Could someone help me with the sql query to find the balances for each customer account wise. This is need to generate the report.
presently we are using this query, but the output doesnot return the expected result.

How to find the definintion for a particular implementation

ihave the implementation name so i put this in se19
and after enter it asks for definition which has to be created in se18
if we have some predefined definitons already for that implementation
how to find the particular definiton that is to be used

Put that implementation name in the enhancement name option of SE18 and press display. I hope by implementation you dont mean the Z Include.
If it is Z include then look for where use list of that and pick the Enhancement name from there.

Since this forum is to discuss the VS IDE usage, for package manager console, maybe you could use the command line "get-help NuGet" to see all available NuGet commands.
For example:
Enter Get-Package -ListAvailable at the prompt to see a list of all packages that are available in the selected package source.
If we do not know the name of the package we want to remove, enter
Get-Package at the prompt without any flags to see a list of all of the packages that are currently installed.

How to find out all the OKCODEs for a particular screen?

I am working on t-code CL20N and trying to record with t-code SHDB, in the second screen when I press enter it is coming out, but when I run CL20N without SHDB it is going through all the screens perfectly, SHDB is not working for CL20N.
Is there any other way to find out all the OKCODEs for a particular screen/s?

First look for any push button or menu item which can take you to the second screen instead of hitting enter directly in tcode CL20N . If any such button exist in the TCode, u can use the same button in SHDB also for moving to the second screen.

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
If nothing shows then have you checked your account's purchase history ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you have a balance then you just need to click on item's price to buy it, assuming that your balance covers its price.

Any option for findout the dbid for a particular datafile and for controlfiles.? ( I heard the dbid stored in the datafile headers and controlfiles)

Opening balance for a cutomer for a given period, u need to first find closing balance of that customer in the previous period. For eg. Suppose u want to find opening balance for customer 'A' for month of Nov'06, then U have to find wot was his closing balance in at end of Oct'06. Hope this solves u r problem

Find > Character Format > (set the character format) > Search.
Now I am unable to locate a particular type of font using the mentioned procedure.
Please help me out.

This assumes that the font instance being searched for is an override:
Click in some text in one of the book files.
Edit > Find/Change
[ Character Format ...]
This pops up a Character Format dialog.
Assuming you are on Windows:
[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[F8] to set everything to As-Is/blank.
In Family:, select the font being sought. [Set]
Back in the Find dialog...
Look in: <*> Book
[Find]
If the font instance is part of a Paragraph Format or Character Format, you can search by Para Tag name or Char Tag name (which is yet another reason why overrides are a problem).
Or you can save out all the book files as MIF and search with a plaintext editor, but that requires a nominal knowledge of MIF.
I might add that steps 1-3 above are covered in FM7.1 Help (and presumably the printed manual back then), but are absent for FM9, and I'm guessing that they never returned in later versions either.

Take the EKKO-KNUMV and pass to
KONV-KNUMV field and take the different condition types values from KONV
Take the Material Document No (MBLNR) and pass to MSEG table and take the EBELN field and from EKKO table take EKKO-KNUMV field and pass to KONV
see the table T685 for different condition types.

This is how the Work Center is linked to a particular Equipment -
Functional - In IE03 ( view Equipments) You see the Work Center of a particular Equipment.
Technical - Go to view V_EQUI ( view of EQUI and EQUZ). Pass the Equipment number alongwith V_EQUI-PM_OBJTY = 'A' ( i,.e searching for the Object Type Work Center). In this way u ll get the V_EQUI-GEWRK - this is the Work Center ID.
You can pass this Work Center ID to CRHD. And you will get the Work Center text.
CRHD-OBJTY = 'A'
CRHD-OBJID = V_EQUI-GEWRK.
and u ll get the CRHD-ARBPL - this is the Work Center.
So u need to come backwards, alongwith ur CRHD-OBJTY and CRHD-OBJID , you pass the same to V_EQUI and u get the list of equipment numbers alongwith ur ANSWT(Acquisition value).
I guess it solves ur problem.
