Getting operational ldap attributes using amSDK

Is there any way to get operational ldap attributes of a user? I am trying to get "passwordexpirationtime" attribute.
amUser.getStringAttribute("passwordexpirationtime");
does not return anything.. no exceptions.
tried getAttributesFromDataStore, that too does not return anything..
Set attr = new HashSet();
attr.add("passwordexpirationtime");
Map exptime = amUser.getAttributesFromDataStore(attr);
is this supported?

Which LDAP attribute is utilized by CertStore to retrive certifications?

I find that CertStore and LDAPCertStoreParameters and X509CertSelector and X509CRLSelector can be used to extract certifications from LDAP.
What i can not figure out is,
which LDAP attribute uses by these class to extract certifications?
for example we have person class in LDAP which one of its attribute can be userCertificate, how does these class figure out what is name of these attribute?
maybe they uses some other mechanism, and my assumption are not correct?

Imagine that i have the following requirement, what could be possible steps to implement it?
I need to check and see whether a digital certification belongs to a user or not.
user will gives it uid and digital certification.
here is one way that i have in my mind:
-Search the LDAP for that user.
-Extract the userCertificate attribute as binary
-Create a X509 certificate from it
-Compare it with what user provides.
Is it a good way?
Does all of the above steps are do-able?
Do you have suggestion to improve the procedure or make it more standard ?

Getting LDAP Attribute

I am using dbms_ldap to create a custom authentication package in APEX. I feel this is more of a database code issue rather than an APEX issue so posting this here.
I've successfully authenticated to my LDAP server, but now want to get an attribute called clockNumber for the authenticated user. Can someone assist me with recovering a specific attribute (maybe its called something different) from LDAP?

You can get the user view/object and from that object you can easily get all desired attributes, Check you LDAP schema Map to know "Identity System User Attribute" mapping with "Resource User Attribute" and check EMPLOYEEID

Need help to retrieve the message from MQ using get operation

Used MQ adapter to Post a message to queue.
And used Received activity in bpel to retrieve the message using MQ adapter from same queue(used get operation) , got an error message as timed
out exception.
Could some one assist in retrieving the message from MQ using get operation.

Problem with getting LDAP attributes on ISE when EAPChaining is enabled

Hi All,
has anybody and idea how to set LDAP attributes retrieval with EAPChaining enabled?
My scenarios is:
- user with AnyConnect (EAP-FAST) connects to WLAN and sends it's credentials
- ISE authenticates username and password against Active Directory
- ISE should check if the same userid contains in LDAP Directory (not AD, different store) special attribute which controls access to our WLAN
- If the attribute is found, then authorization profile is matched.
This works when I disable EAP-Chaining Policy -> Policy Elements -> Results -> Authentication -> Allowed Protocols ...
In logs I've found that the user was not found in LDAP, but the user exists.
Maybe the workaround can be if just user from EAPChaining is used and not also the hostname, then it could match. But I cannot find any similar parameter which returns only user.
Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?

Hi,
This seems like a corner issue, because eap-fast with ldap is not supported. LDAP as the protocol doest support hash based authentication hence the reason ISE is failing to hit the ldap database.

Getting Compilation error when used SET or MULTISET operator on nested tabl

Dear All,
I am getting Compilation error when used SET or MULTISET operator on nested tables inside a procedure.
This is working fine in other DB installations of 10g but does not work in another 10g DB.
it says "wrong number of parameter or datatype used in SET"

Getting error message while updating Job attributes using PP03 for IT1641

Hey Guys,
We are getting error message while updating Job attributes using transaction PP03 for IT1641 (WC Attributes for JOB): 'Client has status not modifiable'.
Update to the infotype 1641 should not require open SAP system. Would anyone suggest any SAP note/solution?

How get Email description attribute text using C#

I am Using CRM 2015 and Get Email activity attribute values but description
attribute getting not text only it getting the whole Html.
i just want to get the text only from description and set to Case Description.

Get LDAP attributes

I'm using :
Access Manager 7.1
Access Manager Policy Agent for WebLogic 10
My Access Manager, client application and the agent are ok. My application is authenticating ok.
BUT, I need to retrieve some Active Directory informations, like sAMAccountName and mail.
How can I do that?
I have already cofigured:
com.sun.identity.agents.config.session.attribute.fetch.mode = REQUEST_ATTRIBUTE
com.sun.identity.agents.config.session.attribute.mapping[UserToken] = UserTokenWhen I code: request.getAttribute("UserToken"), the full name of the logged user is shown, but I need to get the other attributes. Even if I configure the AMAgent.propeties the attributes are not shown.
com.sun.identity.agents.config.session.attribute.mapping[sAMAccountName] = sAMAccountNameEven doing this, request.getAttribute("sAMAccountName") do not show me this attibute.
What else do I need to do to make this work?

I did setting in profile attributes in AMAgent.properties, but I had access denied. When I set in the session attribute, it's OK, but sAMAcountName come null

Send request using GET operations

hi all,
how can i do a GET operation in my servlet to https url?
i just can't imagine how to do that.maybe...
1) do jsp which is has username & passwd input text
2) submit the form into servlet
3) in servlet, send both username & passwd to the https url
can somebody give me an idea how to do that, or any sample to learn???

Use java.net.HttpURLConnection, starting with a java.net.URL.
GET is the default method.
You don't need a JSP.
There are tutorials on java.web.com about it. The networking trail.

Yes your code is right.
FOX variable for attribute infoobject = ATRV('Technical name of attribute', FOX variable for the reference infoobject)
The quotes for the 'Technical name of attribute' are not mandatory in NW2004s (I don't remember if it is in previous verions).
By the way,I know it doesn't help but I am unfortunately also experiencing very low performances when using selection on attribute values... and I don't mean selection in my FOX but also simply in my planning level. At this point of time I don't know if it is a bug or if it is <i>normal</i>.
