copy the data using export/ import via (loadercli).
scenario:
1) I have 2 server and i want to export data from old server and import in to new MAXDB server using loadercli.
I have done this once and it went fine , but now I want to do the export import again so i will have te latest data on the new server.
when i tried to do that it gives error that the table already exist . Can i use loadercli to import hte data again ?
can any one help me in this ?

Yes, you do have the SAPR3 user.
But you don't seem to like to read documentation or learn about how the tools work or anything like that.
Therefore I gave you s simple way to reach your goal.
Of course it's possible to reuse the user.
But then you would have to deal with already existing tables, already existing data etc.
You don't seem to be able to do that. So, the easy steps might be better suited for your needs.

Now i am getting many errors while importing data.I have customized fields in servicedesk and i have created same fields in scsm incident form.When i am imported
data i am getting below error.
Please let me know how can i import customized feilds data to SCSM without issues.

You have to create RC29P-IDNRK(var) using concatenate statement. Try this.

We are moving the Application from Test enivorment to Production Environment, Both are Oracle 10g with HTTP server and Application Express 3.2.1.

Thanks a lot for the reply. But i found that its running fine in development, where as coming to quality its throwing an error. These happened for Two DSO's. In both the transformations i have identified that the Transformation names are different from Development and Quality..
There are no routines written for them and no select statements have been used
Can you please suggest me regarding the same.

When you perform a bulk load, you basically tell SQL Server to execute a command local to the SQL server. What that means is that if you pass it a parameter that says load the file :
C:\Hyperion\products\FinancialDataQuality\Mineapp\Test2\Inbox\mine\load_demo2.txt
SQL Server is going to look on it's C drive for the file.
Unless you have SQL Server running on the FDM server, this is going to fail obviously.
The 'right' thing to do is setup your FDM app using a share name. (i.e. \\FDMSERVER\FDMAPPS\Mineapp instead of c:\Hyperion\products\FinancialDataQuality\Mineapp).
If you are relatively handy with FDM, there is a config file (in XML) that has the path information for the apps and you just need to change it from the hardcoded C drive reference to the share you create.)
Your other option is to NOT load the fiels as bulk. If you have a lot of large data files being loaded, this would be a bad idea. If you have relatively small load files every month and not a lot of users on the system, this may not impact performance. I would update the path information if it were me.

Records was deleted at R/3 sys - getting error while loading the data

Hi All,
we are extracting the data from 2LIS_12_VCITM, 2LIS_11_VASCL, 2LIS_11_V_ITM, 2LIS_13_VDITM and 2LIS_11_VAITM into Cube RSD_C03. But one record (Sales Order) was deleted at R/3 system so we getting the error message that Caller 09 contains an error message while loading the data from 2LIS_12_VCITM.
we have replicate the DataSource and activate Trans rules but no use still getting the same error.
when we execute the data source 2LIS_12_VCITM at RSA3 with update mode as D (Transfer of the deltas since the last request)getting error message that Errors occurred during the extraction
and we are getting the zero records at RSA3 for the 2LIS_12_VCITM as update mode as F (Transfer of all requested data)
And getting shot dump that TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED at BW side.
Could you kindly suggest me any one how to rectify this error.

The Error Message : Member (H1) of dimension (ENTITY) is not a base member (parent or formula)

Hi,
You are trying to send data to a parent/node, you can only send data in BPC to lowest-level children (base mamabers) of any dimension.
"H1" is a parent in the entity dimension so you should try sending to a child.

NULL error while importing the data

Hai everybody. In one of our branches there was some problem. To simulate the situation. i advised them to send the backupdata. While importing data from a dump file, i am getting the erro message
"cannot insert NULL into (“APGB5168”. “D010014”. “LBRCODE”)’.
Can i change the NULL constraint and import OR can i import first only the table strucuture and modify the constraint and can import the data afterwards.
Pl can any one suggest me how to import the data from this dump file so that i can simulate the situation.

Hi,
It means you have NOT NULL column and you are trying to insert NULL data.
Can i change the NULL constraint and import OR can i import first only the table strucuture and modify the constraint and can import the data afterwards.It all depends on you and your business needs. If you are sure that removing the constraint will have no harm on your application and data then you can, but think why it has NOT NULL constraint if data has NULL values. Either your table data is incorrect or your table design. Rectify the problem and take action accordingly.

here i have mentioned the steps which i followed for creating agent service.
i have two machine namely A and B both having the ODI
i am going to use the B machine as a centralized server. so i edited the odiparams.bat file in B machine in ODI locaiton and filled the repository information
from A machine i opened the Topology and created the Agent service there i mentioned the HOST name as "B" and port number 20300. and i configure the logical agent aswell
from B machine i started the Agent service like agentscheduler "-port=20300".
Agent service launched seccessfully.
From A machine i tested the Agent. that also shown the successful window message.
then i started running the interface using the agent i am getting the error which i have mention in the beginging.
Interface which i ran will do the text file to table loading, so i kept that file in particular location in B machine( i have configure this location when i created the file data store in topology in A machine).
Please help me to solve the problem...

from the Machine B where agent is actually running, i could able to run the interface using agent service.
but from the machine A while running the interface i am getting the following error message

Getting Error while Interfacing the Data in OM

Hi Gurus,
i am getting following error while i am running the interface in order management for interface the data into standard tables
the error is as follows
"This Customer's PO Number is referenced by another order" . This error is for the header table
"You are trying to insert an existing order or update an order that does not exist. Please enter a correct operation code. ;" . This error is for the Lines table
can anyone help me out wat is the cause and solution for it.

Getting error while importing the Sequence

All,
I created a sequence in DB and using in ODI for row_wid col in DIM1.
I used seqname.NEXTVAL for the col in DIM, interfacing running fine, data also loading.
Dim, sequence is under Dev SCHEMA1.
But when i export the scenario and run in the test repository, i am getting error.
It is pointing to SCHEMA1.seqname.NEXTVAL. Not able to run the scenario. Ideally it should point to test schema.
i have created seq in test schema also with the same name?. Can any one help me to get ridoff this error?

You need to make sure that the relationship between your contexts logical schemas and physical schemas are set up consistently across the repositories so that the scenario can be run from either location.
