Guided Procedures "Cannot load callable object container"

I get this error message when ever i initiate the process in the production box, it works fine when i initiate the process in development box.I am talking about the Guided procedures process. the error is "Cannot load callable object container: Failed to get Related Model Object for the object com.sap.caf.eu.gp.ui.actions.decpage.CDecisionPageInterfaceViewdecisionPageUsage1, relation View."
This happens with all processes in production box , it works fine in development box.

Last time I checked contexts and lookups could return null values. And your code is not checking for a null value return.

Guided Procedures Adobe form callable object GRANT POINTS!!!!

Hi,
I am trying to add Adobe form to the GP. I created a simple form template .XDP which contains only two element to test in GP
I created CO no problem based on XDP.
When I am trying to preview my GP I see the following functional error :
No activity is currently selected
or if the CO is attached to the first block for execution this one:
The next activity is not yet available: try again later using the "Refresh" button
Any Ideas ?
Any other COs including WD app COs and other types of callable objects in the same GP work just fine

GP - WD Java: Cannot read callable object description from component

Hi,
i use Guided Procedures and therefore i will generate a WebDynproJ Callable Object inside the GP.
When i try to intergate it into Design-Time i get follwoing error after i picked the WebDynpro Component:
Cannot read callable object description from component: type com.sap.caf.gp.quotcreate.model.bapi_quotation_createfromdata2.types.Vbeln_Va could not be loaded: com.sap.dictionary.runtime.DdException: TypeBroker failed to access SLD: Error while obtaining JCO connection.
Well because i could import the Model into the WD Component in NWDS with the given JCo i have no clue why this error is now popping up.
Does someone have some experience with this phenomenon?!
I also wanted to check the JCo's in Content Admin but even though i am an Admin (i am sure of this) i have no rights to enter this part. Also the SLD is properly configured!

How to resolve error with code: 0xe7210001 cannot load powrprof, object:cls

Doses anybody know how to resolve the error with code: 0xe7210001, message: cannot load powrprof, object:clsd-not-found;
OR: Fingerprintsoftware error OR: THotkey.exe message window multiplicates and computer freezes
Scanned maleware and viruses, also in safe mode, found no infection, reinstalled fingerprint driver but nothing changed.

In my opinion this would mean that there is a problem with Toshiba Power Saver
What Toshiba notebook you have exactly?
Maybe reinstalling Power Saver could help. You can find it on official Toshiba website.

I've just downloaded and installed Pervasive's jdbc driver and j2re-1_4_0-fcs-linux-i386.rpm, but when I try to run java:
[admin@samba-two admin]$ /usr/java/j2re1.4.0/bin/java
Error: failed /usr/java/j2re1.4.0/lib/i386/client/libjvm.so, because libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2: cannot load shared object file: No such file or directory
How can I fix this?

Just had this problem in Mandrake 9.0 with jsdk1.4.1, Same as RedHat 8.0 and 7.x.
On the RPMS section of Disc 1 (I imagine the same for Red Hat) look for the RPM libstdc++2.x.y.rpm (I am not sure what xyz are, the 2 is the key) The other libstdc++5.x.y.z.rpm's are already installed.
Install this RPM and it installs the proper libraries. (as root)
rpm -iv libstdc++2.x.y.rpm In fact Forte4 doesn't even even boot as it uses this lib for the splash screen.
Netscape 7 also needs this library.

JRE 1.4.0 on RedHat7.1. - error... failed... cannot load shared object file

I just installed JRE 1.4, but it doesn't work:
failed /usr/java/j2re1.4.0/lib/i386/client/libjvm.co, because libstdc++-libc6.1.1.so.2: cannot load shared object file: no such file or directory
When i check:
ls /lib/libc-*
/lib/libc/libc-2.2.2.so
What files should I install to get it work?

The best way to explain this problem is JRE 1.4.0 is execting an old shared object for libstdc which had been updated in Redhat 7.2. Since, the functionality in libstdc should still exist in the newer version of libstc I simply made a symbolic link pointing to the current version of libstdc to satisfy JRE 1.4.0.
ln -s /usr/lib/libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so /usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2Hope this helps.

Oracle 9.i - SQLPLUS libodm9.so - cannot load shared object file

I am receive this error when I try to run sqlplus as any other user other than the user who installed the distribution:
libodm9.so: cannot load shared object file file does not exist.
Anyone have any ideas?

I did have my LD_LIBRARY_PATH exported. The funny thing about this is that it works for one user (the user that installed the distribution), but nobody else. This is pretty bizzare. I tried to relink Oracle and received all of the similar errors that everyone else did (GLIBC22 errors). One person said to UPGRADE my binutils, I did this and am still having problems. I think I will wait for Oracle to certify the thing. It's nice to know that some things with Oracle never change. They can release a production piece of software that doesn't work. Pretty typical.

How to enable disable result status of callable object in Guided Procedures

hi,
Currently we are using guided procedures to handle Life Event changes in ESS. Each process has sequential block with Respective actions and callable object assigned to each action.
Most of the callable objects we are using are either standard Java Webdynpro screens that came with ESS business package or custom ABAP Webdynpro's. When we created callable objects with these web dynpro's there is tab that sets result status like "Complete", "Exit" etc.
The issue we are currently facing with result status is, there is no way that control is passed to result status enabled for specific step of guided procedure from the callable object. For example we created callable object for Benefits enrollment screen with result status "Complete". When user initiated guided procedure to make changes to Benefits enrollment, make changes to plans and click save. Once User click Save we want to send control to result status to get enable, till then we don't want the "Complete" button to be enabled on the Guided procedure step.
Is there way to control the result status button based on the action performed by user in respective screen/step of Guided Procedure?
Could someone suggest is there better replacement for guided procedures where I can use some other framework/process to achieve better functionality than GP's.

Interactive Form with Guided Procedure Error

Hi,
I have a guided procedure with a callable object defined to send an email with an attached interactive form. When I execute the guided procedure I keep getting the following error. I have setup the smtp setting under caf/eu/gp/model according to the Configuring GP for Interactive Forms guide.
The mail communication for client application id:0768334F5EF53307986C90435843D119 is not registered. Please contact Bounced Mails administrator:<>
Also note if I have a guided procedure just to send a email notification without an adobe interactive form it works fine.
We are using adobe 8.0 and netweaver 7.0 sp12.
Any help would be appricated.

I also have a similar issue where i have to validate whether the user submitting the offline form is an user who has authorisation ( a table storing user credentails) .
Were you able to solve this issue of security in offline form.

I'm creating a GP Process based on the Exposing an RFC-Enabled Function Module as a Callable Object Tutorial. I'm using the error handling through a structure, the RFC works perfectly when I run it in test mode and the RFC doesn't retrieves exceptions at the structure, but when an error/exception must be returned at the structure, the test is showing this message (and also is not returning any error at the structure):
"Process exception occurred" and "Callable object implementation did not return output parameters".
What can be happening?

Thanks a lot for your answer. My scenario is very simple :
1) the first callable object contains a web dynpro form where user can enter an ID, a name, and other informations
2) the second gets the output parameters of the first step and execute the BAPI_FLCUST_CREATEFROMDATA to add the row into the SCUSTOMER table
The problem is that no row is added. I can integrate BAPI wich allows to read data, but when I try to write (create or change) I cannot see any change.
Do you see my problem now ?

I'm choosing the following options Guided Procedurers-->DesignTime>Create callable object-->userinterface>webdynprocomponent(GP interface)
On entering the required data on the displayed page, when I'm clicking 'next' option it is giving <b>"500 internal server error"</b>.
Can somebody help how to resolve this.

Callable Object transport issue

I created a callable object of WebDynpro application. It works fine.
But when I transported the WebDynpro application and the GP Callable object to another server, the callable object is not able to pull the text, description and other information abt the WebDynpro application, input and output parameters.
I get error as "Cannot read callable object description from component:"
I have un-deployed and re-deployed the callable objects with all its reference.
Please help me on this.
Other details - I am using EP 7.0 for GP and NWDS 7.0 SP14 for WebDynpro application.

Problem solved.. Some problem with the transport file itself. Some Callable objects were not transported.

GP: Info Callable Object working?

Hi all,
I have tried to implement an info CO in one of my processes. That Callable Object takes a string as input parameter and launches a search website to find the results. It worked well in the test environment in design time. But wenn I added that CO as Info Callable Object to an action of my process. It's not displayed in the runtime on the navigation bar at all, where it was supposed to be according to the RKT. I also set a category to it without any effect. And I have also tried to add the info CO to the Block and even the process level but neither way worked. Is that a possible bug?
I'm using GP 7.0 with F37 milestone J2ee
Another related question:
I need a kind of summary at each of my process steps. My idea is to implement it as an info callable object. Now as I understood, it's possible to pass parameter values to info Callable Objects at runtime as well. Does such a parameter have to be available in GP-Context already or is it possible to get that parameter value from the displayed webdynpro DC at the same step? The idea is, I would like to have a webdynpro table displayed and have the info callable object show the detail of each table entries when I`m performing the selection. In other words, would it be possible to pass the selected item to the info callable object at runtime? My guess is that it's not possible, as I haven`t finished my Webdynpro step at the time I make the selection, so the parameter value of the selected table item is not yet available in the GP context. Are my considerations correct?

Please make sure that you defined the correct run time view - otherwise the Info CO will not be displayed. You can find some documentation on that here: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/33/198141f906040de10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm and then CAF-GP:Business Expert Guide -> Process Modeling -> Info Callable Objects, there you find at the end of text the link to 'Defining Runtime Views'.
The parameters for the Info Callable Object must be available already in the GP context so I believe it's too late if they are available at runtime first. However your idea is really clever.
