    Dear Mahendrakumar,
You need to use oInventoryGenExit for Goods Issue but not oInverntoryGenEntry.

  • HU error when Reversing the goods issue in STO process

    Hello Gurus,
I will explain the whole process we follow for STO:
    1. Create sales order ->Based on PR in sales order schedule lines, PO will be created -> outbound delivery -> Pack in HU -> PGI -> based on output type Idoc will be triggered -> this outbound IDOC will create the Inbound IDOC and Inbound delivery -> Here HU will copied from Outbound delivery (Means both in inbound delivery and outbound delivery HU is same)-> then do the Good receipt in Inbound delivery.
Now when user doing the goods receipt he is getting error MSSA-SATRA exceeded by 1PCE  The reason is someone deleted the item from the sales order.  Hence when user trying to post the GR it is checking for the open sales order item in MSSA table.  Since it has been deleted from the sales order he cant able post GR.
Now user does not wants to receive this item, hence we wants to reverse the process.
So we followed the below process:
    1. Unassigned the HU in Inbound delivery and then deleted the Inbound delivery.
    2. Then used VL09 transaction to reverse the goods issue.  But system giving error saying that HU is already assigned to object.
I cant able to reverse the Goods issue since the HU is same in Inbound delivery and outbound delivery.
Kindly suggest the reversal process for the above case.  Many thanks for your help in advance.
    Awating for your valuable replies.
    Br,

Insted of deleting the handling units you should have un assign the handling units from inbound delivery. You have deleted the handling units and the same handling units will not be available in outbound delivery Pack icon.
Do one thing are you able to enter line item in sales order ?.If yes then create inbound delivery manually and create new handling units for the qty and do GR.
Currently where is the stock is it transit ?.If yes then above option may work.
If nothing is possible only an option to write a SAP oss note they will correct your outbound delivery and inbound delivery.

  • Goods Issue from ECP with Batch Management

    Hi experts,
I would like to make a Goods Issue from Execution Services in Easy Cost Planning. But the material has Batch Management active and I am not able to inform the batch.
I know I can make the same movement from MB1B but I would like to do it from the Easy Cost Planning environment.
    Is it possible?
    Thanks

    Dear,
I think you can solve this through your Characteristics in the Costing Model. In the Characteristic Edit Screen, Goto Values tab, Select your material and click on Object Dependecies Button, see if you can use or create a new Dependency for your material for picking or suggesting batch number.
    Hope this helps...

  • Confirmation of Production order with out goods issue

    Dear All
In one of the post the solution is given as below.
"<b>Try using user exit "EXIT_SAPLCORF_102" to check goods issue at the time of confirmation using CO11N.</b>"
    But ..
    1. How and where to find this user exit
    2. What code to add inside this user exit like looping, condition and so on.
Please help us, as <b>we do not have sufficient exposure in user exit</b>
    Thanks in advance
    Raj

    Hi Raj,
I will guide to see the user exit.
Use T.code co11n & the production order no. & enter.
Goto the menu, choose the system status & double click the program name(GUI).
This will take you to another screen, got to menu & choose variant. From here you can get the package name.
Use T.code SMOD, give a name eg.ZABC & press F4, remove ZABC & enter the package name & press enter, you can see a list of user exits for this screen. Note down your user exit & then use T.code CMOD & give a name Eg.ZPP1 , then create.
Press save local object & then press enhancements, enter the user exit name you had noted down from SMOD transaction. This will take you to the program screen.
Here you can see the include program.
Double click the include program & add the new codes you need. Reg. Coding pl. refer to ABAP consultant.

  • Profit center substitution in Goods issue document

    Hello Gurus
I am determining profit center through the profit center substitution in sales order through 0KEM transaction and activated it in 0KEL as activation 3.
I have taken the fields as sales organization  and sales office with transaction code VA01 and VL02N .
After this the substitution happening in sales order and also in delivery but the substitution is not reflecting in the goods issue document neither coming  for inventory nor in COGS anyway but it is reflecting in the FI accounting document but not for customer but for sales.
Please help me  to with your kind suggestion for resolving this issue.
I need the substituted Profit center also to come in the accounting document of PGI and for customer in FI accounting document.
    Thanks in advance
    Subu

    Hi Subbu
    1. 0KEM works for sales order and related billing.. It does not work for PGI, unless you are in MTO scenario and sales order is CO object
    2. At PGI - Inventory a/c will be Cr with PC in Mat Master... COGS (If not a cost element) will also be Dr with the same PC
If you are in MTO, the COGS will be posted to sales order and hence, it will have the same PC as sales order
    3. During Billing, revenue a/c is Cr with PC in sales order... Customer line is never shown with PC in the line item....
    - If you are on EC-PCA, you need to run 1KEK at month end...
    - If you are on New GL + Doc Splitting, PC will be shown in the "General Ledger View" in customer line item... the "Entry View" wont have any PC

  • COPA document not generated when Post Goods Issue is reversed.

    Hello Friends,
WE uses Stock Transport Order in two steps for transfering Stock from one plant to another.  We have defined a Condition type FRB1 to capture the Freight cost involved in the stock transfer.
When the Post goods issue is done for the Stock Transport Order. following Accounting documents are generated.
    Accounting
    Profit Center
    COPA
    Spec. Purpose Ledger
    Controlling Document
    Material Ledger document.
But When the Post goods issue is reversed through transaction code VL09 all the above documents are generated except for COPA document. Though in controlling document it shows the object type hit is REO i.e profitability Analysis
For further information we have mapped cost element (600150) with Value field in PA transfer structure (Direct assignment from FI and MM. Movement type used for PGI are 641 & 642.
    Thank you

    Dear Colleagues
I thank all those who put in thier time and efforts for possible solution for my problem. But I could resolve this issue with help from SAP.
Basically in costing based COPA the system does not post the cost of goods sold to COPA during goods issue but it is done at the time of posting the invoice since the system wants to see the revenues and the COGS values together.
Since the system posts the COGS into COPA at the time of invoice posting, you will appreciate that if this is also done during goods
issue then you will have duplicate entries in your COPA (i.e. the COGS will be doubled).
If in transaction VL01N/VL02N a costing-based line item would be posted, the costs would be double in CO-PA (the billing and goods issue). For this reason, no costing based line items will be created in the standard R/3 system for transaction VL01N/VL02N.
If for some reason you still wish to post the COGS to COPA during goods issue you have to do the same thro a modification of the system. In your case you have applied note 214381 for the same. Please note here that movement type '641' is used as an example. For other movement types you will need to code accordingly.
as per note 337488 point 2. the changes of note 214381 were not required in our case. Therefore we reverted these changes in LKEIIF01 and added the relevant coding for movement type 642 in function COPA_DOCUMENT_CHECK as per note 337488 point 2.
Looking forward for your continued support

  • No budget credit with goods issue

1- At the time of  Purchase order , system should watch the budget ( Working fine )
2- at the time of goods issuance, system should watach the budget of expenditure line item ( working Fine), but stock line item posting should be statiscal. When we post goods issue, system credit the budget of stock line item which we do not want.
    Please guide
    Thanks

    Hi,
You should create a derivation rule in your FMDERIVE strategy, defining that in cases of relevant material transaction and credit operation (all these fields are available as source fields), the FM objects derived are dummy(statistical).

  • Check a UDF of batch number when I create Goods Issue or Delivery

    Hello,
I manage my items with batch number and I want to block the creation of all  Goods Issue or Delivery in function of the value of a UDF (created the OIBT table).
I think I can achieve this by using the stored procedure SBO_SP_TransactionNotification, but I never used it and I don't know if (and how) I can retrieve the selected batchnumbers of my documents.
Is it possible to do so, or do you have any better suggestions???
    Thank You,
    Xavier.

    Hi Xavier,
You can find some additional information about the SBO_SP_TransactionNotification stored procedure here:
    The stored procedure only returns the following;
    - Object type
    - Transaction type
    - Num_of_cols_key (number of columns in the primary key of the object)
    - List_of_key_cols_tab_del (the list of the columns in the primary key)
    - List_of_cols_val_tab_del (the values of these columns)
So the stored procedure doesn't directly return the information you want. You would have to link this with a DI application to access the document in question using the value of the primary key returned by the stored procedure. (Or through using an SQL query also using the primary key returned by the SP).
Please note however, that SBO_SP_TransactionNotification is designed for notification purposes only. SAP can only support any issues arising out of use as a notification mechanism; the use of this stored procedure to block transactions or work as an authentication step are not supported. Please see SAP note 1011154 for more information.

  • Error while goods issue

    hi sapgurus,
    plz solve my problem
While goods issue using MIGO system giving this error
      1) G/L account 891000 does not exist in company code 1000
      2) when I created g/l account 891000 using T.Co.FS00 system giving this error
Account 891000 requires an assignment to CO object.

    Hi
Please check first the field status of the account in FS00.
If this account requires CO object as mandatory then check whether a cost element is created or not , this error normally occurs when CO object is mandatory but relevant cost element is not created. CO object can be a cost center.
go to T code  KA04 and delete the cost elements for your G/L accounts.
because 891000 is defined as a cost element.
Put your G/L account as a cost elements there

  • What is the difference between delivery date and actual goods issue date?

    Hi ,
Can you please tell me the difference between Delivery date and Actual goods issue date ?
Delivery data can be be greater than goods issue date?
    Thanks,
    Ajay

    Hi Ajay,
Delivery date means its the original date on which the delivery should be done.Actual goods Issue date is the date on which goods to be delivered according to the purchase order. There can be delay in the delivery so we maintain 2 objects.
Yes delivery date can be greater than Goods Issue date.
    Hope this clears

  • New planned goods issue date during delivery creation due to changed route

    Hello All,
I have defined 2 routes with different values for transit time and transporation lead times. I have configured routes such that in order creation - route A is determined and while delivery creation due to weight group - delivery B is determined.
Now for Route A i have maintained transit time of 3 days and Transportation lead time of 4 days and for Route B it is 1 day each.
Delivery scheduling is active for the order type.
Now when i create the order with a delivery date of say 05/24/2010 then (route A with transit time of 3 days) is determined and the planned goods issue date of 05/21/2010 is in the order.
Now while creating delivery (Route B which has transit time 1 day) is determined due to the weight group. But the planned goods issue date is still the same 05/21/2010 as in order.
I am assuming that since the route B has a route of 1 day so the planned goods issue date should be re-determined to 05/23/2010? IS there no scheduling done during delivery creation even though route and subsequently transit time has changed?
Please let me know the answer to this...
    Thanks
    Shobhit

    Hi ,
You can use TA - MASS . Enter object type - BUS2032(for sales orders) on initial screen and select sales item data.
Next screen enter selection fields like sales order no and items. After giving order no and item range , execute and enter all new values for any item data fields. After pressing button "carry out mass change", don't forget to press save button.
