GL Accounts upload

Question

Hi
I want to upload GL accounts i to development server first time.there are hundreds of GL accounts whih consists of Profit an loss accounts and ,balanc sheet accounts and some of them are open item accounts,in the excel sheet I need to prepare manually all the company code segments and chart of account segments for all the accounts then only upload all the accounts in to sap.
Kindly anybody plz give me the correct answer with the procedure or steps

Hi Arjun,
here i have explained with simple example.
GL balances upload
Here I am taking simple example for uploading of trial balance.
Assets
Cash in hand -1000
Investments-2000
Debtorsu20146000
a)reliance industries-2000
b)pidilite industries -4000
Total Assets are 500020001000=8000
Liabilities
Bank ODu2014500
Creditors-7500
a)xyz co.ltd-2500
b)Accenture services-3000
c)capgemini-2000
Share capital ---1000
Total liabilities 50075001000=9000
Now you want to upload those balances. Here debtors and creditors are sub ledger accounts.we need to create one Control account with open item management. Finally Control account should be Zero. The final postings are
1)     GL balances upload in SAP
Cash in hand account Dr     1000
Investments account Dr          2000
To Share capital               1000
To Bank OD                500
To Control Accounnt (B/F)     1500
2)     Vendor balance upload
Control account Dr     7500
          To  xyz co.ltd          2500
          To  Accenture services     3000
          To Capgemini Services     2000
3)     Customer balances upload
reliance industries     2000
pidilite industries      4000
          To Control Account      6000
4)     Control account
     debit---(2) 7500
     credit
          (1) 1500
           (3) 6000
Total     7500     7500
