Greenhorn with many problems! Please help!!!

Question

1.
How can I place a button in the middle of a form? It doesn't’ work with ‘align: center’
2.
I do have two forms. The first consist of ‘Text’ and a ‘Select List’ called ‘BookingNr’ and ‘Supplement’. The second form consist of the ‘Text’ and the ‘Select List’ of the first form and additional Textfields. Now, how can I take over the values of ‘BookingNr’ and ‘Supplement’ of the first form to the second form?
This is my code in form one:
:P1_BookingNr,:P2_Supplement
&P1_BookingNr.,&P2_Supplement.
After the textfields in form two are my source values of form 1.
What is wrong with that?

How can I generate a form that is based on two tables?
My code:
SELECT v. BOOKINGNR, v. SUPPLEMENTNR, v. ID, r. BOOKINGNR, r. BILLNR
FROM CONTRACT v, BILL r
WHERE v. BOOKINGNR 0 r. BOOKINGNR
After this I can’t see any textfields, only my produced buttons are there.

I want to export my SQL-Database in Excel, but when I use ‘CSV’ there are no columns or rows but only commas between the fields. Like this: “Field 1”,” Field 2”, “Field 3” etc.
Does anyone has a script to keep the right form of my table in Excell or any solution?

1: create a button displayed among this regions items. You can then position it anywhere on the form by changing the sequence number of the item.
2: the items on form 1 are still available from form 2. But if you want to specifically set the values on form 2 then you create a button to submit the form, call it "next". Create a branch to a new page that is conditional on a request of "NEXT". Make the branch set the form items
set these items P2_SUPPLEMENT,P2_BOOKING_NBR
with these values &P1_SUPPLEMENT,.:P1_BOOKING_NBR.
3:
Create a form with out the wizard. Make items to hold the form values. Make a onload process set the form items
SELECT v. BOOKINGNR, v. SUPPLEMENTNR, v. ID, r. BILLNR
into :P1_BOOKINGNR,:P1_SUPPLEMENTNR,:P1_ID,:P1_BILLNR
FROM CONTRACT v, BILL r
WHERE v. BOOKINGNR = r. BOOKINGNR
Make a on submit process to the insert or update
You query won't work without something else to limit the result to one row. You will need to pass in the PK for the table as a (hidden)item
4: That's what a csv looks like. If you want to load the excel spread sheet into htmldb then use the data workshop to load the data or create a table, and cut and past it.
