Hi to all !. I made an ADF application where I have two entities... "User" and "Products"... One user have many products... I would like to know what code to use in order that, when the user of my application selects a row, I can get the Java Class Implementation of my Entity Object "User" so that I can access his products !... Hello. I am trying to figure out how i can get the first columns cell within a selected row no matter what cell is selected in that row. I have a class that extends AbstractTableModel which represents the table. Now i have another class that extends DefaultSelectionModel. Each model is added to the JTable via setModel(TableModel dataModel), setSelectionModel(ListSelectionModel newModel). Now i don't understand what i have to return from getMaxSelectionIndex(). You need to add the pbclient.jar or some similar name like that, in the CalssPath.

If you are looking at fetching the adress details for partner function(Say Ship to, Sold to , payer etc) in the quotation, then you can proceed like this:
Take the Quotataion number and the item number and the respective partner function say PY for payer etc and then Go to VBPA table and fetch field ADRNR from the table for this partner. With this ADRNR call the FM ADDR_SELECT_ADRC_SINGLE and as an output of this FM, you will get address details.

How to get the data from a cluster table to BW

Dear All,
I want to extract the data from R/3 to BW by using 2 tables and one Cluster B2.
Actually my report contains some fields from PA2001, PA2002 and one cluster table B2 (Table ZES). Can I create View by using these 3 tables? If it is not possible how can I get the data from the cluster? Can I create generic datasource by using cluster tables directly?
In SE11 Transaction the Cluster (table ZES) is showing invalid table.
I referred some Forums, but no use.
Can any body tell me procedure to get the data from a cluster (table ZES) ?

MDM can track changes on tables and fields. <u>The level of change tracking, and which tables/fields to track, are configurable in the MDM Console</u>. MDM opens a new database on the same database engine as the MDM repository and writes all change records to this database.

Not sure what you are doing so I will attempt to answer your question. If have one question which can have multiple answers you have will recieve an array so you have to do getParameterValues("name") and move it into an array.
If you have multiple questions and only value will be selected do a getParameter("name") on each form element.

I can't say I've seen that behavior before. I' be curious to see a screen shot of it in the edit mode where you edit the fields.
Beyond that I'll offer generic troubleshooting steps:
Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Language & Text > Formats > Region. Region should be set to the country of your choice. Do not have it set to "Custom" as this can have unexpected results in the iCal window.
If that doesn't resolve the issue:
1. First make an iCal backup: Click on each calendar on the left hand side of iCal one at a time highlighting it's name and then going to File Export > Export and saving the resulting calendar file to a logical location for safekeeping.
2. Go to iCal > Quit iCal
3. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
--- NOTE: To get to "Home > Library" in Lion: Click anywhere on the desktop and then click on the "Go" menu at the top of the computer screen while holding down the "option" key on the keyboard. You will see "Library" in the menu.
4. Launch iCal and test.
If the issue persists:
1. Go to iCal > Quit iCal
2. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
--- NOTE: Removing these files may remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
3. Launch iCal and test.

Pass user selected variable to Entity implementation class

I need to pass the user selected variable to Entity class. and looking for the best way to do this ......
If user selected process1 or process2 then I need to call stored procedure right before the commit. So i need to pass the user selected process to entity class file.
I am thinking about having a transient attribute on entity and set the value on front end..... so that value will be pass to the entity class file and in beforeCommit method i can check the value of transient variable and then call stored procedure
is this a good approach or any other suggestions are greatly appreciated....

I am using the following query to acheive this.... THIS IS FINE..

The view APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_DB_ITEMS will only give me the table name related to any Page Items defined to that page..It will not give me all the database objects..
suppose we have a Page, having a report based on multiple tables and there is no Page items defined on that page, we will not have any value in this ....DB_ITEMS table. same thing if we have define some PL|SQL(using some table/view) in a Process, that will not be populated in .....DB_ITEMS table. I want some thing like all the database objects (table/views/function/procedure/.....) for a particular Page ID.

How to get the field names of a table

hi all,
i need to get all field names of a table. here i dont need any data. i need only field names.
initially i used this query, select * from tname;
the problem is if table have 1000 records, all records will be in memory.
how to get this one.

initially i given this query
select column_name from user_tab_columns where table_name='mytable';
but no rows selected.
and i tried with this,
select column_name from user_tab_columns where table_name='MYTABLE';
this is working fine.
