GR for PO in forex resulted in currency conversion rounding difference

Hi,
I have created a PO in foreign currency and when I perform a GR in MIGO, it created the following 4 FI postings:
1) DR Stock - Amount in Forex, Amount in Local Curx
2) CR GR/IR - Amount in Forex, Amount in Local Curx
3) DR Rounding Diff  0.00 in Forex, 0.01 in Local Curx
4) CR Rounding Diff 0.00 in Forex, 0.01 in Local Curx.
Below are the information for the PO item:
Quantity = 350
Unit Price in EUR = 10.39.  ==> Amount in forex = 350 * 10.39 = 3,636.50
Conversion rate = 10.61 ==> Amount in local curx = 350 * 10.39 * 10.61 = 38,583.265 rounded to 28,583.27.
Line 1 & line 2 ==> Rounded amount = 28,583.27.
Question: Why is the additional lines (3) & (4) being generated ?
When I did the MIGO posting, the system ask for the additonal account keys PRD and KDM in OBYC which I have supplied with "Rounding Diff" Account.
We have tried with different quantities and this problem so far only happens when the quantiy = 350.  (Incidently, the rounding diffence for quantity 350 is exactly 0.005 and the same rounding difference of 0.005 is also applies to quantity 1050, 1750, 2450 etc at every 700 units increment; BUT the 0.01 rounding difference only happeded for quantity 350. Very strange ??)
Additional Info:
No special rounding rules is configured in the system.
Please advice.
Thanks and regards,
Hu Ghee.

Hi Pankaj,
Actually, your suggestion worked.  It was jus that when I went to the OMRW screen earlier (even before I posted this message), I saw that the setting was "Blank" and thought that it meant "Not activated" whereas what I need to do was to set it to "No" for no exchange difference.
TQVM.

  • Currency conversion - CO differences

    Hi Guys,
We are doing technical currency conversion at data base tableu2019s level from SGD to USD for our company code (EURO solution). During this conversion, FI reconciliation is able to achieve. On the other hand where CO data also changed balances form SGD to USD on fixed rate (exchange rate) conversion base, it will lead some small rounding differences either +/-. Is there any way to adjust these small differences in CO module alone with out impacting to other modules (Running EURO CO reconciliation programs i have idea apart from this any solution Plz)!
    Thanks for your valuable inputs.

    Thanks Guys.
We decided to use conversion cost center and element or internal order to write off the differences during currency conversion occured. Once go-live went will block for postings and for reporting management need to omit this.

  • Currency Conversion issue for YTD model

    Hello,
Currently our Client is using YTD (year to date) model to maintain data into BPC 7.5NW, and planning to use BPC for currency conversion from LC to USD. They are not converting the values in Transactional system. When performing this all Balance sheet accounts will be using YTD model for conversion, but income statement accounts should be using Periodic values for conversion.
We have two different Entity FX types: one is USDFNC - USD functional and NUSDFNC - Non USD functional. One of the differences between these two FX types is CTA account, USDFNC is using expense Account to Book CTA and NUSDFNC is using Equity Account to book CTA.
To achieve the above mentioned requirement, I did configure BPC as follows:
    1) Use RATE type AVG (average for Income statement accounts)
    2) Use RATE type END (spot rate for Balance sheet Accounts)
    3) In business rules for Account rate type AVG- formula would be [AVG], apply to periodic flag will be checked.
    5) in business rules for Account Rate Type END - Formula would be [END], apply to periodic flag will be blank.
    6) To calculate CTA for ENTITY FX type- NUSDFNC, I configured the following in Account Rate type AVG - destination account is equity account, Formula is [END]-[AVG], apply to periodic flag will be blank and Entity FX type is NUSDFNC.
    7) To calculate CTA for ENTITY FX type- USDFNC, I configured the following in Account Rate type AVG - destination account is expense account, Formula is [END]-[AVG], apply to periodic flag will be blank and Entity FX type is USDFNC.
Above configuration is giving me correct converted result for all Balance sheet accounts and income statement accounts are showing the correct values when I use the formula (current period LC amount-previous period LC amount)*(current period AVG rate). But I saw difference in Balance sheet, so further analyzed CTA (currency Translation Accounts) and found that the difference is because of CTA amount only. Similar CTA differences exist for both USDFNC entities and NUSDFNC entities. So, I think my logic to calculate CTA is not working.
I am using the standard script logic to run Currency Conversion:
    *RUN_PROGRAM CURR_CONVERSION
         CATEGORY  = %CATEGORY_SET%
         TID_RA = %TIME_SET%
         CURRENCY = %RPTCURRENCY_SET%
         RATEENTITY = GLOBAL
    *ENDRUN_PROGRAM
    *COMMIT
Can any one help me to understand whether this configuration is correct? I feel that I may need to change the logic for calculating CTA. But not sure about what and where
Edited by: amarnathputta on Nov 24, 2011 5:36 AM

    Thank you Ethan,
Let me try to explain this with few dollar amounts:
Let us consider that I have data for 1st month (Jan) of the year 2011,
Net income for Jan. 2011 in LC = 59916152.19
Net income for Jan. 2011 in USD calculated using Average rate is  = $ 9,223,013.14
CTA for the same month is  (net income in LC X spot rate) - net income in USD at average rate =((59916152.19)*(0.154617))-9223013.14 = 41,042.564
    This value is correct.
For the month of Feb 2011:
    Net income for Feb.2011in LC = 60415519.01
Net income for Feb.2011 in USD at average rate (with periodic flag on) = 9,300,112.38 ( I calculated this value manually and it is correct after conversion)
calculated CTA for the same month is (60415519.01*0.154083)-9300112.38 = 8,892.035.
But actually BPC calculated CTA is 18,547.56 (I felt that this may be because I am not using the Flag apply periodic value while calculating CTA and when I flagged that, BPC is giving me a very big difference in CTA)
My balance sheet is exactly off with the difference in CTA.
Hope this helps you to understand my problem.

  • Currency Conversion for Exchange rate type "AS02"

    Hi Experts,
I am gonna post the most challenging problem (regarding currency conversion) I ever faced in my 1 year of BW Carrier.Kindly provide a solution.
There are three types of currency to be used in the query for Key Figure 0NET_VALUE (so total 3 Key Figures to be created)
1.Document currency (may be any currency)
       2.Local Currency (must be EURO)
       3.Global Currency (must be USD)
From Document currency to Local Currency(EURO) we are using Exchange rate Type "M" (in Conversion Type created in Trans RRC1) [There is no problem in this conversion]
    Problem starts now--->
From Local Currency(EURO) to Global Currency(USD) we have to use Exchange rate type "AS02" (in conversion type to be created in RRC1)
but there is a Business requirement  that currency rate should be as per the last day of the entered period;and this logic should work for the range of periods also.
    Example :
we are executing query for the period 006/2006 (posting Period)
Last day of this period is 06/30/2006,
Currency rate would be as per 06/30/2006
And this currency rate should be same throughout the period 006/2006 in query
The example was for single period, but logic must be incorporated for the range of the periods.

    Hi..
There is no corresponding source key figure in the InfoSource for the target key figureof the InfoCube.
    a. A source key figure of the same type can be assigned to the target key figure
(for example, sales revenue instead of sales quantity revenue).
If the currencies of both of the key figures are the same, no currency
    translation can take place.
If the currencies are different, a translation can take place either using a
currency translation type or by simply assigning a currency.
The following table provides an overview of possible combinations with different
currencies in the source and target key figures:
if Source key figure currency  is fixed , Target key figure currency is variable  then Currency translation (CT)  No CT
if Source key figure currency  is fixed , Target key figure currency is fixed  then Currency translation (CT)   CT
if Source key figure currency  is variable , Target key figure currency is fixed then Currency translation (CT)   CT
if Source key figure currency  is variable  , Target key figure currency is variable  then Currency translation (CT)  CT or assignment
    b. If there is no corresponding source key figure of the same type, then you have
to fill the key figure for the data target from a routine.
If the target key figure has a fixed currency, no currency translation is
carried out. This means that if translation is required, you have to execute
    it in the routine.
If the target key figure has a variable currency, you also have to assign
a variable source currency to the routine. Using the F4 help you can
select a currency from the variable currencies in the communication
    structure. You have two options:
    – You can select a variable currency and assign it.
    – You select a currency translation type and a currency into which you
    wish to translate (‘To’ currency).
The ‘To’ currency is, by default, the target currency if it is included in the
    communication structure.
Creating a Routine for Currency Translation:
If you want to translate currencies in the update even though the currency translation is not
available for one of the above reasons, you can create a routine. Choose Routine, set the
Unit Calculation in the Routine and choose Create Routine. In the routine editor you get
the additional return parameter UNIT, the value of which is used to determine the target

<b>The translation key is a combination of different parameters that establish how the exchange rate for the translation is executed.
The parameters that determine the exchange rate are the source and the target currency, the exchange rate type and the time reference for the translation.</b>
The source currency is determined from the data record or dynamically from the master data of the specified InfoObject (currency attribute)
The target currency can either be fixed in the translation key or selected at the time of translation.
You can also use an InfoObject (currency attribute) to determine the target currency.
The exchange rate type distinguishes exchange rates that are valid in the same time frame next to each other, for example, the bid rate, ask rate or middle rate. The exchange rate types are stored and can be maintained in a central table (TCURV).
The time reference for the currency translation can be either fixed or variable
The fixed time reference can either be a fixed key date that is stored in the translation type, or be determined using the system date when executing the currency translation.
If the time reference is variable, then the point in time for the exchange rate determination comes from the value of a time characteristic (InfoObject). The reference can, for example, be the end or the start of a fiscal year or a calendar year, a period and a month – or even to the exact day. It can also be determined using a customer-specific InfoObject (for example, trading day).
    Currency translation in the BEx
When selecting a translation key with a fixed target currency     this currency will be added automatically to the query definition
Also, you can use translation keys selecting their target currency at the time of translation. These can be applied in two different ways:
Selection of a specific target currency in the query definition (1)
    Entry by variable (2)
Dynamic translation keys require input from the InfoCube !
InfoObject value will be read during query execution
    Examples:
    dynamic time reference (p.eg. 0CALDAY)
          time characteristic
target currency determined by InfoObject (currency attribute)
characteristic which contains currency in its attribute table
the corresponding InfoObject has to be part of the InfoCube
1.Define the currency attribute in the InfoObject maintenance
The currency attribute has to be a unit InfoObject of type currency
The unit InfoObject must be an attribute of the characteristic
The currency attribute should be filled in the master data table of the corresponding InfoObject (manual maintenance or upload via InfoSource)
2.Enter the InfoObject in the translation key maintenance
Only InfoObjects with a currency attribute can be used in translation keys (p.eg. 0COMP_CODE)
At the time of currency translation the value for the source currency / target currency is then derived for every record from the master data table of the specified InfoObject
All values for a query are translated ad hoc (after having executed the query) using a translation key
Depending on the translation key a fixed target currency will be used for translation or you will be able to select the target currency
The ad hoc currency translation offers only restricted functionality (selection of translation key and target currency) compared to the currency translation in the query definition
Do not forget to create your translation keys before starting your work in the Business Explorer Analyzer
    Example:
You load the following record to your InfoCube:
    Company Code:                1000
    Amount in Source Currency:      500,-
    Source Currency:                FRF
    Target Currency:               ?
In the Update rules, you are now using a translation key which derives the target currency from the InfoObject 0COMP_CODE. During the Update Process the target currency will then be read for Company Code 1000 from the master date table of 0COMP_CODE.
With the currency translation in the Business Explorer, the source currency can currently only be determined from the data record.
Only translation keys with a fixed exchange rate type can be used in the BEx
Translation keys with a dynamic time reference (from an InfoObject) can only be used in the query definition. It is not possible to fill the InfoObject by a variable !
Translation keys getting their target currency from a currency attribute can only be selected in the query definition
When getting the dynamic reference from an InfoObject (p.eg. 0CALDAY) the currency translation will apply to each record read from the database. That means it will use the date in this record for the currency translation.
When using a variable you will restrict the output of your query to a certain amount of data. For example, you would translate all invoices of March 11 with the translation date March 11
This means, the requirement “show me all invoices in my cube in group currency, conversion date: 14.07.2001” could not be solved by a variable input for 0CALDAY
    I hope this would help...
    with regards,
    hari

  • Currency conversion type with variable for target currency

    Hi,
I use a currency conversion type with a bex variable for target currency in a query in order to convert a Key Figure. It works fine but instead of short text description there's the technical description of the variable in the selection screen. How can i change the description of the variable ?
For information, in the bex, we can't see the variable in "variable sequence". I use BI 7.0
    François.

    Hi,
The problem was that in the maintenance of the currency translation type the option  Target Currency from Variable” was checked. As a consequence in the properties of our key figure the drop-down-list Target Currency was set to  from variable” with no chance of changing it (it was grey).
What we can do was to choose the option  Target Currency Selection with Translation” instead of  Target Currency from Variable”. Now, in the properties of the key figure we can choose the variable in the dropdown-list Target Currency and tick the option “Variable Entry”. As a result, the variable shows up in the query properties and we can change its arrangement.

  • Currency conversion issue in SPM. We are getting incorrect results with SPM conversion function from one of the document currency to USD.

Currently we are using SPM 2.0 version and we have been facing currency conversion issues.
Please help me in following aspects.
    1) Where actually currency conversion happens in SPM. Is it the global program which does the conversion or other way.
    2) We have conversion issue for one of the currency where conversion function is giving incorrect results when converting from one of the document currency to USD. here The respective document currency is considering the 1:1 ratio with Dollar which is actually incorrect.
    3) We have verified in both BI side(currency tables) and even ECC side.
Please help me in understanding this issue and let me know if you need more information on this.
Its an production issue and appreciated your immediate inputs.
    Thanks
    Kiran

    Hi Arun,
The following information may be helpful to you.The SSA_HELPER_PROGRAM has options regarding currency settings.
EXCH_RATE_TYPE: This flag governs the exchange rate type which will be used for currency conversion in data management. For example if RSXAADMIN contains an entry EXCH_RATE_TYPE = „ZSPM‟ then the conversion type used for currency conversion is ZSPM. The default value for the exchange rate type is „M‟. More details can be found in the note 1278988.
CURRENCYCONVERSION: By default data management converts all the measures in transaction currency to reporting currency and copies over to the corresponding measure in reporting currency. If the measure in reporting currency is already available in source it might be desirable to disable the currency conversion. To disable the conversion you can make an entry CURRENCYCONVERSION = „ „ in the table RSXAADMIN. This can also be achieved by running the program SSA_HELPER_PROGRAM with the option DEACTIVATE_CURRENCYCONVERSION. The conversion can be reactivated by running the same program with option ACTIVATE_CURRENCYCONVERSION.
UNITCONVERSION: Similar to above. To deactivate unit conversion you can use the program with option and DEACTIVATE_UNITCONVERSION and to reactivate ACTIVATE_UNITCONVERSION. By default both the conversions are switched on
EXTERNAL_CURRENCIES: Normally most of the international currencies are stored with two decimal places however certain currencies do have 0 and 1 decimal place too. For example JPY has 0 decimal places. SAP internal format stores even these currencies with 2 decimal places and at the time of display it changes the value to right decimal places. In case a file from external source is loaded to SPM it might have the format with 0 decimal places in the file. To convert it to SAP standard format post processing needs to be done on this value. If that is the case you can set the flat EXTERNAL_CURRENCIES = „X‟ in the table which will enable the post processing for these values. This flag can also be set and reset using the helper program using the option TURNON_EXT_CURRENCY_FORMAT and TURNOFF_EXT_CURRENCY_FORMAT.

  • Highly frustrated with Outlook 2013 Search People box bugs - Multiple Name Results for Same Contact & Inconsistent Results

The Outlook 2013 "Search People" box does not function properly. It frequently displays incorrect results or a mess of duplicate results. I've reported previous issues about this and consolidating my posts into one (with screenshots this
time). Hopefully this message will be forwarded to or seen by the Outlook programmers. It really needs to be fixed.
Outlook 2010 and other prior versions worked perfectly. You search for name, you get ONE result with the info you're looking for. FAST AND EASY. But with Outlook 2013 Microsoft has created a heck of a mess resulting in huge frustration and productivity loss
with such simple but important tasks.
I have hundreds of contacts stored in my Outlook address book, and they all have COMPLETE contact info added.
One major issue that I'm experiencing in the new Outlook 2013 is that I now get average of 4 or more duplicate name results appearing for the same contact. And each result contains different and incomplete contact info, making it impossible for me to quickly
find the basic info I'm looking for. The cause of this issue is that Outlook 2013 now provides results from not only your local address book(s), but it also shows results based  on your email history and social media accounts setup.
And there's no way to turn this off, or at least specify what folders and/or accounts the People Search box should use.
To make matters worse, the Microsoft developers conveniently forgot to add some form of an indicator (like a small icon besides each name result in the list)  that clearly indicates what result is from what source. So you must manually click on each
result one at a time and repeat the search until you locate the correct one.
For one specific example, I have a contact stored in my local address book called
Infusionsoft. When I type "Infusionsoft" in the People Search box to quickly find a phone number, Outlook  2013 shows me 7 results with the same name. See the screenshot below:
As you can see in the screenshot above, every result just says "Infusionsoft", so I have to manually click on each name result one at a time and repeat the process until I find the correct one from my address book. This same thing happens with other
    random contacts.
From what I can tell, Outlook is pulling results based on  based on recent emails I've received from different people with "@infusionsoft.com" in their email address. So the first result shows "[email protected]" (just the email
address), the second result shows "[email protected]", the third result shows "[email protected]" and so forth. I don't want Outlook to show all of that. I just want what's in my address book!
And you would think that the last result would be the correct one from my address book, but no. Sometimes its the 5th result, and other times it's the 3rd or 7th result. So there's no freaking order of things here.
We simply need the ability to turn off searching of email history and other accounts when using the People Search box. Problem fixed.
(And please don't tell me that I need to "link" every incorrect result to one main contact. You shouldn't expect everyone to have to tediously link any and all results that appear to a record. ESPECIALLY when 5+ results for each contact appear regularly.)
ISSUE 2: Some names must be typed in a different way for the Search People to locate them
Another big issue I'm having with the Search People box is that some name searches don’t show the correct result, unless I search for their names in a different way.
For one specific example, I have a contact stored in my address book named "Dave Johnson". When I type "Dave Johnson" in the Search People box, one result appears, but it's just his email address, only. It's not the result that's stored in my Outlook address
book with his phone number, addresses, etc. Screen shot below:
If I type in Dave's name reverse order (Johnson Dave),  no results are found at all.
Now if I just type in just"Johnson" all by itself, it finds Dave's correct result (the one stored in my Outlook Address Book). Along with everybody else that has "Johnson" in their name (see screenshot below)...
I double-checked how I have Dave's name programed in my address book, and it's in there as "Dave Johnson" for both the Full Name and File As fields.
Also, the name order shouldn't make any difference when using the People Search Box anyway. Sometimes I can find people by Last Name, First Name or First Name, Last Name. Only with random contacts does it get difficult finding  their info and
I have to do strange things like this to find them from the People Search box.
ISSUE 3: Some Search People results only yield an email address only.
For other random contacts, some search results only yield an email address with no other contact details. But I can open the persons contact card from the address book manually, with the same email address shown! Screenshot below...
In the screenshot above, I have outlined the Search People box results in red, and the Address Book results in green. You can clearly see that "Robert White" is a contact stored in my local address book with full contact details, but the Search People result
only shows his email address! Again, it's not consitent. It's hit or miss with different people.
ISSUE 4: Some results just don't appear at all, but they are in the address book
Another issue I'm experiencing with the People Search Box is that some people simply  cannot be found. But I can see their contact info just fine if I click on the "People" tab down at the bottom of the page and type in their name in the "Search Contacts"
field. Why can't the People Search box find certain people? I opened up their contact details and cannot find a single thing  that would prevent them from showing up in results.
These are clearly serious bugs that need to be fixed. And I'm shocked as to how this got missed--or ignored during alpha and beta testing. I see the "idea" behind the developers having the Search People box search everything outside of the
address book, but in real world application this causes a heck of a lot of problems & confusion, and it needs to be fixed ASAP.
For technical details, I have Outlook 2013 running on two computers using hosted Exchange 2010. One system is Windows 7 and other is Windows 8. The same problems occur on BOTH computers. As far as my Outlook account setup, I have all contacts stored in the
main address book (no sub-folders or other folders).
Can someone help communicate this message to the Outlook developers??? The "Frown" button limits me to 100 characters and one image. There's no way I can communicate this level of detail and steps to duplicate in 100 characters!

    Thanks for your reply.
    1) The instant search boxes in each individual page work just fine. If I am on the People page and type in a name in the "Search Contacts" field, it searches my contacts and displays the results that I want. But I should not have to leave whatever screen
I'm in to find people now. In Outlook 2010 and earlier versions, I could be on the calendar page and then search for a contact without clicking off the calendar completely. For productivity-sake, it's a huge waste of time and hassle now.
    2) I'm familiar with how contact linking works, and quite frankly it's a huge mess in general. I NEVER create multiple contacts for the same person. I get that Outlook 2013 get confused now when it detects a LinkedIn or Facebook account for the same person
already in my Outlook address book, but we need to have options that allow us to turn off results from some or all social networks. This is a big part of the problem.
Think about it this way - The average person has 150+ LinkedIn connections, and more for Facebook. Many people today have accounts for both and they are setup with the same email address. When Outlook 2013 has to scan all the networks IN ADDITION to your
local address book(s), it's a no brainer that it can get very confused trying to display results.
Another big part of the problem is that Outlooks new search system also scans your email history. I receive emails from people who use multiple email addresses, or emails from companies with multiple reps or ticket systems that send you a unique
ticket ID # ending in the same email address domain. Now Outlook displays people search results based on everything under the sun in my email history. This is beyond frustrating (see my "Infusionsoft" screenshot above in the first post).
Again, I want to stress that for the search examples I referenced, I only have one entry in my Outlook address book for each person. And that's all I want to find when I search for people--what's already in my own address book!
    In summary:
We need an OPTION to turn off searching external networks when using the People Search box
We need an option to tell Outlook to not scan email history for people search results (I think this needs to be disabled entirely actually. It's not helpful at all)
There should be a fixed priority for displaying people search results, with local address book results FIRST, followed by social network results.
There should be a clear icon/indicator next to each result that gives you a clue as to where the result is coming from. Your address book? Facebook? LinkedIn? We should not need to click on each result to get a hint as to where it's coming from.
Work out the bugs in general with the new search system.
One other thing that I didn't mention is that the Search People box also shows results for people I'm not even "friends" or connected with on the different social networks. But I've noticed that some people use the same email address for those networks that
I already have programmed for them in my address book, which is why Outlook sometimes shows me these results. Does that make sense?
I'll try rebuilding the index, but after testing Outlook 2013 on 3 different machines so far and seeing the same results (all slightly different results on each machine and very inconsistent), I doubt this will address the issue.

  • Windows 8.1 PC, using reader, when searching a folder containing approx 100 doc's. If i search for a word, no results are returned. only the doc names can be found but nothing from within the doc. This is a new problem and was not the case before.

This is a new problem and was not the case before.

Works perfectly fine for me with the latest Reader version (11.0.09).
You write that it worked "before"; before what?  An update?  Update from what version to what version?

  • Currency Conversion for historical Amount

    Hello Experts,
Can some one help me to find a solution for my reporting requirement.
As part of GL reporting, I have a report which shows accumulated balance for given fiscal year/period. If the currency is in USD,I have no issues. When the currency is in non USD(Ex: EUR) I need to convert it into USD at BW side.
    Here is the example:
    User Enters: Fiscal Year/Period : 2007003
Accumulated Balance for particular GL account might be 300 EUR.
But actual posting might be happened in 2006012.
While converting it to USD it should take the 2006012 exchage rate from TCURR and convert it.
I have created a RRC1 object and used it in Query but it is using 2007003 exchange rate.
Please help me to solve this problem.
    Thanks,
    Bobby

    Hi,
make your currency conversion type time dependent that is the the exchange rates should be picked based on the date when the G/L account was posted.
Go to transaction RRC1 chose your exchange rate type and in the time ref. tab give key date as the posting date it will pick the exchange rate as the date when the doc was posted.
    Hope it clears
    Thanks

  • Inputs required  for Displaying whole Report  in Single Currency only

    Hi All,
Actually in R/3 Transactions are recorded in different currencies like 1)USD
                    2)AUD,CAD,EURO(Non-USD or FCC)
    Firstly,
I need to display whole report in USD only. I have to convert all other currencies to USD (What are the posssible options and how to handle Currency Conversion)
    Second Scenario
Moreover I have to provide Selection Screen options for Query in  such a way that query  has to display like below
    1) USD only.( If I give USD in selection screen of query it has to Retreive USD data only)
2)FCC(NON-USD) only.(It has to retreive AUD,CAD,EURO etc only)
3)Doc Currency (if i give whatever currency like it that may be USD or CAD or AUD that only should be retreived.)
How to handle the above Selection criteria
As iam not aware of the above Pls be very clear.
    Regards,
    C.V.

    Hi,
If you shift the display mode of FF7B to standard Overview (F9) or click balance on display currency, the values will be shown in selected display currency in the entry screen.
The pre-requisiste for getting correct value is to maintain the curr conversion table daily using OB08.

  • Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check - VL060

    Dear Experts,
Credit Management is active in the Process.
Every time I try to create Delivery Document including Returns Delivery the following error is displayed "Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check"
I will release the document by using Tcode VKM3.
Though Credit Limits are maintained for Customer in FD32 and credit Exposure has not exceeded the Credit Limits the Delivery Document creation is bloced.
    How to solve this issue.
    Regards
    Hari

    Hi Prasanth,
    Checked both the areas i.e.
In VOV8,  the field Delivery block is Blank and
In VOV7 for Returns item category credit active is unticked.
Even while doing standard delivery system is blocking for creating Delivery, which needs to be released using VKM3 Transaction. I have checked for Item category TAN where the credit active is checked.
Please suggest solution for both Standard and Reurns Delivery Block issue.
    regards
    Hari

  • Order blocked for delivery as a result of credit check

    Hell SAP Experts,
A Order is blocked for delivery as a result of credit check.
I have RELEASED it through the TCode- VKM3. But still the Order's over all credit status is ‘B’   (Credit check was executed ,document NOT OK).
I have checked if the Customer is BLOCKED for Delivery in VD05,but it is not.
Is there any other Place where I need to RELEASE such Order from  Credit check?
Can anyone help me to remove the Blocked order.
    Appreciating your quick reply.
    Thanks in advance ,
    Umesh Karane

I have RELEASED it through the TCode- VKM3. But still the Order's over all credit status is ‘B’   (Credit check was executed ,document NOT OK).
Over all status B means still the block was not released in your attempt of VKM3. Goto VA02 sales document header-status you will find credit status as blocked.
if the document is released system shows as "D" so please try to release the document once again properly with VKM3, apart from this t code you can also try with VKM1 or VKM4.
After release check once again the status it should be D
    thanks,
    Srinu.
