Goup by + having ERROR (Oracle DBA issue)

Hi,
I've got a very strange error and I'm very confused ...
The Db is Oracle 10 g version 10.2.0.1.0
Look at the query below :
select
sum(IMPORTO_DOVUTO) ,
sum(IMPORTO_PAGATO) ,
sum(IMPORTO_DOVUTO) - sum(IMPORTO_PAGATO) as diff,
CD_FATTURA
from
F_PAGAMENTO
where
CD_FATTURA = 'xyz' and
ID_TIPO_RIGA_PAG in (1,2,5,6)
and ID_DT_SCADENZA_FATT <= 20101231
group by CD_FATTURA
having 0 < sum(IMPORTO_DOVUTO) - sum(IMPORTO_PAGATO)
The record related to CD_FATTURA = 879802 are:
IMPORTO_DOVUTO__ IMPORTO_PAGATO___CD_FATTURA
0_________________100________________xyz
0_________________110.5______________xyz
0_________________200________________xyz
410.5_____________ 0__________________xyz
If I launch this query with the filter CD_FATTURA = 'xyz' and no records are returned.
If I launch the query without the filter CD_FATTURA = 'xyz' and in the result set I can find
1 record related to the CD_FATTURA = xyz
IMPORTO_DOVUTO______IMPORTO_PAGATO___diff___________CD_FATTURA
410.5_________________0_________________410.5__________xyz
I can't undestand the reason why it appens ... I seems a table corruption or what else ?

Here is my last post:
I've found that there is a bug with Oracle 10g related to the optimizer and the HASH GROUP BY ...
The solutions indicated on the web are 2:
1) patch the DB at least at 10.2.0.3
2) change the values of 2 parameters:
a) set optimizer_features_enable back to 10.1.0 (to use a previous optimizer)
b) set the the hidden parameter gbyhash_aggregation_enabled to FALSE
I tried to set the parameters and now it works !
But it's slower ...
